Lincoln Adim is a Liar, Bachelorette Producers Harshly Allege!

Becca Kurfin claims she fell in love with two men on her current season of The Bachelorette. But that predicament is nothing compared to the one producers of this show now find themselves in after word spread on Wednesday of Lincoln Adim’s past run-in with the law. Lincoln is a suitor on Season 14 and, as of this past Monday’s episode, is still in the running for Becca’s heart. You’ll need to visit our section of The Bachelorette spoilers in order to learn just how far he advances in the weeks ahead – but you only need to scroll down a little bit in order to learn the trouble Lincoln has gotten into. In May of 2016, Adim sexually accosted a woman on board a cruise ship. We don’t even need to use the word allegedly in this case because he was actually convicted of this illegal action two years later, just a few days before The Bachelorette premiered. Press Secretary Jake Wark of the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office has said that Lincoln has to register as a sex offender for his behavior, while stating the following in regard to his conviction: The judge ordered him to stay away from the victim and attend three Alcoholics Anonymous meetings per week during those two years. If he complies with the judge’s orders, he will not have to serve out his term, but if he fails to comply with those orders or re-offends, he could be ordered to serve out the year behind bars. This was and is clearly a pretty big deal. So the natural next question to ask is this: How the heck did Lincoln get approved for the show?!? How were producers unaware of his assault charge and subsequent conviction? Simple, they now say in response: Because Lincoln is a liar! In a statement released by the press in response to this new Bachelorette scandal, the studio behind the ABC reality series says the following: “No one on The Bachelorette production had any knowledge about the incident or charges when Lincoln Adim was cast, and he himself denied ever having engaged in or having been charged with any sexual misconduct.” Well… yeah, right? No d’uh! Of course Lincoln would deny this. Why didn’t the team behind The Bachelorette use all the resources at their disposal to find the truth themselves?  Continues this production company statement: “We employ a well-respected and highly experienced third party who has done thousands of background checks consistent with industry standards to do a nationwide background check in this case. “The report we received did not reference any incident or charge relating to the recent conviction – or any other charges relating to sexual misconduct. The statement concludes: “We are currently investigating why the report did not contain this information, which we will share when we have it.” Fair enough. We’ll be curious to read it. Jersey Shore Halts Filming In Vegas Due to Ronnie Magro-Jen Harley Drama

Oh, that Rahn. Will he ever stahp? That’s likely the question on the mind of Ronnie Ortiz-Magro’s castmates today, as the Jersey Shore crew was forced to stop filming ahead of schedule due to ongoing drama between Ronnie and his baby mama, Jen Harley. Until yesterday, the cast was in Las Vegas filming a second season of Jersey Shore Family Vacation . The title isn’t terribly apt in Magro’s case, as Vegas is his home turf these days. So it was a bad choice of locale for reasons that go beyond the irony of filming a show with “Shore” in the title in the middle of a landlocked state. You see, if you’ve been watching the current season of JSFV, you know that Ron and Jen’s relationship isn’t the greatest. During his time in South Beach, Ronnie cheated on Jen with a French woman who was unimaginatively dubbed “French Fry.” But that was only the beginning of their problems. Shortly after that episode aired,  Ronnie accused Jen of cheating on him , in a wild Instagram rant in which he also called her a “c-m dumpster.” In the weeks since, Harley and Ortiz-Magro broke up and got back together several times, so it should’ve come as no surprise to Shore producers when their relationship drama dominated the first few days of filming in Vegas. Maybe that was the plan. Maybe the plan backfired. Whatever the case, the plan was scrapped when — to use the parlance of Shore’s current season — Ron spiraled  and quickly spun out of control. Last week, Magro got in a fight with another guest at a Vegas hotel. Just days later, MTV pulled the plug on filming in Vegas and sent the cast back to the Garden State. “They cannot wait to get the hell out of the desert and be away from everything surrounding Ronnie and Jen,” a source close to production tells Radar Online. The situation had apparently gotten so bad that the cast was considering holding an intervention in response to Ron’s self-destructive behavior. “They are all adults now, and they cannot watch Ronnie destroy his life anymore,” says the insider. Hey, the guy’s been fun to watch this season, but he’s a 32-year-old dad now.  Maybe he should cool it on the Ron-Ron juice for a bit. Kesha Accuses Dr. Luke of Raping Katy Perry

A new and very disturbing allegation has been leveled against music producer Dr. Luke. To be more accurate, the allegation itself is not new. But it has only just now been made public, and it has the music industry reeling in many different directions. Allow us to explain… The Blast has obtained legal documents that allege Kesha told Lady Gaga via text message in 2016 that Dr. Luke had raped both herself… and Katy Perry. The first accusation listed above has been documented several times in the past. Kesha claimed back in 2014 that Dr. Luke assaulted her and harassed her throughout their professional relationship and she has since filed a lawsuit against the infamous producer. On May 31, however, Luke’s attorney filed papers that include the following sections: On Feb. 26, 2016, [Kesha] sent a text message to Stefani Germanotta p/k/a Lady Gaga which repeated [Kesha’s] false claim that Gottwald had raped her. In this text message, [Kesha] also falsely asserted that Gottwald had also raped Kathryn Hudson p/k/a Katy Perry. Following this text message conversation, and with [Kesha’s] encouragement, Ms. Germanotta spread negative messages about Gottwald in the press and on social media. For example, in February 2016, Ms. Germanotta posted multiple articles discussing defendant defamatory statements on her Twitter page. To be clear, as mentioned above, it is Dr. Luke’s own attorney who included these text message excerpts in his court filing. He is claiming that Kesha has defamed his client and is denying her accusations about both her rape and the rape of Perry by Dr. Luke. We reported last August that Lady Gaga had agreed to submit unedited text exchanges she had with Kesha to the court in an attempt to assist Kesha with her lawsuit against Dr. Luke. In addition to co-producing Kesha’s breakout hits “TiK ToK” and “We R Who We R,” the producer also worked on a number of Perry singles, including “I Kissed a Girl,” “Teenage Dream” and “Roar.” There’s no debate here that he knows Perry well. But there’s obviously a very big difference between knowing her well and assaulting her in the manner Kesha has reportedly described to her friends. No one from Kesha, Lady Gaga or Katy Perry’s camps have commented on this story. In a New York Times feature published a year ago, Perry simply said “I had to leave the nest” when asked why she stopped working with Dr. Luke. Dr. Luke alleges he lost out on over $10 million that he would have made for working on various Perry’s albums… and thinks Kesha’s allegations damaged his reputation and led to his split from the American Idol judge. The documents published by The Blast also reveal that Perry has been deposed as part of Kesha’s lawsuit, but they do not give details to what was said. Luke, meanwhile, has strongly denied all allegations of assault and abuse by Kesha. He has countersued the singer for breach of contract and defamation. In February of 2016, Dr. Luke tweeted: “I didn’t rape Kesha and I have never had sex with her. Kesha and I were friends for many years and she was like my little sister.” Two years after he made this statement, Kesha stole the show at the 2018 Grammy Awards when she performed her empowerment anthem “Praying” in support of the Time’s Up movement with a choir comprised of Cyndi Lauper, Camila Cabello, Julia Michaels, Andra Day and Bebe Rexha. Back in March, Tiffany Haddish told a story with a mysterious ending that left the internet scrambling in search of clues. In a typically candid and hilarious interview, the comedian revealed that she once saw another celebrity bite Beyonce on her face in the middle of an A-list event. Haddish declined to identify the perpetrator, but further piqued the public’s curiosity by revealing that the feral female was high as a kite when she went in for a taste of Bey: Near the end of the party,” said Haddish. “Beyoncé’s at the bar, so I said to Beyoncé, ‘Did she really bite you?’ She was like, ‘Yeah,'” Haddish told GQ . “I was like, ‘She gonna get her ass beat tonight,'” Haddish continued. “She was like, ‘Tiffany, no. Just chill.’” At the time, Haddish stubbornly refused to call out the biter by name, but today, in a wide-ranging interview with The Hollywood Reporter, she finally spilled the tea: Like so many others, we predicted way back when that it was actress Sanaa Lathan who indulged in some top quality bath salts before sinking her teeth into Queen Bey, and now, Haddish has confirmed our suspicions: “I’m super good friends with her stepmom and her dad [Stan, a producer-director], and they were mad at me,” the Girls Trip star said. “They were like, ‘Why would you do this to the family? You know, black actresses, you guys have to stick together, it’s so hard for you guys to get work as it is, why would you try to ruin her career?’ “But I didn’t try to ruin her career. I never said her name!” It’s true. Haddish tried to protect Lathan’s identity, but internet sleuths are a persistent lot. She probably figured now that the cat is essentially out of the bag, she might as well come out with it. The Real Housewives of New York Season 10 Episode 11 Recap: Faux Weddings and a Funeral

Jill Zarin returned on The Real Housewives of New York City Season 10 Episode 11 , and we wish it were under better circumstances.  The former cast member reunited with the ladies as she geared up for her late husband, Bobby Zarin’s funeral.  “I got a text from mutual friends and Jill herself that Bobby passed away. It’s really sad. I knew how close they were,” said Ramona Singer while chatting with Dorinda Medley.  Watch The Real Housewives of New York City Season 10 Episode 11 Online Ramona went on to confirm that she met up with Bobby and Jill while he was ill, and they put the past behind them. That’s a pretty big move when you consider the history between the three of them.  “Bethenny hasn’t seen her for six years,” continued Ramona, which essentially confirmed we were going to be in for one of the most awkward reunions in the history of reunions.  If you watch The Real Housewives of New York City online , you know that Bethenny and Jill were once best friends, but a falling out paved the way for them to part ways and never speak again.  “Despite what happened with Jill, Bobby loved me,” said Bethenny of the whole situation, and made her way back from Aspen in luxury via a private jet for the event.  Bethenny maintained that she was going to pay her respects and make a swift exit, but it all hit home for her when she was there.  “I don’t know why I’m not leaving. I want to see her again. I’m feeling bad for a woman who lost her husband. It’s a real loss,” Bethenny said to the audience.  Their reunion was as heartbreaking as one would expect. Jill admitted that she was in a difficult spot because she had not been alone since her 20s.  “So proud. Bobby loved you,” Jill declared.  “Where are the gift bags? Terrible funeral,” Bethenny said, clearly attempting to make light of a dire situation.  After the funeral, Luann appeared in the episode thanks to the power of the telephone. Bethenny hit her up, and they got talking.  Luann was mad that she missed the funeral, but she realized she needed to get herself better or she was going to end up in some serious trouble.  “It was a wake-up call for me. This is the bottom,” Luann shared with her friend. But Luann was looking at the positive side of things and admitted that it was for the best she was arrested because it gave her the nudge in the right direction she needed.  Tinsley’s mother, Dale, was in the city and met up with her daughter. It quickly emerged that Dale was meddling in her daughter’s life by telling Scott Tinsley’s biological clock was running out.  “Oh my god. Literally,” Tinsley said, before telling her mother to stay out of her life if her aim was to mess things up.  Despite all of the drama, Tinsley went to look for wedding dresses with her mother. Is there actually hope for them to get married? There may be a way for them to have kids. Tinsley made a video call to Dr. Denker aka her fertility specialist, and he showed them a picture of her eggs.  “I’m looking at what potentially could be my children,” said Tinsley. We finally got more intel from Luann as the episode drew to a close.  “This past month for me has been eye-opening,” Luann said to the audience.  “I feel really, really good,” said Luann on a phone call to Dorinda. “I’ve been self-medicating for a while. I binge in order to cover my emotions.”  “I want to see what it’s like to be sober, see if I can actually enjoy myself without it,” Luann said as the episode closed.  What did you think of the episode? Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin: Back Together! Canoodling In Public!

You knew this day would come, Jelena fans. Sure, you may have been cautiously optimistic when you learned that Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez had gotten back together for the 47 bajillionth time, but on some level you suspected that eventually, the Biebs would get busted engaging in some hardcore canoodling with someone who is very much not Selena. If you go way back through Justin’s relationship Rolodex (that’s a thing your great-grandparents used to store their contacts in), you’ll find the name Hailey Baldwin. Justin and Hailey dated  back in 2016. It’s really not all that long ago, but Justin has had sex with approximately all the women in the two years since they split. In recent months, of course, Justin briefly reconciled with Selena, while Hailey (allegedly) dated Shawn Mendes . Now that those relationships have gone bust, it seems Justin and Hailey are once again hooking up. (Justin and Selena may have split because Bieber was hooking up with Hailey, but more on that later.) According to Us Weekly the Biebs and Baldwin enjoyed a weekend in Miami that began with a “rare, low-key night” at the W club in South Beach. Witnesses say the probable couple was spotted “being very flirty and dancing on each other” while “holding hands.” “Justin [put] his arm around Hailey throughout the night,” says one onlooker . “[They] didn’t shy away from the crowd or onlookers.” The next morning, Justin and Hailey were spotted enjoyed poolside, during which she was seen toweling him off.  That night, they enjoyed a romantic dinner at Casa Tua before going clubbing again, this time at exclusive hotspot LIV. To the surprise of absolutely no one, Justin is rumored to have reached out to Hailey several months ago … while he was still dating Selena. Naturally, a rep for Justin has been quick to claim that he got in touch with his ex solely “as a friend.” “Justin reached out to Hailey. They didn’t talk on the phone and it wasn’t in person, just an exchange of texts,” the source exclusively tells  Us . “There is nothing going on between her and Justin. She’s not interested in Justin in the slightest and he’s not interested in her.” Based on the sound of that denial, we’re about three days away from an official relationship announcement. Eminem Panics Crowd with Gunshot Sound Effects, Isn’t Sorry

Last year, viewers  slammed Eminem's performance . They called him a hack and a has been. Hey, everone's a critic, right? Now, however, he's being criticized for something much more serious — for setting off gunshot noises at his concert. The crowd visibly ducked in fear. And he's getting dragged for making thousands of people think that they were about to die in a hail of bullets. The Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival, most often known as Bonnaroo, isa  four-day music festival that takes place each summer in Manchester, Tennessee. If you live in Tennessee or any of the surrounding states, this is the festival that your friends who are willing to brave musicals attend each year. Unfortunately, some concert-goers received a serious fright. During his song, “Kill You,” pyrotechnics produced a chillingly realistic gunshot noise. So much so that, as you can see in the video that we included, the crowd was ducking in fear. The video quickly circulated on Twitter, inciting outrage. “Less than a year after Vegas and  @ Eminem  thinks it’s a good idea to blast gun shot sfx onstage at a music festival? Bad call on this headliner  @ bonnaroo . What happened to Radiate Positivity?” The  Las Vegas shooting  that claimed dozens of lives and wounded hundreds took place at the beginning of last October. Many of the victims had attended a Jason Aldean concert. For concert-goers to hear very realistic gunshot noises … it seems very natural for so many of them to instinctively fear for their lives. That doesn't sound like a good time. Eminem is no stranger to controversy. His team responded that these were not actual “gunshot” noises, but pyrotechnic concussion effects featuring a sonic boom. That seems like splitting hairs, but whatever. As always, his diehard fans were eager to jump to his defense. One person took to Twitter to refer to a previous performance of “Kill You.” “You can hear the same sound at the end you idiots. Watch some Eminem performance before going to one.” That's a little harsh. “So you grew up listening to Eminem but you didn’t expect gun shot sounds on his set.” Well, some would argue that it's a different experience when mass shootings are so common. “The gunshot actually makes the performance 10 times better.” We'll take that person's word for it. Some have argued that legislation should curtail this sort of element within a performance. There would be legal precedent. A famous First Amendment exception to free speech is using that speech to do harm, such as shouting “fire” in a crowded theater. Many would say that Eminem setting off such realistic sounding gunshots is the equivalent, and could provoke the crowd to trample each other in fear. After all, actual mass shootings occur multiple times per week, thanks to the widespread and virtually unchecked availability of tools designed for killing. Gunshots in music online or in other media (such as films) is different, as it comes with a visual context and is not usually consumed in massive, dense crowds of people who are standing shoulder-to-shoulder. Are gunshot effects in concerts a threat to concert-goers? Were Eminem's diehard defenders right to criticize fans for freaking out at the sounds of gunshots, since they were expected by many as part of the show? Or were concert-goers right to react instinctively — better safe than sorry — and were critics right to condemn the use of the sounds? Maybe the problem has nothing to do with the audience, the critics, or even Eminem. Maybe living every single day with the knowledge that we could die in a hail of bullets while going to a theater or using mass transit or attending school or a house of worship is the culprit. Perhaps fixing our nation's gun culture and gun epidemic will help to repair some of the other fractures and conflicts in our society. And people won't have any reason to fear attending a concert.

Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson: Engaged! Yes, Already!

Pete Davidson has a message for those who thought he was moving quickly upon getting two Ariana Grande-themed tattoos after dating the singer for just a couple weeks: Oh yeah?!? Check THIS out! As if the aforementioned decision by Davidson did not seem rash enough, an insider now tells Us Weekly that the artist and the Saturday Night Live cast member are engaged. Yes, engaged . To be married! “They are a perfect fit,” this source tells the tabloid , confirming that the stars have agreed to become husband and wife, yet are not hurrying to rush their vows or anything: “They are not rushing to get married. Their friends are really excited and supportive.” We find that a tad hard to believe. Only because Davidson and Grande have been dating for about as long as the Cleveland Cavaliers had a chance of defeating the Golden State Warriors in this year’s NBA Finals. Word of a romance between the singer and the comedian only first went public on May 21, mere days after Grande announced her split from Mac Miller , her boyfriend of nearly two years. That means Grande and Davidson have gotten engaged after less than a month of dating. Yes, they’ve shared a handful of photos of each other on social media. But we’re not sure that means the relationship is built to last for all of eternity. Still, a second source backs up the first Us Weekly source, alleging the couple “were telling people that they’re engaged” at Robert Pattinson’s birthday party in Los Angeles on Saturday, June 9. Writes the magazine on its official website: “They are both constantly making each other laugh. Their moms have met. They’ve been very public with their relationship on social media, and they are very in love.” Heck, Us Weekly even quotes a THIRD source in its story, one who says the following: “They are looking forward to a very long engagement together.” That’s an odd way of framing it, isn’t it? Most people would say they are looking forward to a very long marriage to their partner. But while we have our doubts about the future of this couple, we’d be thrilled to be proven wrong. We’re all for young, mindless and intense love between two people. We’ll be among the first to buy Pete and Ariana a wedding gift if we receive an invite to their big day. The thing is, ABC Family has run Harry Potter marathons that have run longer than this romance, so you’ll understand if we’re a bit reticient to check out any registries just yet. What do YOU think? Matt Roloff: I’m Ready to Take Caryn Chandler Romance to the "Next Level!"

On this past Tuesday night’s episode of Little People, Big World, Matt Roloff made headlines for something he is NOT going to do. After giving it much consideration and speaking to his loved ones about the possibility, Roloff decided not to run for political office . But the veteran TLC personality also revealed something else about himself on this same installment, something that it sounds like he WILL be doing in the near future. And that something is this: Marrying Caryn Chandler! This is mere speculation on our part at the moment, although there have been rumors flying around for weeks that Roloff is engaged to Chandler , who formerly worked as his family’s farm manager. Lost in the aforementioned political talk from the latest episode of this reality series, however, is something the Roloff patriarch said about his girlfriend of over a year. “Caryn and I are looking to invest in property [in Arizona],” Matt said on air, confirming our report that he’ll be moving down south for at least part of the year . This is the first time Roloff has acknowledged that Chandler is a key aspect of that plan, however. And he wasn’t done talking about the couple’s clearly very serious future. “Amy and I have a lot of assets in the farm, so it’s really important that I start investing some of my personal money off the farm and really just having my own path that’s separate from Amy,” Matt continued, adding: “I feel very committed to Caryn. “Caryn and I are going on this adventure together, we are on this great track. So the idea of us having a vacation home that we share together, it’s interesting. “I think we are going to take our relationship to the next level.” There it is. The next level . This may mean an engagement. This may simply mean co-habitating with each other. But, either way, it’s the latest sign that Chandler will be in Matt’s life for a long, long time going forward. This has caused some tension between Matt and Amy, naturally, because they were married for 26 years and have four kids together. They also co-own the farm we cited above and Amy was pretty close to Chandler before she started to date her ex-husband. Amy, meanwhile, is involved with Chris Marek . This relationship is also pretty serious. However, unlike Matt with Caryn, Amy said on a recent episode that she will not really consider Marek when pondering her next step in life. “Chris is an important person in my life, but I have no set agenda – or time limit – on how we move forward,” she said. Lauren Bushnell: Ben Higgins Was a Disaster I Should Have Seen Coming

It’s been a little over a year since Lauren Bushnell and Ben Higgins broke up . While Ben left The Bachelor: Winter Games in tears not too long ago, Lauren is opening up about what it was really like leading up to and after her engagement to him. In particular, she’s revealing more than ever about her misgivings about their one-season spin-off. Speaking on Reality Steve ‘s latest podcast , Lauren Bushnell describes exactly what it’s like in the hours leading up to the filming of a The   Bachelor finale. “There’s so much doubt in your mind.” It makes sense. When you’re part of the final three, it must all become so real. A fun reality opportunity to get your 15 minutes of fame could set the course of your entire life. “And I remember waking up that morning and I kind of had an idea that I was possibly going to get engaged and I remember having so much anxiety about it.” That is very natural. “Looking back, I don’t know if that was my gut being like, wait, timing-wise, this is too rushed or what.” Anxiety is a mysterious mistress who comes to us for good reason … and for no reason at all. “But I remember being really anxious that morning to the point where like I kind of snapped at my producer, which I had never done.” Oh, yikes! “We were super-close and good friends.” She says that she needed some isolation during which to psych herself up for going on camera and for the man who had told her “I love you” to very possibly propose. “I remember locking myself in the bathroom and being so overwhelmed and anxious.” She wonders if she subconsciously realized that it would not end well. “Now looking back, I wonder if it was my gut being like, this isn’t the right timing. You guys need more time.” Or maybe she just had a case of the jitters. “I don’t know. Who knows?” And speaking of Lauren’s reality career and anxiety, remember her short-lived spin-off with Ben? Lauren & Ben: Happily Ever After? “Obviously we had lots of talks and by no means was my arm twisted to force me to do anything.” That said … she has always said that embarking on yet another reality series doomed them , even though it was not the only issue. “At the end of the day, I made my own decision.” Remember, they moved to Denver — where Ben had a job, friends, and family. Lauren had … nothing. Not even time with her fiance, thanks to the constant presence of cameras. “But I remember initially the show was supposed to be about Ben running for office.” Oh boy. “He wanted to get into politics.” This was not how Lauren had seen her life going at all. “And not only did I not want to do a reality show, but I also really didn’t want my life to be a politician’s fiancée or wife or whatever.” Remember how, just a few days after their breakup, Ben Higgins broke his silence and talked about their breakup? Lauren sure does. “I just don’t think you should ever use or let anyone around you use a breakup or a tough situation or actual personal feelings or personal life to promote something or benefit off something or profit off something.” Ben used that to garner interest for his radio show. “It just makes me feel uncomfortable…” Very understandable. Especially since doing so allowed Ben to define the story in people’s minds. “I was automatically kind of the bad guy and he was kind of the victim so that was a hard pill to swallow.” That sounds so unfair. “But at the end of the day, I’m glad I kept true to who I was…” Lauren has obviously opened up about their life together — and what went wrong. But she took her time. More than Ben did, anyway. “I just don’t think I’d necessarily talk about those things right away.” Lauren also addresses whether, in some alternate timeline in which Ben proposed to JoJo Fletcher instead of to her, she would have accepted the role of leading lady on The Bachelorette . “That’s such a hard question. I don’t know.” That’s very honest. “Honestly, I think I’ve realized this especially as I’ve gotten older, I do not like all eyes on me.” But that doesn’t necessarily mean that she would have realized that at the time, right? “I don’t like all the attention to be on me. I would feel really weird having 20 guys competing for my attention and I think I would really, really struggle with that.” Ah, yes, every beautiful woman’s nightmare.
