Ian Somerhalder Calls Out Justin Bieber: Be a Role Model!

Ian Somerhalder split with Nina Dobrev last week and then was accused of cheating on the actress. But he took Twitter this weekend not to address that personal situation, but to call out Justin Bieber for a bit of monkey business. With Bieber being asked to pay for his pet Mally – who was seized by German customs after Justin entered that country for a concert and is now in an animal shelter, her fate unknown – the beloved actor and animal enthusiast called out Bieber yesterday. “@justinbieber i hope the welfare of this animal is a priority for you.Its on you to set a good example man,” Somerhalder wrote. So far, no response from Bieber and no word on what will happen to his monkey. The Ian Somerhalder Foundation, meanwhile, was started in response to Hurricane Katrina and dedicates its resources to saving animals and the environment. Might The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills casting carousel be stopping this season on Carlton Gebbia? With Marisa Zanuck off the series and the status of Taylor Armstrong up in the air, TMZ sources claim this former actress is set to come on board the Bravo franchise. Gebbia – whose resume includes stints on The Young and the Restless and Suddenly Susan – spoke to the celebrity gossip site late last week and all but confirmed she’s joining the cast . What kind of reality star will the wife of StockCross over David Gebbia make? A boring one, apparently, as sources say she is “sick of the silly sh-t women do” on the program and hopes to paint a picture of her gender as beautiful, strong and powerful. So… no table or wine glass throwing? YAWN. Wake us up when she released a terrible single.

The Hunger Games star made her Cannes Film Festival debut in Christian Dior (fitting, as she’s the face of Dior) with bright pumps at Catching Fire photo call. But she wasn’t done there. Just hours later, she rocked a black-and-white Dior gown, plus Jimmy Choo sandals and serious bling at the Jimmy P premiere. Finally, for a beach-side party at the Baoli Club celebrating her movie, J-Law made a quick change into a strapless white Dior dress with a striking silhouette. Which was her best look? Okay, you didn’t ask for it, but Tanning Mom Patricia Krentcil still released a music video for her debut single “It’s Tan Mom.” It is probably the worst video in the history of human civilization. Tanning Mom Music Video – It’s Tan Mom! For reasons unknown, Tan Mom decided to try her shriveled, brown hand at music, and “It’s Tan Mom” puts even Octomom , Kim K. and Farrah Abraham to shame. Yes, it really is that bad. We dare you to check it out above. If you couldn’t bring yourself to, she begins with the classic “It’s Tan Mom , B!TCH” a la Britney Spears … and it pretty much goes downhill from there. Or uphill, depending on your POV. Maybe she’s in on the joke? Eh, you know what, don’t even watch. It’s beyond terrible. By the end, Patty just plain gives up trying to sing along to the beat and just kinda hangs around. At least the Garden State hottie wears a bikini throughout. You can’t make up, or unsee this stuff. Sorry THGers.

Chris Brown Death Threats Prompt LAPD Investigation

New death threats made against Chris Brown have prompted Los Angeles Police Department officials to open an investigation, according to reports. Multiple death threats were called in to the office of Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, took them seriously enough to contact the LAPD about this. The caller(s) threatened Chris’ life. It’s unclear how specifically. Geragos turned over all the information he had on the calls. He filled out a report and the LAPD is on the case, but there are no suspects at this time. It’s unclear who would want to kill Chris Brown, though Ricky Romance and Raz B once threatened to, and there is the whole house graffiti situation. Then there’s the list of people who may have a bone to pick with him. Jenny Johnson, Miranda Lambert, Drake, Meek Mill, Frank Ocean, that valet at the bowling alley, Rihanna, Karrueche … we could go on and on. We’re just kidding. Mostly. Who do you think is behind it?

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart: It’s OVER (at Least For Now)!

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have broken up, according to a new report. People confirmed the split today, though reps for the two could not be reached. The news comes amid myriad reports that they’ve been having “difficulties.” Guess that was true, to say the least. “Priorities” were said to be the issue. Whatever that means. Still, all hope may not be lost for the duo. Insiders say they are still “in love” and may eventually get back together again. Prior to Rob’s 27th birthday this week, during which he allegedly ditched out on plans with Kristen, the pair appeared to be still on and going strong. They were seen at NYC’s MET Gala, and then flew back to L.A. May 8. They recently celebrated K-Stew’s 23rd birthday and held hands at Coachella. Following last summer’s ordeal – her cheating with Rupert Sanders and issuing a public apology – Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart worked things out. With the exception of Stewart’s admission of her fling, the two never publicly addressed their romance, and things appeared to be totally back to normal. So much for that.
