Justin Bieber: Moving to Atlanta?

Might Justin Bieber soon give Love & Hip Hop a whole new meaning? According to TMZ, the singer is seriously contemplating a move to Atlanta because it will give him more opportunities to record with stars as such as Diddy and T.I. This city, after all, is considered the Hip Hop Mecca of the United States. Justin Bieber: Collaborating with T.I.! Bieber has been partying in Georgia all week long, posting Instagram photos of himself alongside Rick Ross and other industry heavyweights.  He actually lived for a short while in Atlanta when Scooter Braun first signed him and he’s reportedly fallen head over heels for the area again. There’s an added bonus to Atlanta outside of its music scene, too: Far fewer paparazzi member make their living there, meaning Justin would be free to drink, smoke and egg houses with far more privacy that he currently has in Los Angeles. Then again, it’s not as if Justin really needs to make a choice between cities. We’re pretty sure he could afford a residence in California and Georgia. Britney Spears Lip-Syncing Video: Singer Busted AGAIN in Vegas!

Lip-syncing rumors continue to dog Britney Spears. After a rash of reports circulated that Brit wasn’t singing live when she kicked off her Las Vegas residency late last year, a new video has gone viral. The clip shows a Britney Spears wardrobe malfunction of the technical sort, as her mic pack flew off of her waistband, pulling her earpiece away from her mouth. Of course, her vocals didn’t change AT ALL. Watch: Britney Spears Lip-Sync Video Commenters on Instagram were quick to call her out. “#Lipsyncforyourlife” @andres_santana_ wrote. Another commented, “Playback or nothing!” Britney Spears lip syncing accounts are not new, or surprising, but before “Piece of Me” residency began, her reps were insisting she would be singing live. “Britney Spears will be singing live during her show (and) she will not be ‘lip-synching,’” her rep said, while Spears’ manager Larry Rudolph was quoted as saying: “There might be some numbers where she’s full out dancing with a (vocal) track underneath her, but there won’t be any lip-syncing across the board on anything.” So much for that. Last fall, reports also surfaced that Spears leaned heavily on backing vocals from Myah Marie for her song, “Perfume,” though her rep shot down that gossip. Still, the more this keeps happening, does it make you less likely to take Britney seriously as an artist? Or is the Vegas show proof positive that it matters not? Bob Costas Eye Infection Prompts Sochi Replacement: Take It Away, Matt Lauer!

Matt Lauer to the rescue? There are words NBC executives never thought they’d say to themselves. But with host Bob Costas ailing from an eye infection that has become the talk of the Twitterverse, the network has confirmed that Lauer will take his spot for tonight’s coverage of the Sochi Olympics.  “Reluctantly, I was trying to throw a complete game here, but I think we’re going to have to go to the bullpen, and I don’t know if you’re aware of this or not, but you’re Mariano Rivera, at least tonight,” Costas told Lauer by phone this morning on Today . “Let’s hope it’s only tonight. I’m walking around, I might as well be playing ‘Marco Polo.’ I have no idea where I am.” Costas had been trying to ignore his eye issues since Day One of the Games, but it was apparent last night that the infection had spread. We’ll see how long his hiatus lasts and we’ll gauge how well Lauer does this evening. But as long as he doesn’t dress like Pam Anderson again, everything should run smoothly.

Nancy Motes, Julia Roberts’ Late Sister, Reamed Out Actress on Twitter Last Month: Why?!

Julia Roberts’ late half-sister Nancy Motes, who died last weekend, appears to have called the Oscar winner out in a series of Twitter posts last month. Motes termed Roberts a “b!tch” and “hag” as she vented, illustrating that their rocky relationship likely never healed prior to Motes’ untimely death. Nancy Motes, Julia Roberts’ Sister, Dead Nancy Motes was found dead of an apparent overdose Sunday. In Tweets dated January 19, and written under the handle @Dabbs76, she allegedly wrote: “So my ‘sister’ said that with all her friends & fans she doesn’t need anymore love. Just so you all know ‘America’s Sweetheart’ is a B—-H!!’” She later added, “Do you want to be a fan of someone so cruel? She’s not even that good of an actress. Happy you totally F–ked with me?” Clearly, she had an axe to grind, justifiably or not. Three days later, Motes, a professional dog walker, said that that her “own family has abandoned” her. “Hey Hag! Glad you f–ked with me yet? You’re going to LOVE what’s coming! FYI – You’re an awful, hate filled old pathetic excuse for a human.” In another bizarre twist, one of her last Tweeks was to Farrah Abraham , thanking her for following her account and asking, “Do you know who I’m related to?” Motes, who had the same mother as the Pretty Woman star, long had bad blood with her A-list sister, 46, though it’s not entirely clear why or from what. Last May, it was rumored Julia was planning on skipping Motes’ wedding due to the tension, and concern that “Nancy [would] try to tap her for more money.” Julia “exploded” when she saw Motes snapping photos of her newborn twins in 2005, according to the National Enquirer , offering one possible explanation. Motes, 37, died in a bathtub, with authorities recovering both prescription and non-prescription drugs at the Los Angeles home she was discovered in. “The investigator at the scene listed at this point that he is going with suicide,” a source said, but they are “waiting for the doctor to finish the examination.” Celebrities We Lost in 2014 Open Slideshow 1. This comes as a small shock considering Cyrus went topless in both German Vogue and W last week, giving the world a clear look at what used to be reserved for Liam Hemsworth’s eyes only. Kristen Stewart to Critics: Judge Away!

Kristen Stewart is featured in the March issue of Marie Claire, going off in detail about her personal life and sending a simple message to critics: Judge away, losers! The actress does not mention Robert Pattinson or Rupert Sanders by name, but she does make a revealing statement when asked about her past and what she would change. “I stand by every mistake I’ve ever made,” she says. “So judge away.” Many have, of course, calling Stewart out for her affair with Sanders and also for her general demeanor. But Kristen doesn’t try to pretend that she’s someone comfortable in the spotlight, acknowledging her stilted interviews and admitting: “This is totally who I am. I don’t try to force it or turn it into something else or fabricate this personality… so I totally agree when people say I’m, like, the most awkward person.” Among other topics the star delves into: Will she have kids someday? I had it too good to not have that, too. If I were to put money on it, definitely, yeah. But you earn that… that’s so not here yet. I mean, at this point, I can’t tell you if I want to hang out on Saturday. Does she feel pressure to love again? You don’t know who you will fall in love with. You just don’t. You don’t control it… I don’t pressure myself…If you fall in love with someone, you want to own them – but really, why would you want that? You want them to be what you love. I’m much too young to even have an answer for that question. What will be her next big hit? Dude, I have no idea what I’m doing, and that’s kind of how I love it. I had no idea Twilight was going to be huge. Certain movies I’ve done I thought were going to be amazing did nothing. So it’s fun not having so much control. It’s kind of a fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants lifestyle – it’s fun, but it’s scary as f-ck.

Ashley Wagner: The New McKayla Maroney?

Ashley Wagner’s figure skating short program was hot but the judges scores left her cold. The 22-year-old American skater did a little shimmy with joy as she took her bows on the ice, confident her performance was excellent. But when she saw her score – a 63.10 – she couldn’t hide her disappointment. Like, at all. Wagner’s shocked face quickly became the Sochi Olympics version of McKayla Maroney’s “not impressed” face from the 2012 Summer Olympics. “Bullsh*t”, she mouthed to her teammates, although she later amended her statement to “To score that low was very disappointing to me,” when she spoke to reporters. The score put Wagner in fourth place but it was good enough to advance the U.S. to the next round, where they ended up with a bronze medal in team skating. I think she deserves a gold medal in awesome faces, in any case. Remember when McMayla Maroney wasn’t impressed either at the 2012 Summer Olympics?
