Source: Bennett Raglin / Getty Tommie Lee Indicted On Child Abuse Charges It’s been a few months after her initial arrests, but ‘Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’ star Tommie Lee has been officially indicted on multiple child abuse charges in Georgia. TMZ reports that they obtained the indictment filed by the state of Georgia and the details are horrifying. According to the paperwork, Tommie Lee went to her young daughter’s middle school this past October and allegedly disrupted the class, slapped her daughter on the hands with her purse strap, slapped her across the face, dragged her down the hall by her hair and threw her into a metal locker. Tommie faces 7 charges in the indictment, and 3 of ’em are felonies. The rest are misdemeanors. If she’s convicted on all seven, prosecutors say Tommie could be locked up for up to 54 years. Just recently, Tommie announced she would be quitting #LHHATL to focus on bigger things. This seems pretty big to us. Source: Leon Bennett / Getty Tommie Lee Rearrested On Jail Release Day Love & Hip-Hop’s Tommie Lee spent her Thanksgiving behind bars after believing that she’d be free on November 7 according to TMZ. Tommie Lee was rearrested the same day she was to be released due to a violation of her DUI probation. Remember when we reported that Tommie was *allegedly* stalking her own daughter and slamming her into a locker at her middle school? Yeah. The law doesn’t allow Tommie to do that. Tommie has been a prisoner in Fulton County jail in Atlanta for 28 days now. Word is that she will get another chance at freedom sometime this month. Even when she gets out, we find it hard to believe that Tommie won’t return to her cell and baggy jumpsuit at some point in the near future. It’s just her thing.
Meek Mill Moves To Dismiss His Conviction Due To Cop’s Record After putting his prosecuting judge under the microscope for her questionable conducting of court proceedings , Meek and his legal team are now calling the officer who arrested him in the first place into question. According to new docs found by TMZ , Meek’s arresting officer in his 2007 drug bust — the one for which he’s been on probation ever since — has a documented history of lying in his reports and making dirty arrests. A new report on Philly’s dirty/racist cops lists Meek’s arresting Reginald Graham as having a history of stealing money during his arrests and frequently beating up suspects. In Meek’s case, another cop has gone on record stating that Graham lied when he reported that Meek pointed a gun at him — in actuality, he only removed it from his waistband to discard of it. Furthermore, he says Graham lied by claiming that Meek resisted arrest. With this info, the team claims Meek’s entire case should be tossed out , and he should be released from prison instantly. Tommie Lee Assaults Employee At Mall Jewelry Store Looks like Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star Tommie Lee isn’t quite sure when to call “cut” on some of her reality-ready shenanigans…and the Atlanta PD may have to set her straight because of it. According to a police report obtained by TMZ , Tommie and a male friend of hers visited the Henri Bendel store at Lenox Mall in Atlanta on February 1. An employee named Daniella says she was helping the two, when Tommie started becoming increasingly rude. Daniella says that when she confronted Tommie about her attitude and manner of speaking, the reality star flew off the handle. Surveillance cameras caught Tommie yelling and screaming at the associate, before coming around the jewelry counter to repeatedly slap and punch the woman. A store manager broke things up, and Tommie and her friend fled. Store managers say that Tommie and the same man have visited the luxury retailer on several occasions, and have attempted to steal items in the past. Daniella was visibly bruised on her face and eye. Naturally, she is pressing charges and plans to sue. SMH. Tommie Lee is motherf-cking out of here. To quote the Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star herself. Via an Instagram live stream on Wednesday, the long-time VH1 star told fans that she’s simply had it with the show and it’s time for her to try something else in life. Of course, Tommie Lee said this in her own, unique, expletive-filled way. “I been going through so much shit since I’ve been on this shitt… I’ve came to the conclusion where I just don’t want to do this shit no more,” Lee explained to her followers. “To everybody that’s been watching me, to everybody that love the kid and all that, I will not be moving onto the next season.” Lee went on to explain that the program has simply added to a rift that already existed between her and her mother, with Karen King trying to mend the problems between daughter and parent on a Love & Hip Hop Atlanta episode two weeks ago. Alas, the effort failed miserably. “My mama, I wanna apologize to my mama, I love my mama with all my motherf-cking heart,” Lee said in her rant, adding: “Everything I got, I worked for and I struggled, even this motherf-cking TV show. That shit’s hard. I ain’t gon lie… “Sorry baby, I will not be doing this shit anymore just because me, I’m so motherf-cking great that I will never give a motherf-cking opportunity to say they did anything for me. “And I will never tear my family apart. So I bow out gracefully, I’m good.” But did she bow out gracefully?!? Not according to a recent MediaTakeOut report. Sources claim that Lee and a fellow Love & Hip Hop Atlanta cast member got into a legitimate fight in Jamaica this month. VH1 and Viacom then got together and demanded that the producers fire Lee because they have zero tolerance for violence on the set and they believed that Lee was a threat to the other ladies. Moreover, this same report alleges that Joseline Hernandez is considered the star of the franchise and actually gets a say on who gets to stick around and who must leave. An insider says Joseline is not a fan of Lee because “while she respects the hustle, she was always fighting.” This insider expounds: “Joseline nearly lost her mind when producers re-hired Tommie back for this season. She’s been scheming to get her fired ever since. “If she did get her way and Tommie got cut, Joseline shouldn’t get too comfortable. I can’t imagine them kicking her off for good.” In other words: Take this entire scenario with a grain of salt the size of Kanye West’s ego. It may be a “work,” as they say in the business, and plans may already be in the works for Lee to show up again next season in some kind of dramatic surprise. You scoff and you shake your head, but admit it: You would feel a need to watch Love & Hip Hop Atlanta online or on TV if you heard Lee was on her way back to confront Hernandez, wouldn’t you?
