A couple weeks ago, we reported that Miley Cyrus was moving out . This has now been proven true, though the young singer hasn’t exactly gone far: Miley’s $3.4 million mansion is 100 feet away from her parents. She and Liam Hemsworth better keep the moaning and groaning to a minimum! Here is what else we can confirm about Cyrus’ Spanish-style Hacienda residence: It is 4,045 square feet. It has four bedroom and four-and-a-half bathrooms. There’s a recording studio on the property, along with a detached guest house with two bedrooms, a living room and wet bar. It was previously owned by Freddie Prinze Jr. Miley will likely move into the home any day now. Located in Toluca Lake, the house is in the same neighborhood as properties owned by Steve Carrell, Ashley Tisdale , Demi Lovato, The Jonas Brothers and Jennifer Love Hewitt. Call us crazy, but we doubt THG will be invited over for a house-warming party.

When Bret Michaels hilariously knocked himself silly at the 2009 Tony Awards, he was embarrassed and angry. Following his hospitalization for an appendectomy last week, however, the walking STD rocker is just grateful to be alive. “They told me that if I had gone onstage like I wanted to, [my appendix] likely would have ruptured and I could have died,” the Celebrity Apprentice contestant wrote this weekend on his blog. Michaels added that he has a “pretty good threshold for pain,” but “getting your appendix out HURTS.” That seems obvious, but remember: this is the same person who didn’t comprehend why his duet with Miley Cyrus was utterly inappropriate. In the blog entry, Michaels thanks his fans for their cards, gifts and well wishes. He also answers the most important question of all: “Yes, there are hot nurses taking care of me, in case you were curious.”

It’s unclear why they were there, but Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth visited a medical facility in Beverly Hills yesterday. We often joke about this pair (Sample: Why did Miley Cyrus cross the street? To get to Liam Hemsworth !), but we hope everything is okay for both of them. There was a positive result from the doctor’s appointment at least: it resulted in a pair of lollipops for the couple, as each is seen sucking away below: There’s even better news for Liam this week: reports indicate he’s been offered the role in Northern Lights that was originally given to Taylor Lautner before that actor dropped out. “The offer is true, but who knows if he’ll do it,” a source said about the film, which centers around a quartet of extreme-flying pilots. He says he wants to emulate the careers of Usher and Justin Timberlake. What about other young singers, such as Miley Cyrus and The Jonas Brothers? Bieber started a possible war in the tween world by implying that those artists are nothing more than Disney-manufactured drones. Asked why he’s so popular among various demographics, he replied: “I think it’s because I didn’t go through the Disney route.
