The news for Josh Waring just got incredibly more dim. Earlier this week, The Real Housewives of Orange County star was arrested for attempted murder. And while that’s a hefty charge, it’s not like anyone didn’t see this coming. If you watch The Real Housewives of Orange County online , you probably already knew that he’s a troubled young man. He shot at a man and then fled the scene in his vehicle. The thing that made it all the more shocking was that he didn’t drive away in his own car. Instead, he opted for a stolen BMW SUV. He then proceeded to cause a traffic accident and closed off the chase by attempting to run off on foot. He was not giving in. Now, new details have emerged about the charges that Lauri Peterson’s son is facing. Waring appeared in the Costa Mesa Jail courtroom yesterday morning. According to an Orange County Superior Court public information officer, Waring did NOT state a plea. Lauri’s worst nightmares are totally coming true about her son. He was slapped with three counts of attempted murder, three counts personal use of a firearm and once count of inflicting great bodily injury. There’s also word that there was a previous disturbance between Waring and his victim, Daniel Lopez. “Apparently there had been a previous confrontation between [Waring] and the occupants of that residence earlier, and he had returned,” Costa Mesa police Lt. Paul Beckman said. “At about 1:30 a.m. my husband was still awake and heard people out in the street screaming and cussing,” a woman who lives across the street from the sober living facility The Way Home said of the dangerous altercation. “He came back in and just said he wasn’t going to deal with this.” We wish Daniel a speedy recovery! Earlier this week, Red Hot Chili Peppers fans were treated to 15 minutes of song, anecdotes and man wrestling when the band participated in a round of “Carpool Karaoke” with James Corden. But what we didn't see was the part where Anthony Kiedis saved a baby's life. The front man became a hero during filming, right after a dance-off that was edited out of the final version. In an interview with the UK's Radio X, Kiedis recounts the story: “We had a very interesting unscripted moment. We danced-off, we tied and then we were going to celebrate with some Mexican food on the corner. “And a woman came out of her house holding a child, saying 'my baby, my baby, my baby can't breathe!' “We all ran across the street. The lady thrust the baby into my arms. The baby was not breathing.” Kiedis, who is a father, instinctively tried CPR to try and get the infant breathing again. “I thought, 'I'm going to try and do a little baby CPR real quick to see if I can get some air into this kid. “I tried to open the mouth. Shut – locked shut. “So I started rubbing the belly, bubbles started coming out of the mouth, the eyes rolled back into place. “The ambulance showed up and I handed the baby over who was breathing and fine.” Pretty incredible. Okay, we totally now forgive him for that mustache. Last month, Kiedis was rushed to the hospital just hours before taking the stage at a concert in Los Angeles, forcing the band to cancel their appearance. It turned out to be inflammation in the gut, which was complicated by a stomach virus and scar tissue. Luckily, Kiedis and the baby seem to be doing fine now. Amber Heard is not having any of Johnny Depp’s BS. The actor’s people are implying to everyone that Amber and Johnny both want to end their legal war , but that’s actually pretty far from the truth. Amber actually wants the case the to continue on because she wants to take to the stand. This is all because she knows that Johnny and his people are making the rumor up out over what she’ll say on the stand. Is she saving some of the finer details of what really was going on between them for the stand? It certainly seems that way. Johnny and his representatives are obviously frightened that the details are so bad that they’ll wreck his career even more. It kind of makes sense, but then if Amber does settle out of court, her story would never be told. Amber’s testimony will no doubt make or break her estranged husband’s career, but things aren’t looking good for him right now. Why would Depp want to settle out of court if he’s really innocent? Surely, he would want to refute any claim that Amber made to try and do some damage control. This just adds further fuel to the fire that Depp isn’t as innocent as he’s trying to make us believe. Either way, it looks like this case is going to get more interesting as Amber takes to the stand to give her version of events. Initially, Amber seemed to be the one getting the negative press when she came forward about her torment at the hands of Depp. Her past was brought up and even the fact that she was arrested for domestic assault. And now, we have the video of the awkward encounter. Jordan, the former NFL quarterback and brother of star quarterback Aaron Rodgers, has been a frontrunner since the season premiere when he shared a totally open-mouthed kiss with JoJo. But something was fishy about the guy from the get-go. For starters, his ex-girlfriend Brittany Farrar called Jordan out as a cheater on Instagram right after his first episode aired. Others suspect he's participating in the dating show for the wrong reasons, specifically, trying to regain his place in the spotlight. Now it's been revealed that JoJo actually met Jordan's ex in Dallas before the show began filming, and her words were far from flattering. “Brittany told JoJo that Jordan wasn’t a great boyfriend,” an insider told Us Weekly . “She said there were trust issues.” Now, JoJo's putting Jordan on the hot seat, and he doesn't appear thrilled. She brings up her meeting with Brittany and asks Jordan to explain his side. The dude is obviously uncomfortable, and you can almost see the beads of sweat bloom from his brow as he takes a sip of water then nervously runs his hand through his hair. “That's just, uh, interesting,” Jordan tells her. “I don't even know what to say there.” He finally goes on to explain that he was so focused on football at the time, and he admits to not being the best person. “Was there cheating?” JoJo finally inquires, and the producers cut it off with that cliff hanger.
