Nicollette Sheridan Files Lawsuit Against "Desperate Housewives" Exec

A year after being booted from the show, Nicollette Sheridan has filed a lawsuit against Desperate Housewives executive Marc Cherry and alleges in September 2008, the show’s creator “forcefully hit her with his hand across her face and head.” According to court documents, Cherry “acknowledged that he had gone too far” and proceeded to “beg forgiveness.” Five months after the incident, it was announced her character, Edie Britt, would be killed off the show in the upcoming fifth season.

RPattz is just one of the hundreds of celebs that helped raise over $58 million dollars for the Hope For Haiti event put together by George Clooney who just so happens to be bearded right now too
