In Hard Times, Heidi Montag Must Defend Herself

Short on cash to pay for security and worried about the dangers this world may throw at her, Heidi Montag is dedicating all her efforts to self-defense. “I can’t afford security, so I practice self defense and chain punching,” she tells Radar Online , noting that she’s learning martial arts to protect herself. Although she used to have a posse of bodyguards on hand, as her breasts have ballooned, she and husband Spencer Pratt have fallen on lean times. GETTING LIMBER : Heidi preps with some yoga. [Photo: Pacific Coast News] “I have spent millions in security in the last four years because I had to take care of the cost myself. It’s crazy and it’s hard, but life is not always fair.” Poor baby, blowing untold sums of money on wholly unnecessary things. Surely her plastic surgery obsession didn’t factor into her financial woes at all. “I’ve had to change my life. I can’t afford to go to the clubs anymore because the protection I need can cost anywhere from $5,000-$10,000 a night.” “When you travel it’s worst, you need to cover the guards’ travel, food’ lodging, etc., and pay them. All my money went there, safety is number one.” Wait … Heidi Montag requires that much security? Does anyone care enough to hurt her? Or even know who she is anymore? Oh, the petite blond with the fake chest, nose, ass … none of those in L.A.

Lance Armstrong’s Wife at the Beach of the Day

You gotta love beach tits in pants on a bitch who chose her man based on his money, his celebrity, his athleticism, his personality, his contribution to charity and helping others, who still jerks off to memories of Sheryl Crow’s twat bouncing on his dick over her man having testicles…possibly because he keeps a vat of sperm in his freezer that he uses to knock up a bitch when he has to, and that she can have spoonfuls of when she gets sperm hungry……..not that it matters…

Despite massive protests, US Senate passes S 510 Food Safety Bill

(NaturalNews) The new Food Tyranny Act — called the “Food Safety Modernization Act” in the U.S. Senate — has been passed by the senate today. It would give the FDA vast new powers to criminalize and imprison farmers and food producers while doing absolutely nothing to address to real root of the food contamination problem: Factory animal farm operations (which are regulated under the USDA, not the FDA). The bill passed 73 to 25, with Sen Tom Coburn (R-Oklahoma) emerging as the greatest “voice of reason” in the debate. His last-ditch amendment to reduce the scale of the bill was defeated this morning. Here's the official vote record:http://www.senate.gov/legislative/L… Notably, there wasn't a single Democrat who opposed the bill. This bill, as originally written, would have outlawed most nutritional supplements through “harmonization” with European laws. It also would have authorized ten-year prison sentences for farmers sellingraw milkto their neighbors. Both of those provisions were eventually stripped out of the bill thanks to some last-minute amendments, but it gives you an idea of the outright police state mentality of the original bill authors who attempted to put in place completegovernmentcontrol over food, gardens, rawmilkand more. To give you an idea ofhow cluelessU.S. Senators are aboutfood, the New York Times is reporting that whenSenatestaff members met to discuss this bill, they would eat Starburst candies and jellybeans. As the NYT reports, “In the midst of negotiations, the negotiators — nearly allwomen– took a field trip to a nearby food market so that a Republican staff member could teach theDemocratshow to buy high-quality steaks.” So what we have here is a new foodtyrannylaw that was essentially negotiated by a group of women who eatdeadfoods, animals products and candy. No wonder they still don't get it. Thecontaminationof lettuce and other fresh produce is caused byfactory animals farms, not by produce farms. (E.coli can only thrive in the digestive tracts of animals, not plants.) The “small farms” exclusion will soon be meaningless The Tester Amendment of the bill did manage to excludesomesmallerfarmersfrom the more tyrannical provisions of the bill. As currently stated, this would exclude small farms that sell less than $500,000 worth of food and which sell most of their food locally. However, Senators failed to consider what's going to happen when theFederal Reservekeeps printing counterfeitmoney, devaluing the dollar and causing massive food price inflation. A farm that right now produces merely $100,000 worth of food (which could be a small, two-person farm) will soon find itself producing $500,000 worth of food (or more) due to the rapidly falling value of the U.S. dollar. This is how the Federal Reserve's money counterfeiting actions will further destroyAmericaand place small family farms under the tyranny ofthe FDA. What's next: Defeat the bill in committee The Senate version of the bill must now be reconciled with the House version that was passed last year. This reconciliation committee must hammer out the differences between the two bills. Democrats are urgently rushing to do this during their “lame duck” session in order to avoid moreRepublicansgetting involved who would seek to scale back thepowerand size of the federal government. Some House Democrats are even suggesting they would support passing the Senate version of the bill as it is written, without requiring any changes whatsoever, just to rush it through before the end of the year.NaturalNewsand other health freedom organizations intend to fight this effort, hoping to stall the bill until the newCongresscan enter the picture and hopefully interject some common sense into the negotiations. Please don't feed the monster If signed into law by the President (who is sure to sign it), this Food Safety Bill would provide yet more power and funding to one of the most dangerous monsters our nation has ever known: TheFDA. This is the agency responsible for the death of more Americans than all the wars our nation has ever been involved with — combined! ( http://www.naturalnews.com/030461_S…) The idea that we're going to save a few lives from food poisoning while subjectingeveryoneto yet another layer ofBig Governmenttyranny is so abhorrent and downright evil that if our country's founding fathers saw all this going on, they would be stunned into silence that it's happening in “the land of the free.” Fresh milk being criminalized? You've got to be kidding… Only they're not kidding. The FDA is the agency that has raided vitamin companies ( http://www.naturalnews.com/021791.html ), arrestednutritional supplementmanufacturers and ordered the destruction of books containing stevia recipes. This is the agency that censors the scientific truth aboutnaturalfoods like cherries and walnuts ( http://www.naturalnews.com/029698_c…) while promoting the outright fraud and quackery of the pharmaceutical industry. And now the FDA is to be rewarded for its malfeasance with yet MORE power andauthority? This is how Washington works, folks. The government always thinks it's here to save you, and the Democrats want Big Government to be your nanny and “take care of you.” (The Republicans, for their part, just want to bail out the wealthy banksters with your money.) And yet, when it all comes down to it, these people are justtyrantswho have forgotten American history and abandoned the Constitution and its founding principles. Mark my words: Five years down the road, when the FDA's armed “food police” are running rampant across America, arresting farmers and imprisoning lettuce growers, people will be appalled, and they'll wonder, “How could we have let this happen!?” The answer is right here: You let it happen because you allowed Big Government to rule overthe food supply. And if there's one thing we know about Big Government, it's thatit always wants to get bigger. It always wants more power. More authority. More funding. And more excuses to function as a dictatorship that rules over the American people. The Food Safety Modernization Act is to thefood supplywhat the Patriot Act is to the Bill of Rights. We must make every effort to prevent this from becoming law, lest we find ourselves living under afood dictatorshipwhere only dead, fumigated or irradiated food will be allowed to be sold to the public. The “food irradiation plot” has been the plan from the very beginning of all this ( http://www.naturalnews.com/023015_f…) . Of course, once the real food is all criminalized and outlawed, there's alwayssoylent green. That might not be too far off, come to think of it. Swizz Beatz, Diddy-Dirty Money Get Their ‘Ass On The Floor’

Swizzy drops Monster Monday track days after previewing new Haute Living cuts on Ustream. By Mawuse Ziegbe Swizz Beatz Photo: Johnny Nunez/ WireImage Following in the tradition of fellow production star Kanye West, Swizz Beatz has conjured up Monster Mondays to dole out free joints on the Web featuring some of his celebrity pals. His latest offering, “Ass on the Floor,” corrals Diddy-Dirty Money into the mix for a slickly atmospheric dance-floor-filler. Reinvigorating the rapid-fire drums made famous by Major Lazer’s 2009 party must-have “Pon De Floor,” Swizzy adds the spacey sheen of synth chords as the Dirty Money ladies croon about drowning their sorrows over a frustratingly volatile relationship. “You’re the love of my life/ But you hurt my heart twice/ Now I’m drunker than a motherf—– / Trying to find my way back to your heart you motherf—–,” Kalenna sings. Production duties aside, Swizzy plays hypeman, commanding the lovelorn souls to forget the drama and “get ya ass on the floor/ Them haters can’t tell you nothing!” The track’s amped-up rhythm is somewhat at odds with the melancholy lyrics, as Diddy also laments potent heartbreak in his verse. “That love’s gon’ get ya, motherf—– / Smoke weed, listening to Sade/ I left my pain in Paris/ Why can’t you see sh– my way?” Diddy spits. The vibe of the song definitely stays on track with the naked emotion the Bad Boy mogul promised on the trio’s long-delayed effort, Last Train to Paris. “One of the things we’re trying to represent is emotion,” Diddy told MTV News last year. “Not being afraid to show emotion on record. A lot of records out right now — no disrespect to them, but they’re all surface. It’s about what people have or a dance. All our records are gonna be about love, feelings and emotion. Last Train to Paris is a love story and the most vulnerable album I’ve ever been involved in. It’s raw emotion — you get a feeling, a vibe.” In addition to his Monster Mondays series, Swizzy has been staying busy in the studio and recently previewed some joints from his upcoming Haute Living album on Ustream. Tracks included a thumping midtempo banger featuring Chris Brown, and another song boasting the breathy vocals of his new wife Alicia Keys . Brangelina Goes AWOL on Thanksgiving

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt did their thing on Thanksgiving. What that was, we have absolutely no idea, but it appears their kinds hung out on the beach for the holiday Angelina loathes, parents nowhere in sight. Pax, Shiloh, Zahara, Knox and Vivienne were all spotted at the beach , accompanied by their nannies on Thanksgiving. No sign of Ange or of Brad Pitt. REWRITING HISTORY : Brangelina will have none of it . Pitt did comment earlier that the family would be overseas, but did not mention specific plans. Likely because Angelina Jolie hates Thanksgiving . “Angelina Jolie hates this holiday and wants no part in rewriting history like many other Americans,” a source said of her perception of the day. “To celebrate what the white settlers did to the native Indians, the domination of one culture over another, just isn’t her style at all.” Apparently she put her money where her mouth is, at least.

FDA will Ban Food Makers from Telling the Truth about Non-GMO Foods

(NaturalNews) In case anyone had any doubts about who the FDA really serves, the latest news should prove once and for all whose side they are on – and it isn't yours or mine. The Washington Post has reported that, in addition to ultimately approving genetically modified “Frankenfish” salmon without requiring a GMO label, the FDA will also be banning the inclusion of any references to not containing genetically modified content on food items which are GMO free. The FDA, which has been under intense pressure from GM interests to approve the modified salmon without requiring any labeling, stated that it could not require a label on the salmon because the agency determined that the altered fish are not “materially different” from other salmon. Apparently, the agency is using even the same, and even flimsier, justifications to force food companies to hide the truth if their products are GM/GMO free – much to the delight of the multi-billion dollar GM industries. We should have seen such an outrageous decision coming, given the FDA's past record and continued turn away from protecting consumers' health in favor of industry profits from drug and food companies who are obviously its true clients and masters. In 1994 the agency warned the dairy industry that it could not use “Hormone Free” labeling on milk from cows that are not given engineered hormones. It claimed all milk contains some hormones. The FDA told one canola oil maker that it could not use a label that included a red circle with a line through it and the words “GMO,” saying the symbol suggested that there was something wrong with genetically engineered food. It has also recently sent a flurry of enforcement letters to food makers telling them they could not use phrases such as “GMO-free” on their labels, including a food maker which produces an all fruit strawberry spread. In the case of the strawberry spread, the FDA reasoned that the label would be incorrect because GMO refers to genetically modified organisms and strawberries are produce, not organisms. “This to me raises questions about whose interest the FDA is protecting,” House Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) told the Washington Post. Kucinich has repeatedly introduced bills in the House that would require the labeling of genetically modified food but has been unable to overcome the money and influence of the GMO lobbies and companies. The FDA's anticipated actions come at a time when consumers increasingly want to know the content of their foods. In fact, polls consistently show that more than 80% of Americans want genetically engineered foods to be labeled. It also comes at a time when more and more studies are demonstrating the health and environmental dangers of GMO foods. “The public wants to know and the public has a right to know,” New York University nutrition professor Marion Nestle told the Post. “I think the agency has discretion, but it's under enormous political pressure to approve [the salmon] without labeling.” Not surprisingly, the GM industry agrees wholeheartedly with the FDA. As one director of animal biotechnology said, “Extra labeling only confuses the consumer. … It differentiates products that are not different [and] makes it harder for consumers to make their choices.” In other words, make it easier for consumers to make choices by limiting their information. Forget about health dangers, our right to know, or the constitutional rights to free speech (which the Supreme Court has ruled includes commercial free speech in anti-FDA decisions). The FDA simply wants to protect us poor consumers from being confused. Who do you think the FDA is really protecting? ~~~ Here's more about the man who is now, thanks to Obama and his debt to Monsanto, in charge of your food safety http://www.grist.org/article/2009-07-08-monsanto-FDA-taylor added by: samantha420

Chris Brown, Bow Wow Rock Free Thanksgiving Concert In Atlanta

Stars perform at event which hooked up locals with a turkey giveaway and carnival. By Mawuse Ziegbe, with reporting by James “FLX” Smith Chris Brown Photo: MTV News With another Thanksgiving upon us, celebrities are in the giving spirit. On Tuesday night, Chris Brown and Bow Wow kicked off some pre-Turkey Day festivities with a free concert for their Atlanta-area fans. Decked out in a slate-gray suit and white kicks, Breezy rocked tracks like his Graffiti joint “I Can Transform Ya,” flanked by similarly dapper backup dancers as he turned out his signature athletic choreography. The “Deuces” singer said he was down to gift concertgoers with a high-octane performance just in time for the holidays. “It was fun, I had a great time,” Brown told MTV News. “I love giving back to the fans and everybody who got to come out who really don’t get a chance to come out and go to concerts and things like that.” Also at the event, which was organized by beatsmith Polow Da Don and featured a carnival and turkey giveaway, was Breezy’s homey and fellow hitmaker Bow Wow. The Cash Money MC said he didn’t need any convincing to rock the crowd alongside his “Shortie Like Mine” collaborator — especially if it meant bringing some holiday cheer to deserving fans. “It was only right that I came out, supported the homey,” Bow said. “He called me, wanted me to come out, perform the record, shut it down, and I told him it was nothing. And on top of that, it was for a positive cause.” Coming down the pike from Breezy is the follow-up to Graffiti, which features the single “Yeah 3X.” The singer updated fans about the project in September. “I’m putting out singles a lot right now, so everything’s coming together. But I definitely am gonna to say this and plug it quick: The name of my album is Fame, so make sure you check it out,” he said during a stop at an Austin, Texas, radio station. Candice Swanepoel Nude fo VMan of the Day

I posted the video of a shy and embarrassed Candice Swanepoel checking out this V-Man spread for the first time cuz it brought back memories of video taping 18 year old everyday girls banging my dick unprotected while drunk, only to show them the video a week later or the next day, loving the horror in their eyes, unable to accept that they did what they did, only to negotiate what it would take to get me to delete the shit….usually with more hot sex….it is one of those “OMG, I totes can’t believe I did this, I’m such a slut, but the money was good, so I guess that makes me a whore” situations….and I fucking love it…especially cuz her I want to segregate and separate her South African pussy from her South African ass with my tongue like it was the Apartheid….but I’d have to run her thru a few AIDS tests, I’m dumb and I’ve made mistakes cuz I love unprotected sex, but I don’t usually play against the odds like Africa Aids Rate intentionally when given the option…When I hear Africa, I try to blindly shove my dick in the box no matter how nice the box is decorated, if you know what I mean… Here are the pics she got so shy about….They are pretty amazing…I’m sold…forget what I said about running her through AIDS tests…cuz I’m ready to roll, HIV or not, I’ve lived a long enough life of misery…this would be a good finisher….enjoy. As far as I’m concerned, this is what fashion modeling is all about…bitches getting out of clothes….amazing…

Lil Twist Finishing Debut Album After ‘Emotional’ Lil Wayne Homecoming

‘We did it big, and he was just happy to be home,’ Young Money MC tells MTV News of his close friend and mentor. By Rahman Dukes Lil Twist Photo: MTV News The “Free Weezy” campaign officially ended following Lil Wayne’s release from Rikers Island after serving an eight-month sentence, and the streamers and balloons from the “Welcome Home Weezy” parties have been taken down. Now, the Young Money captain and his stable of artists can focus on resuming their recording careers. Earlier this year, Drake released the now-platinum Thank Me Later album only to be followed by labelmate Nicki Minaj with her debut album, Pink Friday, which is also expected to turn out big numbers on next week’s Billboard charts. In the coming months, the home that Weezy and Birdman built will show no signs of slowing down with more debut efforts slated to drop in 2011 from Tyga, Lil Chuckee, Shanell and Lil Twist. Twist didn’t sit still while Wayne was away, staying busy recording a litany of material, some of which could see the light of day on his upcoming mixtape project with pop phenomenon Justin Bieber . “Me and Justin are working on this mixtape,” Twist told MTV News. “We probably gonna title it Best of Both Worlds [or] Best of Young Rap, Best of Young Pop. We got a few records done.” This past weekend, while walking the red carpet at the American Music Awards, Bieber also confirmed that the pair were working on something together. “Lil Twist is my homey, and we’re working on stuff for fun,” the teenybopper told MTV News. Twist recently returned to his Atlanta home following some much-needed time with Wayne, his close friend and mentor. According to Twist, the reunion was memorable and emotional. “My big brother just got home, Weezy F. Baby,” Twist told MTV News from Atlanta. “We did it real big in Miami as soon as he touched down. I actually missed the show he did with Drake in Vegas , but as soon as he did, we partied like crazy. It was a very emotional and fun moment, man, because everybody was there, the whole Cash Money label and Young Money was there. We did it big, and he was just happy to be home, and it felt good.” Now that Weezy is home, it’s back to business. “Right now, I am working on my debut album, Don’t Get it Twisted, ” Twist said. “I actually went back into the album, I was done with it, and I went to Birdman with it, and he loved the album. But I wanted to go back in and get a few more songs by myself. I got a lot of collaborations on the album, so that’s what I’m doing right now.”
