Today on Leah’s Lemonade….She dished the unsaid beef between Ella Mai and Jacquees. According to Ella Mai there isn’t much of one. The singer sat down for an interview and explained that the situation isn’t a beef but when you try to profit off a song that’s not yours… well it’s not going to go well legally. She admitted that they had met and they were cool, Ella Mai admitted she didn’t follow him on social media so there was no way for her to block him…Yikes… Apparently things are all good because they were seen embracing one another on social media. T.I. is in some hot water for teasing a video with a look alike of Melania Trump…Let’s just say the first lady isn’t too pleased. The video shows Donald Trump leaving the White House and the Melania look alike strips all the way naked.  Well the White House isn’t too fond, Melania’s Director of Communications tweeted the video was in bad taste and that Americans should boycott T.I…. Yesterday (Oct 15) the company announced its new small device that in essence acts as a phone but it’s not a phone. Head scratching right? Well, Palm’s new assistant is just that an assistant to help ween you away from your larger smartphone. It will pair with your phone just like your smartwatch does and Palm is hoping people will instead choose the smaller handset which is about the size of a credit card over their favorite wearable. It’s IP68-rated water- and dust-resistant and has 2GB of storage, an 800mAh battery, 3GB of RAM, runs Android 8.1 that grants users access to all apps in the Google Play store and of course a camera. It features one USB-C port for charging and headphones and is equipped with Bluetooth 4.2 low energy. Oh, and Palm promises it will last all day too if you put in Life Mode which silences the phones notifications and incoming calls. The Palm will also sync with iOS devices but can’t run iOS-only apps so that might scare some Apple aficionados from away the Palm. Now, sources close to Gomez are confirming that Bieber’s abrupt engagement and marriage did play a role in her fragile mental state — but that’s not the whole story. “Selena can be a delicate flower, especially because she has had constant medical struggles, but Justin’s engagement and quick marriage threw her off guard and hit her hard,” one insider tells People magazine. “She and Justin have been on and off for years, although they were so young when it all began,” the source adds. “Justin was her first big love, and she isn’t over him.” Fortunately, the insider confirms that Selena’s condition is improving, and she’s fully committed to the hard work of recovery. “Selena is feeling better,” the source tells People . “She is getting the help she needs.” As for Justin, he’s said to be having a tremendously difficult time and is deeply concerned with his ex’s well-being. “This was his first great love, and while he was young and traveling around the world as a superstar, he learned a great deal from her,” one insider says. “He was extremely upset over what has happened to Selena,” adds the source, who People identifies as a figure in the Miami music scene. “He feels like she is part of his life and he wants her to be happy and healthy.” Asked if Selena’s issues could have a negative impact on Bieber and Baldwin’s relationship, the insider admitted: “It could be a problem down the road.” Just when you thought the Justin-Selena drama had permanently come to an end. Solange Covers ‘T’ Mag, New Album Dropping Any Day Now?

She is dropping a follow up to her  A Seat At The Table  this week. As  Vulture   noted the singer is releasing a new album any day now as per her recent interview in  New York Times’ T Magazine . According to the lengthy feature, the new project will “likely arrive into the world fully formed at some mysterious and unexpected moment”. Her description of the direction is just as complex. “There is a lot of jazz at the core. But with electronic and hip-hop drum and bass because I want it to bang and make your trunk rattle” she explains. Source: Collier Schorr / Collier Schorr / T Magazine The “Cranes In The Sky” singer also detailed how she is trying to take a step back from being the protagonist of her material. “I realize how much wider, figuratively and literally, my work could be if I took myself away as subject.” Her unique and very lengthy recording process is also revealed. “I like to be able to tell the story in 13 different ways, then I like to edit.”  The Times reports that each song for A Seat At The Table were all 15 minutes or longer and then she trimmed them down. Along with lightly touching on the yet to be named LP she also discussed her creative aspirations from as a child (“My dream was to go to Juilliard”) and shares how even with her popularity she still gets nervous about releasing her projects (“I have this fear living in my body about releasing work”).
