Justin Bieber: High on Weed, Pills at Time of Miami Arrest

Justin Bieber was high on marijuana and prescription medication when he was arrested this month. When he was arrested this month in Miami , we should say. We now need to make a distinction because Bieber was also arrested yesterday in Canada. According to toxicology results obtained by TMZ, the singer had weed and Alprazolam in his system when police pulled him over for drag racing last Thursday night. The latter is a key ingredient of Xanax, an anti-anxiety drug. Justin Bieber Arrest Footage The report also showed Justin tested negative for cocaine, opiates and meth. Meanwhile, according to the official report, officers on the scene say Bieber admitted he had been “smoking all night at the studio” when pressed. He also acted “excited, talkative, insulting [and] cocky” as the incident wore on, initially agreeing to a breathalyzer, for example, but then giving officers a hard time when they tried to administer it. The 19-year old was out of it and couldn’t follow basic instructions on how to provide this sample, legal documents add. They say “he had extreme difficulty providing a continuous breath.” The artist’s attorney has entered a plea of not guilty into the record for this Miami arrest and his client is due in court on February 14. He’s also due in court on March 10 to answer for assault charges that allege he beat up a limousine driver in the wee hours of December 29 in Toronto. But Billy Ray Cyrus another idea, one that also involves Bieber taking a break from his usual surroundings. “I would just invite him to come down and chill out with me, maybe in Tennessee,” Billy Ray told Access Hollywood last night. “Let’s go up to the teepee, build a fire, step away…  take a break for a little bit, just think about what’s important.” And what would Bieber do there with the man who raised Miley Cyrus ? “Get back to life,” Billy Ray said. “Build a fire, count the deer and the hawks and relax a little bit.” That doesn’t sound half bad. But Justin is on the beach in Panama at the moment with Chantel Jeffries and we can understand why he might choose that path instead. We always knew there was a resemblance, but wow. Just … wow. This hilarious, seizure-inducing GIF of the Justin Bieber mug shot morphing into Miley Cyrus’ face might be the best thing to come out of this week’s scandal. Maybe it’s just that the photos are similarly proportioned or that both stars appear super happy in them … but these two young ladies look an awful lot alike : Look at those piercing eyes, those million-dollar smiles and those awkward hairstyles. It’s as if they were two identical twin girls switched at birth. Uncanny. Ironically, given the way people treat her like the anti-christ, Miley Cyrus has managed to stay out of jail and (relatively) scandal free in her personal life. Her song “We Can’t Stop” is about taking Molly, and for that she’s been criticized plenty, but there’s little to suggest that she has substance abuse issues. Or any other issues. Say what you will about her “art” or the example she sets, but when was the last time Miley got in trouble? That’s right. Hasn’t happened. Justin Bieber’s home was laid bare by the police last week, as they raided his mansion and reportedly found a great deal of drug paraphernalia on the premises . Now, however, the singer appears to be laying himself bare in a new Instagram photo, one that features Lil Za catching some ZZZZs and the caption: “@LilZa u a** leep????” That is most definitely someone’s exposed rear end on the right side of the photo. Safe to assume it belongs to The Biebs. Hot stuff, huh, ladies?!? Bieber took off for a snowboarding trip this weekend with some pals, as he tries to ignore the possible felony charges hanging over his head. He’s accused of hurling over 20 eggs at his neighbor’s house in Calabasas, with damage allegedly exceeding $20,000 and the District Attorney pondering what sort of charges – if any – to bring against the artist. According to a new report, Justin Bieber may not simply be a spoiled, entitled, havoc-creating celebrity who throws eggs at his neighbor’s home purely out of ego. He may have a drug problem. Justin Bieber Scandal Rewind Well-connected insider tell TMZ that Bieber has serious substance abuse issues. He allegedly uses sizzurp – a mix of codein, promethazine, Sprite and a Jolly Rancher on a frequent basis. This substance, popular in the hip hop world, has been known to cause seizures. But that’s not all. Bieber also pops prescription pills, such as Xanax, and regularly gets drunk and smokes marijuana. How bad are these problems? Those close to the artist have been pushing for him to attend rehab, though it doesn’t appear as if Justin is listening. A few days ago, good friend Lil Za was arrested for drug possession (likely Molly, a form of Ecstasy) and some believe Bieber paid off his pal to take the fall for him. Bieber has remained silence ever since a video surfaced that appeared to verify he egged his neighbor’s home. Police subsequently raided Justin’s residence and are going through possible evidence that links him to the crime. He may face felony vandalism charges.
