Let it rain money ! Man Arrested For Making It Rain $1k In Mall As Choir Sang You know the old saying: money doesn’t fall from the sky? Well, it did on Black Friday at Mall of America. Via Minnesota CBS Local : Serge Vorobyov — who goes by the YouTube handle “Serge the Car Hauler” — threw $1,000 in dollar bills from the fourth floor of the Mall of America rotunda as a choir performed “Let it Snow” on the ground floor below. Serge said the reason he surprised everyone and tossed out the cascade of cash is because he’s had a rough year and just wanted to help other people on Black Friday. “People think it’s an evil number, I thought it was supposed to be a lucky number,” he said on a YouTube vlog explaining the event. “I went through a horrible divorce, and she even took the cat and won’t tell me where it is. I thought I would just spread some holiday cheer … pay it forward.” Unfortunately, Bloomington police did not share his vision of yuletide cheer. They arrested him and charged him with disorderly conduct. A Mall of America spokesperson said his antics could have caused a major disturbance and someone could have been hurt. “I think all the people down there enjoyed it,” Serge said He was just spreading some holiday cheer and gwap! He would have had more fun at the strip club…

Must be nice … Scott Disick Uses Money As Toilet Paper Via TMZ reports: Scott Disick hates poor people. He also hates the middle class … and also the barely rich. In fact, Scott hates all un-super rich people so much … he posted a bunch of photos this weekend in what appeared to be a blitzkreig to mock them … starting with the wads of $100 bills he uses to wipe his ass. He posted pics of diamond jewelry, expensive watches and wads of cash … along with captions like, “Hello, peasant’s is that u?” He included the hash tag, “f**ku.” Another caption read, “I can’t help myself tonight #fu” Sure it’s tasteless. Sure it’s crass … but it’s also kind of awesome. IG

Kanye is under fire for entertaining war criminals … Kanye West Under Fire By Human Rights Groups Via RadarOnline reports: The guy who said “George Bush doesn’t care about black people” doesn’t seem to care about the Kazakhs. Kanye West, according to reports, took home $3 million to perform at the wedding of Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev’s grandson this past Saturday at Almaty’s Hotel Royal Tulip, drawing criticism for entertaining leaders of a republic infamous for its’ human rights violations. Human Rights Watch director David Mepham said the republic’s “serious and deteriorating human rights situation” “credible allegations of torture, the imprisonment of government critics, tight controls over the media and freedom of expression and association, limits in religious freedom, and continuing violation of workers’ rights”. Compounding matters, Amnesty International claims that “torture remains commonplace in Kazakhstan and the torturers are allowed to go free.” “The authorities of Kazakhstan have failed to hold the security forces accountable and to carry out an independent investigation into their abuses,” the organization said. “It is time to change a culture that always ranks security above human rights. Reform is long overdue and real changes should be introduced as a matter of urgency.” Jennifer Lopez came under similar fire earlier this summer, for performing for Turkmenistan leader Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov for a $1.5 million fee. These people live in their own “bubble world” where current events have no place. Black actors might demand big checks for work on the silver screen, but for TV, not so much… A List Of The Highest Paid Black Actors On TV Via Examiner Simon Cowell an executive producer and co-owner of “The X Factor” and “Got Talent” TV franchises, is ranked at the top of TV Guide’s list of the highest-paid TV stars of 2013. He made $95 million in the past year, according to TV Guide, which made the announcement on Aug. 20, 2013. The full list is in TV Guide’s Aug. 26 to Sept. 1, 2013 issues, which goes on sale on Aug. 22, 2013. Cowell is a judge on “The X Factor” U.S., which airs in the U.S. on Fox. According to TV Guide, Kelly Rowland (who joined “The X Factor” U.S. judging panel in 2013) is the next-highest-paid judge on the show: Her “X Factor” salary is $2.5 million per season. That’s about the same amount that TV Guide says Paula Abdul made as a judge “The X Factor” U.S. in 2011. Abdul lasted one season on the show before she was fired, along with judge Nicole Scherzinger and host Steve Jones. Although TV Guide did not report the salaries of the other two “X Factor” U.S. judges of 2013 (Demi Lovato and Paulina Rubio), the Hollywood Reporter claims that Lovato’s “X Factor” salary was doubled to slightly more than $2 million (compared to her reported $1 million “X Factor” salary in 2012), while Rubio’s “X Factor” salary in 2013 is about $1.5 million. Sharon Osbourne (who is a judge on “The X Factor” U.K.) is also on the list, which ranks the stars’ salaries only for U.S. TV shows. Therefore, only Osbourne’s reported $1 million annual salary for co-hosting CBS’s “The Talk” was included for her inclusion on the list. Osbourne’s “X Factor” U.K. salary is about £1.5 million (or $2.35 million in U.S. dollars), according to the Daily Mirror and The Sun. Cowell and Howard Stern were each tied for No. 1 on Forbes’ 2013 list of highest-paid TV personalities list, which counted the stars’ total salaries from June 2012 to June 2013. Cowell and Stern earned $95 million each in that time period, according to Forbes. What does that say about these broke hoes? German Study Shows Correlation Between Sex And Wages Earned Via Philly Having sex often not only impacts your personal life, but your work life as well. A new report found that employees who have sex frequently have significantly higher salaries than those who don’t. The study, done by the Institute for the Study of Labor in Germany, concluded that people who have sex more than four times a week have a 3.2 percent higher paycheck than those who have sex once a week. The link between sexual activity and wages is the highest among employees between the ages of 26 and 50. The report analyzed data was from about 7,500 households in Germany. Participants were asked how often they had sex, how much they make, their age, sexual orientation, if they have any health problems, and about their religion. People who have sex often seem to be happier and healthier, too. “Sexual activity allows distinct predictions to be made regarding labor market success, since economists consider health status, mental health, and dietary habits/obesity to be crucial variables that influence employees’ wages,” the report said. Personality traits also seem to influence salary. “Wages are higher for those with extraversion and openness traits who are sexually active,” the study found. Dark-skinned, light-skinned, Asian, and White women… Parks Department Workers Paid $165,000 Settlement For Racist Transfer Practices Via NYDailyNews The city will pay thousands of dollars to dark-skinned Parks Department workers who claim they were transferred out of tony Battery Park City in favor of white and light-skinned staffers amid threats and veiled complaints that they were too aggressive. The workers filed a discrimination suit after the March 2011 transfers — which came after months of escalating tensions between the mostly minority agents and some residents of the ritzy enclave. Racist signs and graffiti calling the Public Enforcement Patrol officers “thugs,” “pigs” and “n—–s” started popping up on benches and walls, according to the suit filed by 13 workers. The Parks Department wrongfully transferred eight dark-skinned workers out and brought in eight white, Asian or light-skinned Hispanics after the Battery Park City Authority — a private trust that pays the city $2 million for 31 PEP workers on its 32 acres — complained that some officers were too aggressive in ticketing residents, the suit charged. Residents of the waterfront neighborhood were pleased when PEP workers ticketed visitors — but annoyed when they got tickets for the same petty violations, said Charles St. Louis, a retired NYPD officer and PEP agent who is a plaintiff in the suit. What part of the game is THAT?! The city admitted no wrongdoing in the February agreement of $165,000 — $8,000 to each of the dark-skinned workers, plus the same payment to the replacement workers, who charged they were unwittingly put in the middle of a hostile situation. One black worker, George Parker, 62, will get a payment of $14,000 because a white resident went after him in a fury after another park worker questioned why his dog was off-leash. “I’ve been around a bit in my time, even Birmingham, Ala., and I’ve not seen much that was as bad as Battery Park City,” said Parker. “I got a lot of ‘I pay your salary’ and ‘You work for me’ when I tried to enforce the rules.” PEP worker Keshun Anderson, 40, said she was once called a “f—ing n—–” by the white resident who fought with Parker. Arkansas Couple Wins Lotto Twice In One Day Via Huffington Post An Arkansas couple who set out for a day of fishing came home with quite the fish story: Two winning lottery tickets, including a $1 million prize. The Arkansas Lottery Commission says Stephen and Terri Weaver were on a fishing trip when they stopped to buy the first ticket at T-Ricks convenience store in Pangburn, about 60 miles northeast of Little Rock. They stopped at the same store on their way home and bought another ticket. That first ticket turned out to be a $1 million winner. And the second one netted the couple another $50,000. The lottery commission says the Weavers claimed their cash Monday and that they plan to pay bills and invest in their retirement. The lotto Lord works in mysterious ways. Image via Arkansas Lotto
