Read more:

Oprah scored huge ratings after her exclusive interview with Bobby Kristina aired on OWN. Now, other networks are vying for an exclusive with Bobby Brown to discuss his relationship with ex-wife, Whitney Houston. It’s no secret Whitney Houston’s ex, Bobby Brown, has tried to cash in on the late legend before, mainly by peddling a book a few years ago. Sources tell us Bobby’s back to his old cash-divining ways, and he’s now looking for another publisher. Additionally, we’re told a very rich media conglomerate is very busy trying to get Bobby to talk on TV. “ABC is very actively trying to get Bobby Brown for a sit-down,” said a source close to the potential deal-making. “It would probably be with Robin [Roberts] or Barbara [Walters],” added the network source. Rihanna Tweets Topless Pic, Father Defends Chris Brown

Reportedly embroiled in an online feud with Karrueche Tran , Chris Brown’s new girlfriend, Rihanna is making more headlines today for her use of Twitter. That’s because the singer has posted a provocative photo of herself on the network, posing last night in nothing but bracelets and shorts. See for yourself here: The sexy shot is seemingly a promotion for her upcoming music video, which Rihanna is currently shooting and which will be in honor of a track on her latest album, “Where Have You Been?” “Where have you been all my life?!” RiRi Tweeted along with the pic. But perhaps it’s also a response to her own father, Ronald Fenty, who told Heat magazine recently that Rihanna was a “little fat the last time I saw her.” Fenty added that he’s cool with his daughter rekindling a relationship, professional or otherwise , with the man who beat her bloody just a couple years ago, saying: “Chris is a nice guy and everybody’s entitled to make mistakes in their life. God knows how many I’ve made. She’s her own woman now.”

Bobbi Kristina: “Oprah Always Looked Out For My Mom”

Follow this link:

Why did Bobbi Kristina agree to do her first interview with Oprah since Whitney Houston’s death?  Some say it was to help Oprah’s struggling ratings on her OWN Network, others say it is for money. However, according to sources, the REAL reason is because Bobbi Kristina feels that Oprah is “trustworthy.” Bobbi is telling friends — Oprah “was loyal to my mom, and never did my mother wrong, or made her look bad. She always looked out for my mom.” As a result, we’re told Bobbi feels Oprah would show her the same respect — not bringing up issues that could potentially show Bobbi in a negative light … i.e. substance abuse. According to sources close to Bobbi, Oprah was one of the first people who reached out to her after Whitney passed. So far, it’s unclear if Bobbi is getting paid for the interview — which airs this Sunday. Source: TMZ

Rachel Crow Talks Up ‘Amazing’ Post-‘X Factor’ Career

‘Everything just kind of happened at once,’ 14-year-old tells MTV News about new TV and recording deals. By Kara Warner Rachel Crow Photo: Jason Merritt/ Getty Images Her elimination from “X Factor” made for one of the most shocking (and tear-filled) moments of the show, and now breakout star Rachel Crow will be crying tears of joy thanks to a newly inked recording contract with music-industry powerhouse Columbia Records and a TV deal with Nickelodeon. MTV News caught up with the spunky 14-year-old on Wednesday (February 22) to get the inside scoop on her new endeavors. “Everything just kind of happened at once. It was really cool for me. I’ve never had so many things happen — it’s just amazing,” Crow said of her recent career developments, the first of which we’ll see via Nickelodeon’s new comedy “Fred: The Show.” ” ‘Fred: The Show’ is so much fun to work on. The whole crew, the whole cast, everyone is amazing. What’s really cool is on that show, you get to show both sides — singing and acting — which is right up my alley,” Crow said of her five- to six-episode stint. “I’m loving the acting so much. It’s really fun for me. I have a fun character. She’s spunky and crazy, and she wants to be a star and her name is — drum roll — her name is Starr.” With regard to the pilot the network is developing around the bubbly singer/actress, Crow said the details are still being worked out but promised it will be something we’ve never seen before. “The goal with the pilot is to reach boy and girl audiences, because that’s hard to do. We’re still deciding if it’s going to be one topic or any topic. Hopefully my [character’s] name is Rachel, I hope,” she said. “It’s going to be edgy and really funny. I want to land the moms and the dads too, so hopefully it will be a family show.” In between her work on “Fred: The Show” and her new pilot, Crow is getting ready to record her first studio album at Columbia. “I want my first album to have a lot of high notes in songs,” Crow said. “I want there to be upbeat songs and slow songs, I want it to be retro and very soulful and I want at least one of my songs to have a guy rapping in it, because that is just so cool. Maybe Eminem can rap on it?” What are you expecting from Rachel’s post-“X Factor” career? Let us know in the comments below!

The curly-haired cutie who charmed America during her run on the first American season of the Simon Cowell-created show has not only landed a record deal, but she’s also prepping her TV series debut. Though she went out in fifth place on “Factor,” Crow has become the sixth top finisher from the show to land a recording contract, following in the footsteps of $5 million winner Melanie Amaro,
 Chris Rene, Astro,
Marcus Canty and runner-up Josh Krajcik. According to The Hollywood Reporter , Crow has signed a talent deal with Nickelodeon (which, like MTV, is owned by Viacom Inc.) that will have her starring in her own as-yet-unnamed musical comedy series pilot. She’s also signed a recording deal with Columbia Records. “It’s been amazing,” she told the Reporter about her post “Factor” ride. “A couple days after the elimination I just found myself sitting home asking myself, ‘What am I going to do now?’ And I never would’ve thought that this is what I was going do now. So, it’s pretty amazing. I’m very thankful and I feel very blessed to have all this.” In addition to the Nickelodeon pilot, Crow has also been given a recurring role on the network’s new series, “Fred: The show,” which stars

Rainn Wilson Sorry For Twitter Date-Rape Joke

Rainn Wilson took to Twitter to apologize after an admittedly “poorly conceived” joke about getting date raped to Led Zeppelin yielded some online criticism. The man behind so many great Office quotes , whose Twitter is usually a must-read, wasted no time in realizing the error of his tweet-first, think-later ways. “Apparently my poorly conceived date-rape tweet upset a lot of folks,” he wrote this morning. “Not a good topic to joke about. Sorry & won’t do that again.” Starting late Monday, and leaking into the early hours of today, a minor uproar mounted against the comedic actor’s seemingly out of character comment. What was the offending Tweet-missive? “If I were ever date raped I would want it to be to ‘Whole Lotta Love’ by Led Zeppelin,” the 46-year-old wrote. Not hard to see how that didn’t go over well. However, Rainn has since deleted the Tweet, replacing it with his apology, so … lesson learned, we’re guessing. Should Wilson have apologized?
