It’s time for a new Injustice DLC and this time it’s the alien from Mars himself, Martian Manhunter! In a great gameplay trailer (unlike the Mad Max gameplay trailer ), we get a chance to see Martian Manhunter fight John Stewart, member of the Green Lantern Corps which is a Green Lantern skin available as well in the DLC. Martian Manhunter Injustice DLC Trailer Looks pretty good right? I’m particularly a fan of the “blink and John Stewart looks around confused” move. No word yet on when this DLC will drop. My name is Sophie and I had an amazing experience with Justin Bieber that I wanted to share! I was at a Knicks game with my dad and I was able to go down onto the court and shoot hoops before the Knicks players came out. My dad had said, “Could this night get any better?” Little did I know the night would get SO much better! I was watching the game when all of a sudden a lady sitting in front of me told me Justin Bieber walked in. I immediately started crying and hyperventilating because Justin Bieber is the love of my life and I had always dreamed of seeing him in person. I was able to go onto the court and get closer to my idol. I soon realized that all of Madison Square Garden was booing Justin while I was hysterically crying over him. I guess everyone found it funny that I was crying because they put me on the big screen and all of the Knick fans were laughing at me. Justin saw me, smiled at me and my heart melted. When I returned to my seat still in awe, I got so many texts from friends who were watching the game saying that they saw me on TV crying. The next day I found so many Youtube videos of me crying, I heard that I was on ESPN and many more websites. I also got a call from Fox 5 saying they wanted to interview me about my experience and put it on the news. Of course I said yes and the next day a lady came to my house to interview me. The lady who interviewed me said she had spoke to someone who works with Justin Bieber and that they were going to send a gift from Justin Bieber or even Justin Bieber himself to me so they could do a follow up story. NFL star turned murder suspect Aaron Hernandez is believed to have rented a secret “flop house” near his home for storage, according to police. After Hernandez was charged with first-degree murder for the execution-style shooting of Odin Lloyd , more and more information has come out. The latest revelation? A $1,200/month apartment he leased in Franklin, Mass., with boxes of ammunition and other items of interest inside. Police found out about it from Carlos Ortiz, one of Hernandez’s friends, who said he was with the athlete the night he allegedly made plans to shoot Lloyd. Articles of clothing recovered from the apartment are similar to what Hernandez had worn the night of the crime, June 17, according to law enforcement. A sweatshirt found there could be used to assist in linking Hernandez to the scene of the crime, while a hat could help establish his recent whereabouts. Among the most intriguing items seized from the flop house: A white hoodie “consistent in color and type with the sweatshirt Hernandez is observed to be wearing on surveillance cameras” the night of the homicide. A red baseball cap worn by Hernandez to a club the night before. Officials say Hernandez’s anger at Lloyd could’ve been sparked by an incident there. Five boxes of .45 ammunition (the caliber of the shells found on Lloyd’s body), five boxes of rifle ammunition, and one box of .22-caliber ammunition. Lloyd was dumped at an industrial complex about a mile from Hernandez’s home in North Attleboro, Mass., not far from the apartment he leased. A theory regarding Aaron Hernandez’s motive was that Lloyd inside information about Hernandez’s role in a 2012 double-homicide in Boston. He is considered a person of interest in those two additional murders . Hernandez’s attorneys say the items recovered from the Franklin apartment is circumstantial, while he’s eager to clear his name from the murder charge. The all-star tight end was cut loose from the New England Patriots and his five-year, $40 million contract immediately following his arrest for Lloyd’s murder. He recently welcomed his first child with fiancee Shayanna Jenkins .

Marriage is only for someone who’s “a good citizen,” according to the sheriff of Bristol County, where the former New England Patriot is being held without bail for the execution-style murder of his friend. A marriage could shield fiancee Shayanna Jenkins — Hernandez’s high school sweetheart and the mother of his seven-month-old daughter — from having to testify against him. “I don’t subscribe to that,” Bristol County Sheriff Thomas M. Hodgson told USA Today Sports, speaking of jailhouse weddings. “I feel that those rights are things that you access on the outside, if you’re a good citizen,” the sheriff said, promising, “We’ll do everything we can to not have that happen.” Meanwhile, the murder evidence continued to mount against the troubled tight end, with a buddy now reportedly providing key dirt against him and a small stash of potentially highly incriminating evidence — including clothing and ammo — being seized from the Boston-area condominium he rented. Cops have poured through Hernandez’s rented condominium in Franklin, Mass., retrieving a white hooded sweatshirt and a baseball cap similar to items the tight end was allegedly caught on surveillance video wearing on the night his pal, Odin Lloyd, was fatally shot. Planned Parenthood and Connie Britton are teaming up on a new t-shirt asking, in reference to her famous TV character: What would Tami Taylor do? Available for the month of July, the shirt reading “WWTTD? What Would Tami Taylor Do?” is designed to allow others to show support for Texas women. The back of the t-shirt boasts the URL standwithtexaswomen (dot) org. Connie, who currently stars on ABC’s Nashville , said in a statement: “The character Tami on Friday Night Lights is a Texas woman deeply committed to her community and to standing up for what is right for her neighbors and the people she loves.” “I have been inspired by how people around the country have united to stand with the women of Texas.” “I can’t help but think that, in this moment, we all have the opportunity to join with and become strong, powerful Texas men and women.” Britton’s partnership with Planned Parenthood was clearly motivated by the the Texas state legislature’s aims to impose restrictions on abortion . The proposed law, while not banning abortion, makes one so difficult to obtain that it would effectively shut down 36 of 42 clinics in the Lone Star State. State Senator Wendy Davis (D) made headlines with a 13-hour filibuster that stopped the legislation, but Gov. Rick Perry (R) has vowed to pass it. After what many felt was a cheap shot at Davis, Perry called for another session of the legislature starting today in hopes of getting the bill signed. The bill’s future is unclear, but it’s already started a movement. “These laws threaten women’s health and safety,” Dawn Laguens, executive vice president of Planned Parenthood Action Fund, said in a statement. “Like people across the country, Connie Britton saw thousands of Texans stand up last week and demand to be heard, and she wanted to stand with them.” “She’s partnering with Planned Parenthood Action Fund on this shirt so that people all across the country can show their support.”

Jamie Foxx donned a t-shirt in honor of slain teen Trayvon Martin at the BET Awards last night. But the actor says he wasn’t make any kind of political statement with the act. “The reason for the shirt is that I met his mom personally… it’s not political, it’s not left, it’s not right, it’s not black, it’s not white, this is about the kid,” Foxx told Kevin Frazier of The Insider , adding: “For all of us, no matter what color you are… I have kids [one who is] 19. I have a kid who’s 4. You want to protect them.” At the MTV Movie Awards in April, Foxx wore a different shirt with the faces of Martin and the children killed at the Newtown shooting on it. Accompanying those images were the words “Know Justice, Know Peace.” The George Zimmerman trial , meanwhile, is underway with the man accused of murdering Martin claiming he acted in self-defense.
