While the universe continues to wait on the release of Kim Kardashian baby photos , Phaedra Parks has come out and given fans a look at her newly expanded family. This Real Housewives of Atlanta star gave birth three weeks early, while she was 150 miles from home on a work trip and totally unprepared for the experience, as Parks relayed to Us Weekly: “I hadn’t packed anything or even made arrangements for [3-year old son] Ayden. And I’m usually an Eagle Scout when it comes to being prepared!” But an emergency C-section fortunately went well and son Dylan was born on May 8, weighing in at a healthy 7 pounds, 9 ounces. He’s pictured here for the first time alongside Parks, Ayden and husband Apollo Nida. “Right now, we’re just enjoying every moment,” Parks tells the magazine. “Because once the baby grows up, I can’t put him in a time machine!”
There’s something to be said for making sure no one is able to hack into your computer, no matter if you are a high powered attorney or even just the ad copy guy at a newspaper in Wales. Pembrokeshire Enterprise Ad Snafu Unfortunately the Pembrokeshire Herald knows this all too well… now. They sent out their paper, well 20,000 copies of their paper, with a rather lewd edit to an Enterprise Rental Car advertisement. Instead of the usual “we’ll pick you up”, the ad expounded with “Free pick-up from your home, office, repair shop, and c–cksucking.” How’s that for service? Of course the newspaper immediately set out apologizing to their readers and have gone so far as to contact the police in the matter. Good luck Pembrokeshire Herald, I saw the episode of The Simple Life when Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie changed the Sonic sign to “1/2 price anal salty wiener bugers” and I’m pretty sure they didn’t even get fired.
A college student reached a $4.1 million settlement with the U.S. government after being abandoned in a DEA cell with no food, water or windows for days. Daniel Chong, DEA Reach Settlement Daniel Chong drank his own urine, hallucinated that agents were trying to poison him with gas through vents, and tried to carve a farewell message in his arm. It remained unclear how the situation occurred, and no one has been disciplined, said Eugene Iredale, an attorney for Chong. The DOJ is investigating. “It sounded like it was an accident … a really, really bad, horrible accident,” Chong said, putting it mildly to say the last, after a harrowing ordeal: Chong was taken into custody during a drug raid and placed in the cell in 2012 by a San Diego police officer authorized to perform DEA work on a task force. The officer told Chong he wouldn’t be charged, saying, “Hang tight, we’ll come get you in a minute,” Iredale said … and the door did not open for 4 1/2 days . Why? No one will say publicly, more than a year after the fact. A Justice Department spokeswoman confirmed the settlement was reached for $4.1 million but declined to answer other questions, as did the DEA. Now an economics student at the University of California-San Diego, Chong said he planned to buy his parents a house with the money he receives. Chong was a 23-year-old engineering student when he was at a friend’s house where the DEA found 18,000 ecstasy pills, other drugs and weapons. Chong was there to smoke marijuana, his attorneys said. He and eight other people were taken into custody, but authorities ultimately decided against pursing charges against him after questioning. Chong began to hallucinate on day three in the cell, he recalls. He eventually urinated on a metal bench so he could have something to drink. He also stacked a blanket, his pants and shoes on a bench and tried to reach an overhead sprinkler, futilely swatting at it in an attempt to set it off. Chong said he accepted the possibility of death, biting into his glasses to break them and using a shard of glass to carve “Sorry Mom” onto his arm. Eventually, after screaming and nearly passing out, 5-6 people found him covered in his feces in the cell at the DEA’s San Diego headquarters. Chong was hospitalized for five days, having suffered from dehydration, kidney failure, cramps and a perforated esophagus. He lost 15 pounds. The DEA issued a rare public apology, though it is still unclear what happened. U.S. Sen. Charles Grassley (R-IA), a ranking member of the Judiciary Committee, on Tuesday renewed his call for the DEA to explain the incident.

Matt Lauer is not a popular man around The Today Show set these days. That’s been the case for a long time, of course, but Radar Online claims Lauer is especially under fire right now because nine employees were recently canned – and the anchor’s alleged refusal to take a pay cut is being blamed for their pink slips. “It has really irked the staff because Matt is the highest paid journalist in the business, and he only works four days a week!” the insider says. “If he had agreed to a one percent pay cut, those jobs could have been saved.” Lauer earns $25 million per year, but rumors continue to persist that Today may fire its lead anchor. For the first time in nearly two decades, Good Morning America beat Today in the May sweeps this spring. Jay Leno, meanwhile, indirectly hurt Lauer’s reputation last year when he sliced his own salary in half in order to avoid any staff firings. “It would never cross Matt’s mind to voluntarily take a pay cut like Jay Leno did,” this source adds. “What Jay did was total class, and he took responsibility for the situation. Matt has been calling the shots at Today for a very long time, and he could learn a lot from Jay.” Earlier this summer, it came out that Lauer is demeaning and dismissive of Today staffers. It just really isn’t his year!

If you followed Kurt Warner’s story at all, you know it was only a matter of time before Mr. “Supermarket to Super Bowl” would be the subject of a feel-good biopic. Well it appears as if that time is now as it has just been announced that 20th Century Fox is taking on the rags to riches tale. Based on his autobiography titled, All Things Possible: My Story of Faith, Football and the Miracle Season, the biopic will undoubtedly focus on Warner’s incredible journey. The then-unknown quarterback went from stocking grocery store shelves to leading the Rams to a thrilling victory over the Tennessee Titans in 1999. Of course, being a Rams fan and seeing Brenda Warner on the sidelines a lot during those years, I’m a little bit ashamed to admit that my first thought at casting for her would be Kate Gosselin . Throw tomatoes at me if you must, but I think we can all agree, it’s the hair. No word yet on when we can expect this tear jerker to arrive in theaters.
Wade Robson, who accuses Michael Jackson of molesting him, says a big part of coming forward was that he wants to help child sex abuse victims. The 30-year-old dancer/choreographer is launching his own foundation to help child sex abuse victims through new age healing, according to reports. Robson founded a non-profit organization called “Hearts in Our Hands” on July 1. His rep says the group will be dedicated to preventing abuse, and taking a holistic approach – meditation, therapy, yoga – to treating abuse victims. Wade is very much into yoga himself lately, according to sources. Robson made headlines this spring when he said Michael Jackson molested him as a child – repeatedly at that, when Wade was 7-14 years old. The Jackson Estate and family members have dismissed Wade’s claims as a money grab, but he claims he only recently broke free of the brainwashing . Do you believe Robson’s claims against Jackson? He’s totally lying and just wants money. It’s probably true and MJ should pay. View Poll »
Ukrainian model Valeria Lukyanova, a.k.a. Human Barbie, is back and crazier than ever in a new set of photos – and a documentary trailer. She was recently profiled by Vice, which describes her as “not a real girl at all, but a time-traveling spiritual guru whose purpose is to save the world.” From what? The “clutches of superficiality and negative energy,” obviously. Human Barbie Video “In the majority of my past lives I was a man,” she muses. “I really liked that role. I’ve always occupied a dominating position in whichever society I have lived.” Mmm. Human Barbie , who’s also nicknamed Real-Life Barbie and/or Space Barbie, is profiled in an upcoming documentary, the trailer of which appears above. For some HOT (if you’re into that) Valeria Lukyanova photos , follow the jump … Yeah. Pretty much the definition of epic weirdness right there. Ironically, a fake photo of a so-called normal Barbie has become all the rage, while an almost entirely fake person tries to emulate the “real” Barbie. But the real question on our minds here at THG: Human Barbie: Would you hit it? Heck yeah! Heck no! Depends on alcohol consumption … I already own a Kim K. blowup doll, thanks. View Poll »
