(Photo by Prince Williams/WireImage) Kirk Frost Will Head To Court Over Allegations That He Impregnated Stripper “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’s” Kirk Frost is finally facing the music over claims he secretly fathered a baby boy with former stripper Jasmine Washington. Some seven months after Washington sued Frost for paternity and child support for baby Kannon Mekhi Washington, the married father of five has agreed to accept service on the case, and it will now move forward in the courts, BOSSIP has learned. Frost, whose marriage to Rasheeda is in jeopardy because of the affair, accepted service of Washington’s complaint July 10, according to court documents obtained by BOSSIP. Washington’s lawyer Tony Mathis told BOSSIP that his client was relieved that the case would finally move on and eventually co-parent little Kannon. “We are going to have the paternity set done and once we have this completed, we’ll look at child support,” he told us. “It’s better later than never, but our focus is on the long-term. We don’t want an unnecessary animosity towards anybody. The focus is on the child.” ATLANTA, GA – JUNE 18: (EXCLUSIVE COVERAGE) Kirk Frost and Rasheeda attend Brunch With a Baller at Escobar Restaurant and Tapas on June 18, 2017 in Atlanta, Georgia. (Photo by Prince Williams/WireImage) Washington said in court papers that she was essentially Frost’s kept woman, receiving a monthly allowance and use of a car in exchange for being with him. However, she said after her baby was born and she tried to break things off, Frost began denying that Kannon was his and cut her off financially. Frost appeared to have done all he could not to take the paternity test: from pretending that he didn’t know Washington, dodging service and accusing her of being a scam artist. But finally, Frost acknowledged on the show that he did sleep with her and gave her hush money to keep quiet about the affair. Their secret relationship and the fallout was a major storyline on this season’s “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta,” and it seems to have been the straw that broke the camel’s back in Frost’s marriage. On the show, the pair signed separation papers, and on the LHHATL reunion show, Rasheeda complained that Frost’s stepping out “broke” her emotionally. While Mathis said there is no doubt in Washington’s mind that Frost is her son’s father, they will do the paternity test anyway “to get that question answered in his mind,” Mathis said. We’ve reached out to Frost’s attorney for comment.
Last week, a rumor that Ariana Grande is engaged to Mac Miller made the rounds on social media. Fans were confused, as it seemed odd that the singer would make such a major decision in the midst of the trauma of the Manchester bombing , which occurred during one of her concerts. But tragedies have a way of bringing people closer, and insiders say Mac has been a much-needed source of love and support for Ariana during this temendously difficult time. But while the bond between them may be stronger than ever, sources say Ariana and Mac are definitively not engaged. That said, don’t be surprised if Ms. Grande makes a long-term commitment to Mac sometime in the very near future. The engagement rumors began when fans noticed that Ariana was sporting a massive rock on her left ring finger during her benefit concert for the victims of the Manchester attack. It turns out the ring was a gift from Mac … but the rapper has yet to pop the question. “They aren’t engaged yet, but Mac did buy her a diamond ring, just as a gesture. Ariana made the decision to wear it on her engagement finger,” a source close to the singer tells In Touch. The insider says that Ariana is certain she wants to spend the rest of her life with Miller, but the couple hasn’t taken the plunge just yet. “She’s learned that what matters most are the people that you love — and that’s Mac. She has no doubt in her mind that he’s the man she’s supposed to be with,” a source reveals. The insider adds that Ariana has made it clear to friends and family that Mac “is the one and that she wants to marry him as soon as possible.” Ariana and Mac started dating last summer, but those closest to the couple say it was immediately apparent that this was no mere fling. Grande has endured some bad breakups in recent years, and insiders say those experiences have only made her more appreciative of Miller. Sources say Mac is just as eager to get hitched as Ariana, and is simply waiting for the right time to propose. Mac and Ariana are both young, but this is a wedding that fans would love to see happen soon. Here’s hoping one of our favorite celebrity couples will make good on their tentative plans to tie the knot. View Slideshow: Ariana Grande Tribute Concert: 12 Moments We’ll Never Forget
Ariel Winter does what she wants. You know it, we know it, everyone knows it. If she wants to wear a bikini, she’ll wear one . If she wants to move out of her mother’s house at the tender age of 14, boom, it’s done. She’s not afraid to follow her heart or her speak her mind, and those are admirable traits to have. Except Ariel’s latest move … well, it seems a little impulsive, even for her. OK, so she’s been dating her boyfriend, Levi Meaden , since November, right? So she’s been with the guy for about seven months. She’s gotten a lot of criticism for dating him — at 29, he’s ten years older than her. She’s also been judged quite a bit for moving him into her house already . It’s pretty fair for people to be concerned about the situation, since she’s so young and so intent on moving at lightening speed. And it’s pretty fair for people to side-eye the hell out of her latest move. Yesterday evening, Ariel asked her Twitter followers for “tattoo ideas,” and shortly after, she and Levi headed out to get tattoos. Matching tattoos. Two sets of them. The first is a heart — Ariel has one half of it and Levi has the other, so when they put their hands together their tattoos make a full heart, get it? “Me n bae,” she captioned the photo on Snapchat. Because she’s 19 years old. For the second round of lovers’ tats, Ariel and Levi got a cheese wedge and a jar of peanut butter, for reasons unbeknownst to us. “Peanut butter and cheese with my love,” she captioned that one. It’s cute, we guess, for those obnoxious trendy little tattoos the kids are into these days. For example, Kylie Jenner is the same age as Ariel, and she’s gotten tiny little tattoos for both Tyga and Travis Scott. But remember the good old days when couples would wait years to get get tattoos together, if they even got them at all? Remember when people thought it was unlucky to get tattoos like these? Those were the days. Ariel can do as she pleases, of course, and if she’s happy with Levi and with having two new tiny little tattoos on her hand, then we’re happy for her. View Slideshow: Ariel Winter Bikini Selfies: Look at My Butt & New Boyfriend! And we hope that the two of them have a lifetime of happiness together with their peanut butter and cheese tattoos. It’s just … it’s not going to hurt anything to slow down a little, girl.
What started as a seemingly humorous situation on Bachelor in Paradise has devolved into something far more serious. On Sunday night, word spread around the Internet that producers had halted production on Season 4 of this ABC series, with a network spokesperson referencing “allegations of misconduct” between cast members. Not much was known at the time of this original report. View Slideshow: Bachelor in Paradise Season 4: Who’s In?!? But an insider then told TMZ that the cast members in question were Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson, probably the two most notorious former Bachelor and Bachelorette stars to sign on for this spinoff. Olympios was eliminated by Nick Viall after taking off her top on many occasions and making endless sexual advances in an attempt to win Viall over. Jackson, meanwhile, was just sent packing by Rachel Lindsay a couple weeks ago after she learned he still had a girlfriend. According to this insider, producers told Olympios and Jackson to hook up because they believe it would be good for ratings. Okay, sure , the reality show villains allegedly said, proceeding to go off and get very drunk together. Soon enough, Olympios and Jackson were reportedly making out (hard!) prior to making their way over to a pool. At this point, clothes came off and a source close to DeMario says there was “rubbing, touching and fingering,” most of which was initiated by Corinne. She even thrust her crotch in Jackson’s face, at which point he started to lick. Again, this is all according to a third party, anonymous source who spoke to TMZ. At some point, the physical action came to a halt, largely because Jackson was unable to perform sexually due to the amount of alcohol he had consumed. And this is where the controversy kicked in. A producer who had been assigned to remain by Corinne’s side reported what she saw to executives. She said it appeared as if Olympios was too drunk to control herself and questioned whether some kind of sexual assault took place in the pool. In response, the network shut down production and sent the entire cast home. Everyone except for Corinne and DeMario were spotted late last week at the Houston airport. An investigation is underway to determine just what transpired and who is responsible, although various outlets insist that Olympios is NOT directing blame at DeMario. He was also wasted during the hook-up. The stars have supposedly been in touch since this incident went down and are on solid terms. But Corinne has lawyered up, believes producers should have stepped in when it was clear she did not give consent and is considering a lawsuit of some kind. As for the future of Bachelor in Paradise? Noted franchise expert and Bachelorette spoilers guru Reality Steve says with 100% certainty that this season will not air. (It had been scheduled to premiere on August 8.) Speaking to People Magazine on the condition of anonymity, one Season 4 cast member said the following on Monday afternoon: “We were told to stay in a certain part of the [resort] while they figured out what the hell had happened. “We knew something bad had happened; there was a dark energy that came around the house. “You have to understand that we weren’t even there a week. The game hadn’t even really begun yet.” This same contestant went on to explain how no one really knew what was happening for two days after the drunken hook-up took place: “They stopped taping anything, and we were just kind of there, waiting in limbo. “We couldn’t talk to each other about what we knew. On Thursday, one of the camera guys told me that they were probably going to shut down production. I didn’t realize that it was that serious until then. “I was like, ‘wait, they’re thinking of canceling the show?’ It hadn’t even crossed my mind that they’d do that.” The contestants are paid a stipend to appear on Bachelor in Paradise; it’s contingent on how many episodes they last, meaning this abrupt cancelation will cost each person a decent chunk of change. That’s unimportant in the big picture if any kind of assault or non-consensual act did take place, but it’s just another tidbit to consider. “We’re pissed that this whole thing happened,” says the contestant. “They could have stopped this before it got this far.” And that’s at the heart of the issue here. What did producers see? What did they do? What did they not do? What responsibility do they have to make their presence felt during filming? At least one witness tells Entertainment Tonight that Corinne and DeMario didn’t do anything that doesn’t happen all the time on this series. They didn’t do anything that isn’t basically encouraged on the series. “In the moment, they were both drinking,” this source says. “He’s a much bigger guy, but they were drinking all day. … They were all drunk. “It’s the nature of the show.”

While Destiney Bleu has been speaking out over the last week, showing how she designed the original version of a bodysuit that appears in a Good American promo ad (peep the :44 mark) … It's here! No pun. — destiney bleu (@destineybleu) June 9, 2017 Peep the timeline provided to People.com : According to Bleu the timeline of events goes as follows: 11/10/2016 – Alexa Okyle, Khloé Kardashian’s executive assistant, emails Destiney stating that Khloé discovered Destiney’s line and wanted to see a lookbook. 11/15/2016 – Khloé orders fishnet tights and a custom jersey. 12/05/2016 – Khloé orders an additional 12 items, for a total of $925, plus gives final details on the custom jersey ordered by Khloe on 11/15/2016. 12/09/2016 – Khloé’s assistant requests that the items all be sent directly to Khloé Kardashian’s house in Calabasas, provides Khloé’s address, and adds Destiney’s messenger to the gate list. 12/09/2016 – Khloé’s stylist, Monica Rose, emails Destiney asking to borrow black and nude body suits. [These are the same bodysuits as in the images above which Bleu alleges were later copied by Good American] 12/13/2016 – Khloé’s 11/15/2016 order messengered to Calabasas address. Soon after, Destiney receives an email stating that “Khloé loves it all.” 1/06/2017 – Destiney receives another email from Alexa, stating that “Khloé also loves these bras & panties, can we get these too.” The email was accompanied by photos from Destiney’s Instagram account, showing 16 more items that they wanted to purchase from Destiney for a total of $1560. 1/09/2017 – Destiney receives an email from Alexa, asking if they could keep the bodysuits that Monica Rose pulled because Khloé loves them. Destiney informs Alexa that she would loan the items if worn temporarily for appearances. If they were being kept, however, they needed to be paid for, as they are $700 items. 1/30/2017 – Destiney receives a request from Khloé to purchase a sample bra that Destiney had loaned them for custom sizing purposes. 3/27/2017 – Destiney sends Monica Rose an invoice for three body suits, two of which are those that were copied by Good American, for a total of $2100. 4/12/2017 – Destiney emails Khloé’s assistant regarding photographs Destiney saw of Khloé wearing a bodysuit extremely similar to on purchased from Destiney, at the video/photo shoot for the Good American campaign. Destiney received no reply. 5/18/2017 – Destiney receives an email from Jenna Baker, assistant designer at the “Kendall + Kylie” clothing line, wanting to purchase a nude body suit with nipple bursts. Ms. Baker attached a photo of one that Destiney had loaned her for a prior shoot. Bleu’s timeline is part of a 27 page legal response to the cease & desist letter she was served with on Thursday. That cease & desist letter followed a statement from Good American that read as follows: Under no circumstances did Good American or Khloe Kardashian infringe on another brand’s intellectual property and we are going through the proper legal channels to handle the situation. On social media Good American really TRIED it — posting references to Cher, Britney Spears and Diana Ross as inspiration. The cease and desist letter to Bleu claimed she was committing defamation of character, and demanded that she stop making “false statements,” “make an appropriate corrective statement” and “that [Destiney’s] trolls stop attacking [Khloé Kardashian’s] social media channels.” But Thursday night Bleu’s lawyers responded with documents to disprove Kardashian’s lawyers’ claims that she has “never heard [Destiney’s] name” and “never saw [her] samples.” The evidence? The timeline we posted above, listing Bleu’s interactions with Khloé’s assistant and then stylist Monica Rose as well as screenshots of all of their email exchanges back and forth along with invoices for the pieces Bleu ultimately sold her, including a pair of customized underwear bedazzled with the name, “Tristan Thompson.” Bleu’s lawyers also state that a cease and desist letter for defamation is completely inappropriate: “even if Destiney’s accusations of copying were incorrect (and they are not), it would still not be defamation because Khloé Kardashian is a public figure and the standard that must be met for defamation of a public figure is actual malice. See Kaelin v. Globe Comm. Corp., 162 F.3d 1036, 1039 (9th Cir. 1998) (“A public figure in a defamation case cannot recover unless he proves by clear and convincing evidence that the defendant published the defamatory statement with actual malice, i.e., with knowledge that it was false….”). There is obviously no actual malice here, which would require that Destiney knew her accusations were false when she made them.” The letter goes on to state, “Destiney has a Constitutionally-protected right to inform others that Khloé Kardashian has copied her designs. She will not silently abdicate that right in response to a frivolous, two-bit email from you threatening legal action. If Khloé wants to continue stealing designs from indie creators and mass produce them with no credit, then Khloé will rightly face judgment in the court of public opinion. The biggest gem in the response from Bleu’s lawyer’s is this little nugget rightchea: Also, we note that your public statement about this issue is carefully crafted to say that Khloé Kardashian did not ‘infringe on another brand’s intellectual property’. Of course, she didn’t – copying clothing and fashion is generally not intellectual property infringement. It is not illegal for Khloé to copy Destiney’s designs—it is just tacky, disrespectful, and in bad taste. There is also something deeply uncomfortable about someone with Khloé’s wealth and power appropriating designs and fashion directly from a black woman with a small business without crediting her, making cheap knockoffs, and then attempting to threaten her into silence. You should be ashamed.” But alas– as we already knew, SHAME is a moral characteristic that Kardashians are not familiar with. Khloe’s lawyers released ANOTHER statement to People sticking to their story: “Ms Bleu’s claim that Good American and Khloé Kardashian copied or stole her designs is flagrantly false and little more than a cheap publicity stunt and an attempt by Ms Bleu to get her 15 minutes of fame. Ms. Bleu did not create the concept or design of a bodysuit with crystals – a fashion style that has been around for decades as evidenced by the fact that Cher has been wearing these styles for over 25 years. The Good American design team designed a range of eleven bodysuits and had never heard of Ms. Bleu or seen her designs. The letter from her lawyer -sent to the press for no legitimate reason – is outrageous, defamatory and misleading in the extreme. Good American will absolutely not stand for anyone trying to damage its reputation and plans to deal with this through the proper legal channels.” this statement tho> > > > > pic.twitter.com/pQIQX6y7EO — ☾ (@FashioNYSEta) June 9, 2017 Bleu has been met with support on Instagram and Twitter and continues to stand her ground. There is a difference between a publicity stunt and telling the truth. Especially when it means protecting a brand you started from NOTHING. — destiney bleu (@destineybleu) June 9, 2017 I think it is an important discussion to have. Why are we supporting brands that we know unethically make millions off other's work? https://t.co/vLgdHufQJ9 — destiney bleu (@destineybleu) June 10, 2017 https://t.co/iUSuTjM3UJ x @dbleudazzled @PLUGGEDNYCSTORE — destiney bleu (@destineybleu) June 10, 2017 Unfortunately trolls will be trolls and she’s still having to deal with Khloe’s minions. pic.twitter.com/gSol08TcD1 — destiney bleu (@destineybleu) June 10, 2017 What do you think the final outcome will be with this issue? Do you think Khloe would EVER publicly admit to wrongdoing and pay Destiney like she owes her? Or will this case end up going to court?
Tommie Lee is motherf-cking out of here. To quote the Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star herself. Via an Instagram live stream on Wednesday, the long-time VH1 star told fans that she’s simply had it with the show and it’s time for her to try something else in life. Of course, Tommie Lee said this in her own, unique, expletive-filled way. “I been going through so much shit since I’ve been on this shitt… I’ve came to the conclusion where I just don’t want to do this shit no more,” Lee explained to her followers. “To everybody that’s been watching me, to everybody that love the kid and all that, I will not be moving onto the next season.” Lee went on to explain that the program has simply added to a rift that already existed between her and her mother, with Karen King trying to mend the problems between daughter and parent on a Love & Hip Hop Atlanta episode two weeks ago. Alas, the effort failed miserably. “My mama, I wanna apologize to my mama, I love my mama with all my motherf-cking heart,” Lee said in her rant, adding: “Everything I got, I worked for and I struggled, even this motherf-cking TV show. That shit’s hard. I ain’t gon lie… “Sorry baby, I will not be doing this shit anymore just because me, I’m so motherf-cking great that I will never give a motherf-cking opportunity to say they did anything for me. “And I will never tear my family apart. So I bow out gracefully, I’m good.” But did she bow out gracefully?!? Not according to a recent MediaTakeOut report. Sources claim that Lee and a fellow Love & Hip Hop Atlanta cast member got into a legitimate fight in Jamaica this month. VH1 and Viacom then got together and demanded that the producers fire Lee because they have zero tolerance for violence on the set and they believed that Lee was a threat to the other ladies. Moreover, this same report alleges that Joseline Hernandez is considered the star of the franchise and actually gets a say on who gets to stick around and who must leave. An insider says Joseline is not a fan of Lee because “while she respects the hustle, she was always fighting.” This insider expounds: “Joseline nearly lost her mind when producers re-hired Tommie back for this season. She’s been scheming to get her fired ever since. “If she did get her way and Tommie got cut, Joseline shouldn’t get too comfortable. I can’t imagine them kicking her off for good.” In other words: Take this entire scenario with a grain of salt the size of Kanye West’s ego. It may be a “work,” as they say in the business, and plans may already be in the works for Lee to show up again next season in some kind of dramatic surprise. You scoff and you shake your head, but admit it: You would feel a need to watch Love & Hip Hop Atlanta online or on TV if you heard Lee was on her way back to confront Hernandez, wouldn’t you? Same here. View Slideshow: Love & Hip Hop Cast Rankings: Who Can Actually Sing?
OK, so despite hours minutes of painstaking research, I still haven’t been able to figure out if McKayla Maroney got some kind of Kardashian-brand fake booty injections . But what I do know is this: the former gymnastic-turned-Instagram model should really consider following Kim’s lead and going into porn. I mean, just think about it — she’s flexible, big booties are in now. Plus, she’s way too tiny to be a model. It makes sense. And I bet if McKayla puts her mind to it and practices hard, she could be a star. And if she ever needs a spotter or a workout partner, call me! mood pic.twitter.com/462hxhN59N — mckayla (@McKaylaMaroney) March 20, 2017
