The popular plus-size model is the cover star for the publication’s February issue and inside she’s speaking on her sweet swirly coupledom with director/cinematographer Justin Ervin. According to Ashely who met Justin in the elevator of her church, when they have issues they “fix them” by having smash sessions—LOTS of smash sessions. “Just have sex,” said Ashley. “Have sex all the time. Even if you don’t feel like it, just have sex. I have found that if we haven’t had sex, we get snippy, and then if we are having sex, we’re all over each other. Source: icon sportswire / Getty It’s a sad day at at UC Berkeley after one of their star football players passed away. 19-year old Bryce Turner died on Saturday following a ‘medical emergency’ during a non-team workout last week. Reports say that the sophomore cornerback was hospitalized near his Lakewood, California home on December 30, but neither his family or UC Berkeley has disclosed his cause of death. Sources say that Turner collapsed and fell into a coma while he was in the hospital. Cal athletic director Jim Knowlton did release a statement, saying, “No words can accurately describe the pain we feel in our hearts right now. We’ll always remember Bryce and how he impacted all of us with Cal football.” Today, we lost a beloved member of our #CalFamily . Rest in Peace Bryce Turner. The Dream Hampton produced series documented the sexual abuse allegations against the singer throughout his 30 year career. Needless to say, ish got deep. The plan was also for Kelly’s celebrity colleagues to be interviewed about what it was like to work with the singer over the years, but according to Hampton, Jay-Z , Lady Gaga and Erykah Badu declined. Dave Chappelle , Mary J. Blige , Questlove and Lil’ Kim also declined to speak. Hampton told Detroit Free Press , “Most people just don’t want to touch it. [Questlove] was like, ‘I would do anything for you but I can’t do this.’ It’s not because they support him, it’s because it’s so messy and muddy. It’s that turning away that has allowed this to go on.” Quest also took to Twitter the day that Surviving R. Kelly premiered, just to make it clear why he wasn’t apart of it. Cynthia is preparing to send Noelle to Howard University, and both women are nervous wrecks because this will be the first thing Noelle has ever done without dear mama. However, Cynthia is proud of her baby girl and is planning to celebrate. The scene is Lake Bailey, and we’re in the middle of Noelle’s send-off party. Unfortunately, Noelle refuses to come downstairs and has a breakdown where she tearfully explains to her mother that she can’t go and wants the guests who are already there to go home. Mama Bear Cynthia comforts her girl and assures her that everything will be alright. Hold that thought. In other news, Todd and Mama Joyce aren’t on good terms, which sucks because they had made so much progress. Basically, Mama Joyce made a comment in an interview, that Kandi took Todd from lemons to lemonade, and Todd hasn’t taken too kindly to that because he feels it’s an insult. Mama Joyce says she meant it as a compliment but we all know how shady she can be. So now it’s up to Kandi to try to get them to be cool again. Kandi would like her mom to apologize and Mama Joyce has agreed. We’re nervous about how this goes but let’s fast forward a bit. Mama Joyce and Todd have their discussion and it actually goes well. Looks like all is well in Kandi Land again. Porsha has a major moment as she learns that her pregnancy is viable. You know she has been worried about this pregnancy due to having had prior miscarriages and her fibroid situation, but she finally has her first prenatal doctor’s appointment. It looks like everything is going well, but the only bummer for Porsha is that she will have to have a c-section due to having a myomectomy . Now we fast forward a bit and we’re back to Cynthia. She successfully convinces Noelle to go to Howard and they end up spending a weekend getting her settled into her new dorm. Luckily for Noelle, her roommate situation fell through so she has a room all to herself. Finally, the episode winds down with Cynthia and Leon sending Noelle back to campus, alone in an Uber, after a nice dinner. Noelle is still nervous but ready to level up. Next week it’s Kandi vs. Porsha again and it’s going to get heated, heated . He was selected by U.S. editors and news directors. He produced a powerful documentary dubbed Shut Up and Dribble that explored the history of Black athletes who have been outspoken about social and political issues. He created an unscripted series called The Shop that featured candid conversations with celebrities about culturally relevant topics. One of his biggest accomplishments this year was opening up the I Promise School for youth in his hometown of Akron. He joins a list of influential athletes—including Michael Jordan , Lance Armstrong , and Tiger Woods —who have all received the award at least three times. “In addition to being on everyone’s short list as one of the league’s all-time greatest players, LeBron is among the hardest-working players and is a thoughtful and impactful leader,” NBA commissioner Adam Silver told the news outlet. “He serves on the executive committee of the Players Association even as he builds an impressive media company of his own. And what’s most inspiring, and no surprise given his talent and focus, is how he’s done all of this while embracing his unique opportunity to positively impact communities in need.” James dedicated the award to the I Promise School. “Throughout my journey if I’m able to win anything, my name is getting the award but it’s more than that,” he said in a statement, according to Sports Illustrated . “It’s everybody that I try to inspire. It’s my teammates and it’s my city, where I come from. The rapper shared a now-deleted photo of his nasty wound on his Instagram on Saturday night, writing: “I’m just glad I’m ok. Thank god.” Not long before that, the 26-year-old has posted a photo of him on his new toy, saying he made the purchase because he got bored. No word yet on how he’s feeling about that purchase now since the crash. According to reports from the people over at TMZ , sources say that the crash occurred in a dirt lot behind a luxury auto dealership in Calabasas. Rich was seen riding over small hills before he began doing donuts. It’s no surprise that this was the time that the rapper lost control of the vehicle, causing it to flip over and land on its roof with him in it. Rich The Kid was transported to a hospital shortly after emergency crews arrived on the scene. He also shared footage of his hospital visit on his social media pages and in one of the clips, Rich is heard telling the medical staff that his hand was broken. At this moment in time, it’s not yet clear how severe the rapper’s injuries are–but sources told TMZ the damage appeared to be pretty serious. An EMT allegedly told Rich he would have trouble “using his hand for the rest of his life,” and that he hoped he wasn’t a guitar player, “as he wouldn’t be able to play anymore.” Get well soon, Rich.

In said letter, she asked Stephen Curry why the smaller sizes of his sneakers were specifically labeled boys’ on Under Armour’s website: “I hope you can work with Under Armour to change this, because girls want to rock the Curry 5s too,” she wrote. @EmmaWatson Hi Emma, I know you are a big advocate for women.
