In my mind, Lindsay Lohan is a Christmas miracle that keeps on giving. I am not talking about her herpes, that is controlled thanks to valtrex. I am talking about her as a person. She just constantly comes out of the woodwork with her amazing fucking tits that I regret not making her show me the time I snuck into some party to hang out with her when she was in Montreal and she was too friendly to get me kicked out, because everything about this girl is amazing, except maybe that she gave me a wrong number and I’ve never been able to reconnect our love at first sight from that lovely night, not that that’s never happened before, the fake number thing is almost obvious…..not that that would ever make me hate this tits…they just always appear when I’m about to forget Lohan….. I just know these are better than Santa Claus.

Gartner, born Joey Youngman, is nominated for a 2011 Grammy in the Best Remixed Recording (Non Classical) category for his mix of house-music producer Andy Caldwell’s “Funk Nasty” (featuring vocals by Gram’ma Funk). In February, he will face off against Morgan Page’s remix of Nadia Ali’s “Fantasy,” David Guetta’s mix of Madonna’s “Revolver,” Mike Rizzo’s mix of Brazilian legend Sergio Medes’ “Orpheus” and the Dirty South and Axwell mix of Temper Trap’s “Sweet Disposition.” “It was a total surprise to me,” Gartner said. “I didn’t even know that it was Grammy nomination time. Somebody on Twitter said, ‘Congratulations on your Grammy nomination,’ and I ran over to my computer and looked on the site, and there it was. Yeah, it’s awesome. Obviously, it’s a milestone to be nominated for a Grammy, especially [with] other nominees I have so much respect for.” While the Grammy nod caps an already-colossal year for the DJ/producer, Gartner isn’t planning to slow down. The ATL princess’ latest effort, Basic Instinct, landed on shelves Tuesday, and when MTV News caught up with the songstress, who was hanging out in the studio with hit architect Tricky Stewart, she was super amped that the album was available for mass consumption. “I’m so excited. I’m very, very, very proud of this record, and I’ve always said out of all of my albums, this is the one that’s most dedicated to my fans,” she said of the collection of snappy, sultry jams that includes “Ride” and “Speechless.” The R&B star said the album’s arrival is just the start of the good times, chatting about heading out on tour and shooting more videos. “I told Tricky, I’m like, ‘Releasing the record is the start of the process.’ I’m just now starting my promos and just starting to get into the groove, and it’s just really important that my fans get to hear the music,” she said. “The journey is just beginning in my mind, that’s how I feel. Brandi Glanville, the slightly unhinged ex-wife of Eddie Cibrian, was officially charged for an October DUI arrest , the L.A. County D.A.’s office reports. The model, whose husband cheated and left her for LeAnn Rimes in 2009, was pulled over on Sunset Boulevard Oct.29 and failed a field sobriety test. Brandi has been at odds with Eddie over LeAnn’s parenting (and everything else) since their split. This isn’t likely to bolster any of her arguments. Brandi Glanville may have lost her mind … and shirt . She has now been charged with two misdemeanors: driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a blood alcohol level above .08 percent. If convicted, she faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine. The embattled Brandi Glanville has two sons with Cibrian: Mason, 7, and Jake, 3. “I messed up. I take full responsibility for my actions,” she tweeted. “I regret my bad choice, and am thankful to God that no one got hurt. I’m sorry.”

Jenelle Evans stars on Teen Mom 2 ( watch the trailer here ) this January. Typical for a cast member of the MTV show, she’s had run-ins with the law. More than a few, in fact. Her arrest two months ago for breaking and entering and marijuana possession was the latest in a series of crazy police reports involving Janelle. Teen Mom 2 star Janelle Evans is the mother of 16 month old Jace. She was arrested back in October of this year for breaking and entering, marijuana possession and paraphernalia possession. Not a good combo. The Oak Island, N.C., native was busted breaking into someone else’s place and was released on a $2,000 bond. She is expected in court January 10. In October 2008, Jenelle was arrested for sneaking through a bedroom window to see her then-boyfriend and father of her baby, Andrew Lewis. According to the police report, she “continued to refuse to leave even after her mother attempted to take her home.” Jenelle Evans was arrested. Luckily for her, Andrew’s mom dropped the charges provided that “[Jenelle] must not come to house uninvited and leave at reasonable hour.” In December 2007, Jenelle ran away from home and her mom, Barbara, freaked out and called the police after her daughter fled home on foot. According to the report, Jenelle “became upset after she confronted her about being impaired” and she “did not know where Jenelle was going.” She was found at then-boyfriend Andrew’s house. Then, just one month ago, Jenelle was committed to Brunswick Community Hospital involuntarily after experiencing some sort of meltdown. A report claims after an examination “she was found not to be a threat to herself or anyone else” and was released early the next morning. As for Jace’s dad, her ex-boyfriend, Andrew, dude was arrested in 2008 for committing a misdemeanor against her, for which he was convicted. He also was arrested for a DUI in August 2009, which was the same month their son, Jace, was born. Never an encouraging sign. Needless to say … expect some drama this season.

David Arquette has found it. Or, to be more accurate, David Arquette claims he never lost it. A day after appearing on Howard Stern’s radio show and answering in the affirmative to whether or not he’s suffering a nervous breakdown , the actor has Tweeted a clarification to the 12 people who care about his mental status. “It is being reported that I’m having a Nervous Breakdown. I assure you am not. This stemmed from a joke I made.” What about other admissions made by Arquette this week, that he’s “been drinking a lot” and would like to father a child with Drew Barrymore? Courteney Cox’s ex Tweets: “I always speak my mind and I really don’t care what people that don’t know me may say. I’m a good person with a huge heart. I thank those that have been on my side during this rough time.” He should also be thanking Cox for kicking him out. When was the last time David Arquette made this much news?!?

By Gil Kaufman Stephen Colbert Photo: Scott Wintrow/ Getty Images Not only were people riveted by the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico this year; they also couldn’t resist sharing some wry humor on the matter. That’s why Stephen Colbert’s 140-character comment about the matter was Twitter’s Top Retweeted Tweet of 2010 . “In honor of oil-soaked birds, ‘tweets’ are now ‘gurgles,’ ” read the post, that earned the comedian a Golden Tweet award on “The Colbert Report” Tuesday night. Much of the top 10 Retweeted Tweets were from musicians: Drake (#2), Lil Wayne (#3), Justin Bieber (#4), Joe Jonas (#6), Lady Gaga (#7), Kanye West (#8) and Rihanna (#9). A post from spoof account @alqueda was #5, and an ironically uplifting piece of advice from @sh–mydadsays made the list at #10. Earlier this week, Twitter and Facebook released their respective lists of the top trends on their sites over the past 12 months. Each is a fascination look at the obsessions and globally unifying events, people, pop culture fixations and bizarre crazes that grabbed our digital attention this year. While there’s some crossover on the Twitter and Facebook lists, the more interesting parts are where they diverge. For instance, the #1 item on Facebook’s “Memology 2010” global list of top status trends was “HMU,” a shorthand status update that translates to “hit me up,” meaning someone wants you to call or text them. The rest of the list featured a mixture of more predictable/generic trends, including: World Cup (#2), Movies (#3), iPad and iPhone (#4), Haiti (#5), Justin Bieber (#6), Games on Facebook (#7), Mineros/Miners (referring to the trapped Chilean miners) (#8), the B.o.B. song “Airplanes” (#9) and 2011. Over on Twitter , the #Hindsight2010 list of top trends featured a few of the same items, but users dug a bit deeper into specific movies, events and fads. Topping the list was the disastrous Gulf oil spill, followed by the mania over the FIFA World Cup, then the mind-bending thriller “Inception,” the Haiti Earthquake, vuvuzela (the ubiquitous buzzing sound of the World Cup) and the Apple iPad. Rounding out the list were the Google Android phone (#7), Justin Bieber (#8), “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” (#9) and the late eight-tentacled World Cup prognosticator, Pulpo Paul. MTV has reason to celebrate the list, as our own Video Music Awards came in at # 1 on the list of top TV trends, and the MTV Movie Awards were #9. “Pretty Little Liars” was #2 on the list, followed by “True Blood,” “Walking Dead” and the Grammy Awards.
