Get Your Life Together: Music Producer Detail Faces A Lawsuit From One Of His Sexual Assault Accusers

Source: Earl Gibson III / Getty Producer Detail Is Being Sued By A Sexual Assault Accusers One of the aspiring singers who is accusing music producer  Detail  of sexual assault has taken the next step with her claims and is now suing him. On December 27, Kristina Buch filed a lawsuit against Detail (born Noel Fisher) in Los Angeles Superior Court. In the documents–which were obtained by  Billboard — Buch accuses Detail of sexually and mentally abusing her over a two-year period, also  claiming the beat maker used his influence to keep her in line throughout their professional relationship. According to the lawsuit, after meeting, Detail impressed Buch with “promises of a music career, showering her with compliments and telling her she was going to be a star.” Their working relationship took a very dark turn, though, claims the aspiring singer. “This complaint, unfortunately, tells the tale of an aspiring musician who was manipulated, abused, and ferociously and repeatedly raped at the hands of a person she trusted, her supposed mentor, a critically acclaimed music producer,” the lawsuit reads. It goes on to claim that Detail, “viciously and violently raped Buch on seven different occasions,” and was “controlling and verbally abusive toward Buch, telling her that she needed to have sex with him and others to get ahead in the music industry. Fisher also consistently attacked Buch’s self-worth, breaking her down emotionally and maker her subservient to him.” These same claims were initially made back in May when Buch and another woman, Peyton Ackley, both claimed to have suffered abuse at the hands of the producer. At the time, both women were granted restraining orders by a judge. Detail has worked with the likes of Beyonce, Lil Wayne, Future, Rihanna, and more, producing huge hits including “We Dem Boyz,” “Sexy Can I,” and “How To Love.

Selena Gomez: Did She Hire a Full-Time Coach to Keep Her Sober?

Back in October  Selena Gomez checked into rehab following what’s been described as an “emotional breakdown.” Last week, Selena was spotted for the first time since leaving treatment. Fans were delighted to see that Selena looked happy and healthy. But some were puzzled by the presence of a woman who was not a known member of Selena’s entourage, but who seemed to be with the singer at all times. “Selena has a life coach with her at all times now,” a source close to the situation tells Radar Online, But while the full-time companion has been described by some as a sobriety coach, Radar’s insider is quick to point out that the unidentified woman actually plays an even more important role in Gomez’s life: “It’s not like a sober coach, because Selena’s issues are much greater than just alcohol,” says the source. While Selena’s mental health is reportedly on the upswing these days, those closest to the singer strongly encouraged her to hire a life coach for this early stage of her recovery process. Family and management team “wanted someone to be there for her at all times,” says the insider. Fortunately, Selena was able to choose her new companion herself, and it seems she’s quite pleased with her choice. “Selena selected her life coach … She is doing well right now,” the source claims. In addition to talking through her issues with her life coach, Selena is reportedly “going to therapy, working with a psychologist, and just trying to stay real active.” In addition to her struggles with depression and anxiety, Gomez is battling a number of physical health issues, including Lupus. Selena underwent a kidney transplant  in 2017, and she was recently hospitalized for a low white blood cell count. As is often the case with this sort of thing, there’s been much speculation about what caused Selena’s breakdown. Some have attributed it to her health issues, while others claim Justin Bieber’s marriage to Hailey Baldwin sent Selena into a downward spiral. In all likelihood, it was a confluence of factors — including the vagaries of her brain chemistry — that drove Selena to seek help. We’re glad she did, and we wish her all the best in her continued recovery.

Cardi B was slated to join the performance but turned it down, allegedly because she wanted a large fee to do so. Page Six reports : The Bronx breakout star, who features on Maroon 5’s recent No. 1 hit “Girls Like You,” has been repeatedly invited to join the band during its halftime performance on Feb. 3. However, a source close to the negotiations said, “Cardi B is standing tough and holding out. She doesn’t want to do it unless they roll out the red carpet for her.” The source claimed that the diva rapper had demanded a staggering fee of up to $1 million, plus a solo spot in the epic halftime show to make it worth her while. Artists are not paid for the halftime show, but are given a “gift in kind” by the NFL to cover expenses such as production, transport and wardrobe. Deion Sanders Revisits Suicide Attempt In Autobiography Ahead of ESPN ’30 For 30′

But at one point in his life, the two-sport star was in a very dark place and tried to end it all. A new ESPN 30 For 30 documentary will touch on Sanders’ almost succumbing to the pressures of fame. Sanders an NFL Hall-of-Famer and two time Superbowl champion on the outside was a charismatic figure on an off the field. He was living the life and the “Must Be The Money” rapper had it all but reveals in his autobiography  Power, Money & Sex: How Success Almost Ruined My Life , it all of those things brought him to the brink of taking his own life. The book was first released in the late ’90s but a new ESPN 30 For 30 documentary about Sanders airing January 31st,2019  will revisit the moment as reported by The Undefeated . The trouble began for the high-stepping cornerback during his first marriage to then-wife Carolyn Chambers back in 1997 who is the mother of his two children Deion Jr and Deiondra. Their union was hit a snag and propelling him to spiral downward with him attempting suicide. “I was going through the trials and tribulations of life. I was pretty much running on fumes. I was empty, no peace, no joy. Losing hope with the progression of everything.” Sanders tried to kill himself by driving his car off a cliff 30- to 40-feet down. He survived and after the life-changing experience gave his life to God. “I finally just got on my knees and gave it all to the Lord. Slowly, but surely, I had to deal with my faith, deal with my strength. I had to get a lot of Word in so that I could fight off the enemy. I wouldn’t be where I am today without my faith. People argue about what faith is, and who Jesus is, but it works for me. I’m not going to sit here and argue about who is what, and what is what, I’m just going to say it works for me.” We are looking forward to seeing the doc which will give us a closer look on Deion Sanders’ life while he a star in the NFL, and his attempt back in 1992 at playing in a pro-football game and MLB National League Championship game in the same day. — Photo: Icon Sportswire / Getty

As reported by  Vibe  America’s favorite gossiper will have to put things on pause until she feels well. Last week Wendy Williams announced on her show that she injured her shoulder thus staying in her seat for the majority of her show. She went on to further detail her struggles via her official Instagram account. “I did that to power through and try to deliver a great show for you, against the better judgment of the many people around me who genuinely care for my well-being. I really do ride or die for my craft and give 200%” she explained. She went on to also remind her fans about her longstanding medical condition. “Not to mention everyone is aware at this point about my thyroid condition (don’t cry for me Argentina). “For all my fellow thyroid sufferers, you know what the deal is,” she continued. “…Needless to say… I have no regrets and I appreciate everyone’s genuine concern for my wellness and care. I promise you a better Wendy in 2019.” This isn’t the first time the former radio host has experience health concerns during her tenure as a television personality. In 2017 she fainted during a Halloween themed episode. She attributed the scare due to lack of rest. With Meek Mill and Jay-Z reportedly not fond of the idea, Al Sharpton is the latest big name calling out the Astroworld rapper. Rev Al didn’t bite his tongue and pretty much called Scott a hypocrite for allegedly accepting the gig while speaking with TMZ . “I think anyone that goes into the halftime show is in effect directly violating those that want to raise the question that the NFL should come to terms with what they have done and continue to do to Colin Kaepernick and those that protest on criminal justice issues.” “You can’t tell people to stand for those that take a knee and don’t go to the games and then say ‘but somebody ought to perform there and entertain. You’re drawing TV viewers, you’re bringing supporters, and I think that you can’t have it both ways. You can’t help people market something and then turn around and say you agree with the people protesting.”  “I think he should do what a lot of other major artists have done: say ‘I’m not going to participate.’ You can’t fight against Jim Crow and then go sit in the back of the bus. ” Well, tell him how you really feel Rev. The Super Bowl halftime show is currently having issues locking down talent. Maroon 5 is reportedly locked in but have not been confirmed yet, Cardi B who is featured on a song with the band was rumored to be joining them, but that looks like it won’t be the case . It’s quite clear nobody wants Scott to do the show, and it would entirely put a stain on what was a stellar year for the rapper.
