Apparently, as part of Heidi Montag and Spencer McDouche’s fake divorce settlement they had to exchange dogs outside, in front of the paparazzi, shirtless and/or pantless. I’m not a legal expert, but I’ve watched enough Law & Order to know that this seems a bit odd. Partly because everything they do is bullsh#t, but mostly because no self respecting judge would sign off on an agreement that had Heidi NOT going topless. Have you seen those massive fake boobs ? Common sense dictates that those things should be exposed at all times. Come on.

I’m no legal expert, but unless you’re playing a hooker on a hilarious episode of Night Court , I don’t think thigh high socks are the appropriate attire for the courtroom. That didn’t stop Lindsay Lohan from wearing her best extra long sock and favorite plaid shirt to a court appearance the other day.
