A Texas teacher, Heather Lynn Miller, is facing felony charges after she was allegedly caught in a portable classroom trailer with an underage student. Texas Teacher Accused of Inappropriate Relationship With 14-Year-Old Miller was arrested Sunday night after a campus security guard at Katy Junior H.S. found the 46-year-old with a 14-year-old male during a routine patrol. Miller was allegedly “engaging in an inappropriate relationship” with the student, according to a statement released by the Katy Independent School District. KPRC reports that Miller answered the door to the temporary classroom, telling the guard “everything was fine.” Suspicious, the guard looked past her. What he saw was a 14-year-old student getting dressed. Police aren’t discussing details of the case; Miller, who taught social studies, was placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation. Renowned fashion designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana were given a reduced, suspended sentence of 18 months in jail on Wednesday. The duo’s conviction on charges of hiding hundreds of millions of euros from Italian tax authorities via Luxembourg holding company Gado was upheld. A lawyer for Dolce and Gabbana, who have always denied any wrongdoing, said they would appeal the decision : “I am speechless. We are all shocked. A Milan prosecutor had asked the court in March to clear the pair, who closed the Milan shops where they sell clothes inspired by Dolce’s native Sicily. The previous decision, by a lower court, handed the duo suspended jail sentences of 20 months each and imposed a fine of up to 10 million euros. The case stems from an investigation that began in 2008 when authorities stepped up their fight against tax evasion as a global financial crisis began to bite. Fashion companies have fallen under the scrutiny of Italy’s tax authorities partly due to the fact the sector has performed well despite a prolonged recession. Similarly, Giorgio Armani paid 270 million euros to tax authorities in early April to settle a dispute over payments from the group’s subsidiaries abroad. Daniel Franzese has come out as gay. The actor, best known for his role as Damian in the beloved comedy Mean Girls, made the announcement this week via a moving letter to that fictional high school student. “You became an iconic character that people looked up to; I wished I’d had you as a role model when I was younger,” Franzese wrote via Indie Wire “I might’ve been easier to be gay growing up. You WERE beautiful in every single way and words couldn’t bring you down.” On the 10-year anniversary of its release date, talk has circulated recently of a Mean Girls reunion . Franzese went on to say he was pigeonholed as someone who could only play gay and actually resented Damian for awhile. “I became celibate for a year and a half,” he wrote of the experience. “I didn’t go to any gay bars, have any flings and I lied to anyone who asked if I was gay. “I even brought a girl to the ‘Mean Girls’ premiere and kissed her on the red carpet, making her my unwitting beard. Chad is getting that football gwap again. Chad Johnson In Minicamp With CFL’s Montreal Alouettes Chad Johnson is getting another chance to get back on the football field. According to NY Daily News: Chad Johnson was on the field with the Montreal Alouettes of the CFL on Tuesday for the start of their three-day minicamp, and there’s a very realistic chance that he will be with them when their season starts for real in June. “It’s just football. It’s football,” Johnson said. “It’s not about Montreal. It’s about the opportunity to be able to play football again, something I love.” It’s something he lost two years ago. Johnson last appeared in an NFL game during the 2011 season with New England. He was in training camp with the Miami Dolphins — his hometown team — the following summer, but his contract was terminated one day after he was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery. “A horrible mistake,” Johnson said. “A dream of mine since I was 4 years old was taken from me, rightfully so, by my wrongdoings and I just want to get back to doing something that I love to do, regardless of where it is. Jason Derulo lit up the audience last night at the iHeartRadio Theater in Burbank, CA for his “Talk Dirty” iHeartRadio Album Release Party. The party, hosted by 102.7 KIIS-FM’s Nessa, was broadcast live on-air as a 30-minute special on all Clear Channel Radio Stations with a 60-minute live video stream online across station websites and iHeartRadio.com. Jason opened up the party discussing his neck injury and how writing the “Talk Dirty” album brought him out of the darkness and saved his life. He stated that this album explains who Jason Derulo really is. The hands featured on the album cover were a hand models, however the image for the cover of the original single were Jordin’s (Sparks) hands, but she was unavailable the day of the album shoot. He performed eight songs off the album including: “Talk Dirty,” “The Other Side (acoustic and original versions),” “Marry Me,” and “Wiggle.” (For full set list, see below) He dedicated his performance of “Vertigo,” to a special lady and brought out his special guest for the evening, Jordin Sparks. Before Jordin left the stage, Nessa asked her how many kids she wanted to have. Jordin giggly responded that since Jason comes from a large family, they’d start with just one for now. She also said Jason’s the better vocal gymnast but Jason countered that she hits the high notes better, especially in the morning! Luminita Perijoc, a 31-year old Romanian who prides herself on resembling Angelina Jolie, has been sentenced to four years in prison after stabbing a deliveryman six times. The incident occurred after she made this same man perform oral sex on her at knifepoint. According to court documents, the victim (Nicolae Stan) was delivering wine to Perijoc’s apartment when she threatened him with a four-inch blade and prompted him to undress. She demanded vaginal and oral sex from Stan and, when he was unable to get an erection for a third go-around, she thrust her knife into him six times. The victim was somehow able to escape to Perijoc’s and call the police from his cell phone. A judge initially sentenced Perijoc’s to five years behind bars, but the sentence was reduced after she claimed to be on medication at the time of the attack. “I think she wasn’t used to anyone saying no because she flew into a rage when I declined,” Stan said . “When I refused she attacked me with a knife, and forced me to have sex with her but she still stabbed me.” Stan is a married father of three and says he understand folks may mock him for turning down someone who (sort of) looks like Angelina Jolie, but… They don’t understand why I refused her, but they do not know what it is like to have a mad woman yelling at you at knifepoint,” he said. “They look at her, then look at me and laugh.
