Be a man and take responsibility,” the former Drake & Josh wrote. “Learn to be an ADULT!” For whatveer reason (jealousy?), Bell has gone after Justin many time before. He once labeled the artist’s fans insane and slammed Bieber for being really short. Woman Sues Developer For Failing To Inform Her Of Racist Neighbor A New Jersey woman was who was livid after learning that she’d purchased a home next to an openly racist man is now suing the home developer for failing to warn her. via News One Cyndee Phoenix (pictured) thought she had found the perfect home in a Hamilton County, N. J., residential community to live in with her elderly parents and sister. But what Phoenix did not know and now claims was not revealed to her by the developer, Lennar Homes Corp, who promoted promises of a “wonderful lifestyle,” was that she and her family would be tormented by a neighbor who would threaten, intimidate and make racist remarks. She is suing the developer for “knowingly concealing” that her future neighbor was a “dangerous individual,” according to Courthouse News. Phoenix closed on her home last October and moved in a month later. Lennar Homes reportedly warned the neighbor in question, Kevin Elville Potter, about his alleged harassing behavior, requesting that he cease his hostile conduct. According to documents filed in Atlantic County Court, Potter began his harassing ways soon after Phoenix moved in. Potter allegedly made “death threats to plaintiff’s sister, spit in the direction of Phoenix’s family members, made snide and racist comments about plaintiff, has taken pictures of plaintiff’s guests and stared them down in attempts to intimidate them and continued blocking plaintiff’s driveway with his parked cars.” The complaint also describes how Phoenix is so “afraid to leave her home” and “is constantly living in fear” that she was forced to hire a security guard because the family was also allegedly stalked by Potter. Phoenix claims that her security guard was even harassed by Potter, who once reportedly followed the employee for 15 miles on the freeway. There’s no arguing that this man’s actions are blatantly prejudice and uncalled for from the sounds of things but, it’ll be hard to prove that the home developer had knowledge of his racist ways before hand. A Chicago story about life instead of death … 9-Year-Old Chicago Girl Delivers Her Baby Sister When Mom Goes Into Labor Via ABCNews Alyssa Meza is not even 10, but she has proved to her mother that she can handle a crisis. The 9-year-old has at least won the unofficial title of “Best Older Sister” this week when she delivered her baby sister after her mother went into labor. “She said she felt the baby coming out, and I told her to push the baby out and I’ll catch the baby,” Alyssa told ABC Chicago station WLS-TV of helping her mother through labor. “She got scared, and I caught the baby, grabbed the towel and wrapped her around.” Alyssa also unraveled the umbilical cord wrapped around her sister’s neck, an important step she said she learned about after watching a medical TV show. “I had to unwrap it a little, and I ran next door to grab my neighbor because the baby was a little purple,” she told WLS-TV. Both Alyssa’s mother, Monique Meza, and the baby were taken to the hospital after a neighbor called 911. Both mother and baby returned home on New Year’s Day. Young Alyssa says she has aspirations to become a paramedic one day, says her mother: “I expected it from her, but not as much maturity that she has shown me, at her age, very mature,” Monique Meza told WLS-TV. “I know she has a bright future ahead of her.” We guess this story will go over well with the college admissions committees. The Duck Dynasty cast released a statement in support of suspended star Phil Robertson, implying that they can’t go forward with the show without him. “We are in discussions with A&E to see what [this] means for the future of Duck Dynasty,” the family statement said of Phil Robertson’s suspension . “We have had a successful working relationship with A&E but, as a family, we cannot imagine the show going forward without our patriarch at the helm.” Duck Dynasty Cast Issues Statement, Stands By Phil Robertson The family defended Robertson’s comments and stressed that they are a “family rooted in our faith in God and our belief that the Bible is His word.” “While some of Phil’s unfiltered comments to the reporter were coarse, his beliefs are grounded in the teachings of the Bible,” the family said. “Phil is a Godly man who follows what the Bible says are the greatest commandments: ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart’ and ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’” “Phil would never incite or encourage hate.” The Robertson family said it has “spent much time in prayer” since learning A&E had suspended Phil over anti-gay comments he made in GQ . The family also criticized A&E for its actions , saying he was placed on hiatus “for expressing his faith, which is his constitutionally protected right.” Indeed, he sparked a national debate on religion and tolerance in an interview in which the reporter asked him what he considered to be sinful behavior. The 67-year-old Robertson, who fans of the show know is very religious, said: “Start with homosexual behavior and just morph out from there. Bestiality, sleeping around with this woman and that woman and that woman and those men.” The Duck Commander found then paraphrased Paul’s letter to the Corinthians: “Don’t be deceived.
