Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters First Look: Renner and Arterton

Fairy tales really do come true… when Hollywood is out of other ideas. EW has the first look at Tommy Wirkola’s Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters , a film starring Jeremy Renner and Gemma Arterton as grown versions of the Grimm trekkers who once killed a witch during their youth. Apparently the movie takes on a gritty Pulp Fiction vibe while invoking the very real bonds between siblings who’ve suffered abuse and trauma. Bread crumbs and broken lives, y’all. Click through for a first glimpse.

Tim and Eric’s Billion Dollar Movie Red Band Trailer: Sick Show, Great Job!

Every once in a while it’s nice to see a “red band trailer” that could possibly disturb somebody. Tim and Eric’s Billion Dollar Movie does just that, as well as build nicely upon Tim Heidecker and Eric Wareheim’s Adult Swim series Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job! , which ran for five seasons. In the trailer for the new movie, which will premiere at Sundance , we watch as Tim and Eric don fetching khakis, sever a finger, astound Zach Galifiankis, reveal a staggering sex toy and “honor their love” for each other. Disgusting and undeniably funny.

By now many of you have had ample opportunity to check out Rubber, the movie from Quentin Dupieux that hit last year. Yeah, the one about the sentient tire that develops psychic powers and uses them to blow the heads off animals and people. I liked Rubber a lot — thought it was funny and entertaining in a simple, almost too-self aware way — and have been looking forward to his next movie. Mr. Skin’s Blu-Ray Discoveries: Cowboys & Aliens [PIC]

Climb with us into the wayback machine, Skin fans, because we’re traveling through time to the good ol’ days of…July 2011? Summer movie season was at its peak when the sci-fi/Western hybrid Cowboys & Aliens landed in theaters, but it was a letdown for us thanks to a CGI cover-up ( a bit of a habit for Ms. Wilde ). Here’s what we said at the time: Mr. Skin’s Skin Skout has seen a sneak preview of Cowboys & Aliens, and it turns out the much-hyped butt scene is less than Wilde. 1 hour and 11 minutes into the movie, Olivia walks through a fire naked and miraculously unharmed. Olivia may be fine, but Skin Central is still feeling burnt, because CGI flames cover Olivia’s seat meat in the rear view shot, exposing only naked back, and from the front we only see her from the shoulders up. Not to mention as soon as she walks out of the fire, Daniel Craig rushes in to cover Olivia’s gorgeous naked body with a blanket. Take special note of that last part, because when we got the Blu-ray of Cowboys & Aliens , our Blu-ray Ninja set out on a quest to defy the gods of moviemaking and find that butt shot . And guess what, folks? He did it. There are exactly two frames of Olivia’s cheeks in that scene, and our Blu-ray ninja found them. The moral of the story? Don’t try to burn a ninja, or the ninja will burn you. Check out more flaming-hot HD finds from our Skin Labs on Mr. Skin’s Blu-ray Discoveries and Mr. Skin’s Blu-ray Discoveries 2 playlists!

Bad Movies We Love: O

Ralph Fiennes’s sweeping Coriolanus arrives this weekend. See that shit. Fiennes whips up a batch of thundering personal conflict, the kind that made Quiz Show so awesome, and Vanessa Redgrave gives a supporting performance far worthier of an Oscar than her work in Julia . She is angst and fury. She’s like Coriolanus Morissette up there. But if Shakespearean seriousness isn’t your thing, please circle back to 2001 when Mekhi Phifer, Julia Stiles and Josh Hartnett served up a Shakespearean telenovela in O , based on Othello . Hope you like hip-hop, opera and Josh Hartnett’s “evil” face, because this movie is a green-eyed monster that’s trying so hard not to be funny.

Watch the Trailer for Camp Hell, the Horror Pic Jesse Eisenberg Wishes He Could Take Back

To be fair, nothing in Jesse Eisenberg ‘s recently filed lawsuit claims that he wishes he could take back his five-minute cameo in the low budget horror pic Camp Hell , about evil unleashing a bloodbath at a Christian youth retreat. (That’s just a guess.) The actor is simply a stickler for truth in advertising and wants his fans to know he’s “not the star of and does not appear in a prominent role in Camp Hell .” As for co-stars Bruce Davison, Dana Delaney, and Andrew McCarthy… well, you’re kinda stuck. Watch the unintentional horrors unfold in the trailer after the jump!

Tim and Eric’s Billion Dollar Movie Teaser: WTF?

Let me preface this by saying that I love Tim and Eric’s bizarro-surrealist sketch comedy shtick, and when I write “WTF?” I don’t necessarily mean it in a bad way. It’s just… what else can be said about the new ultra-brief teaser for Tim and Eric’s Billion Dollar Movie ? What reactions other than “WTF?” did these evil comic geniuses even intend?

My Bieber Experience took place in Summer 2011. I went to…

My Bieber Experience took place in Summer 2011. I went to Canada for a student exchange and I lived 7 hours away from Stratford. I wanted to go there so bad, but at first it seemed like there wouldn’t be a possibility to go. Anyways, it changed and a week before I went there I got told that I would. A friend from Germany also told me about a Bieber Map, which shows you some places where Justin used to spend his free time and I looked for it and found it. When it was the day I went to Stratford I was so excited that I couldn’t really sleep the night before. The ride to Stratford seemed like forever. When there were there, I saw the Stratford sign, which you can see in the movie. We stopped and I took the first picture. Then I went downtown and looked at everything where you can see in the movie, our just from some old YouTube videos or pictures. I was so proud to be there and to get the chance to see all that. We ate in the Pizza Pizza and sat there where Justin sat in ‘Never Say Never’. I went at the Avon Theatre steps and at his school, soccer field and more. I also went down to the river where Justin runs over and screamed, “Aye Ryan, aye”. When I walked down there I noticed some boys with BMX and I’m not sure about it but I think one of them was Chaz.  I know I didn’t meet Justin and I didn’t get a DM or anything else but for me, it was an awesome experience and I thought I would never get the chance to go to Stratford and see how he grew up, but I did! All of you should believe in their dreams and follow them, because it’s worth it! Every time you get a little bit closer to your dream you should be happy and thankful for the chance to get closer to it! Follow your dreams and stay positive! Never Say Never!
