Apparently Day-Day thinks that Kevin is the comedic Meek Mill, loud, silly, and completely overrated. Judge Criticized For Sending Transgender Girls To Adult Women’s Prison Via NYDailyNews An unusual decision to put a transgender girl at a Connecticut women’s prison is sparking a heated debate over how to handle a teenager called dangerous by the state but portrayed as vulnerable by her attorney. A judge sent the 16-year-old girl, identified as Jane Doe in court papers, to York Correctional Institution this month at the request of the Department of Children and Families. Authorities say state law allows judges to transfer custody of juvenile delinquents from the DCF to the Correction Department when they are deemed dangerous and cannot otherwise be safely held. Aaron Romano, the girl’s attorney, said putting her in an adult prison violated her rights and federal law; he wants her placed with a foster family and receiving treatment. He said she’s been kept in a cell 22 to 23 hours per day in a wing for mentally ill inmates. “There are prisoners who are screaming and banging and yelling all hours of the day, all hours of the night,” Romano said. “That is not the way that the constitution says that we treat our juvenile delinquent.” The case marks the first time a transgender juvenile has been transferred to the Connecticut Department of Correction, according to Romano and a Correction spokesman. It’s the second time in Connecticut that a judge has granted DCF permission to transfer custody to the Correction Department, Romano said. The girl was born male but identifies as female and has undergone hormone treatment, her attorney said. Sounds like a clusterf**k. DCF Commissioner Joette Katz said that although the law suggests that anatomy determines the placement, DCF worked intensively with prison officials to have her placed at the women’s prison. “I asked the Juvenile Court to transfer the youth to the adult system with great reluctance and sadness,” Katz wrote in an op-ed in The Hartford Courant. “It was the only acceptable option to ensure the safety of other youths for whom I am responsible. She has repeatedly, and over an extended period, assaulted girls and female staff members.” The latest physical assault left a staffer with a concussion, eye injury, bites and bruises, Katz said. The girl said in a statement released by her attorney that a prison guard watches her take a shower or use the bathroom. She said she’s been moved away from where women were constantly screaming and crying. “I keep telling myself that this is just a nightmare but it doesn’t end,” she wrote. “I know that I need to work on my issues and I want to work on my issues but this is not the place for that to happen. I am afraid of the women here and I don’t want to be around them. They yell comments to me and make fun of me when they see me.” She needs quit her b****hin’, grab her sack, and show those criminal beyotches who’s boss if she was so big and bad in the juvenile detention center. Being able to write my own Bieber experience is a dream come true. My name is Amelia, I am 16 years old and I can finally say after years of waiting, I have met my lifesaver. On Friday the 29th of November 2013 I was stalking for Justin around the city but there were no leads and Justin and the crew weren’t coming down from there hotel. A few hours later I went to Pattie’s book signing and thankfully to my friend from Twitter, I was the third person to meet her and I got to meet her again after! It was so nice meeting Pattie. She was so sweet, small and pretty. After meeting her I went to the Believe Tour for night one! To say it was amazing was an understatement, the whole show has been put together with so much hard work and dedication. The concert was unforgettable I loved it. The next day however (Saturday the 30th) was going to be so much better. I went stalking and again had no luck. I went home and started to get ready for my Believe Tour MEET & GREET. Soon I was in a fast moving line, with Justin standing right behind a curtain. He was perfection. Justin was so flawless, perfect and sweet. It all happened so fast, I can hardly remember it but I did get to say, “I love you.” The few seconds I was standing next to Justin has made my life complete. After meeting Justin I rushed to the show and eventually got to be front row to see my baby perform. I thought the night before was amazing but that night was the best night of my life! Justin was less than a metre away from me for half the concert and I still can’t believe it happened. Not to mention being able to witness Justin singing ‘Hold Tight’ for the first time ever live. These have been the most amazing experience that I worked hard and waited for. I am more into talking about my feelings in Church group meetings, because breaking down Jesus people is more challenging than breaking down broken down sex workers, but I do go to the strippers every once in a while, and since I hang with actual pornstars, their ratchet low class, low grade pussy, sadness doesn’t appeal to me in a sexual way…I’ve gone too Hollywood… But I guess ratchet, low class, low grade, sadness when coupled with getting half naked to pay their way, while walking around like they are fucking celebrities, is entertaining sometimes….like once a week….where they money grub, I call them out on it, they get mad, I try to convince them to do porn, they pretend they are too good for it, even though they offer to fuck you for 500 dollars at the end of the night….but I hate every second of it. Either way, this is some sociological weirdness. Strippers are so bad…but so good…I mean I wish they could take better fucking Selfies, but maybe that’s part of why they are stripping for 10 dollars a song and not doing anything more substantial…I mean that and their average trashy looks… I prefer the strippers who are ashamed of being strippers, and not out there taking selfies like their job is something awesome, because I like broken girls aware of being broken, ashamed of their choices, not owning it like they are headlining a music video…but it’s still amazing.
Woman Who Stabbed Sister To Death With Steak Knife Gets Life In Prison This story is sad and crazy. Via National Enquirer: After she admitted to stabbing her sister to death in the shower with a steak knife a Georgia woman was handed life imprisonment. Chakaya Brittney Folborg, 24, pleaded guilty in court to the murder of her adopted sister, Kourtney Chanel Dyches, in their Mableton home on Feb. 20, 2012, law enforcement said. Both sisters were 21 years old at the time and had been squabbling. Officer Kim Isaza told the jury that they had not been living in the same house until approximately a month before the fatal slaying. Family members could hear the victim’s screams piercing the closed bathroom door the night of the murder. “This victim was a vibrant young lady with the rest of her life ahead of her,” Sherwin Figueroa, assistant district attorney, said. “The defendant, without any provocation, took a knife from the kitchen some two hours before the killing and waited until the victim was in the shower before viciously stabbing her at least six times.” Dyches, who was had been adopted as an infant, died before cops could get to the crime scene, responding police officers said. They also took a trip to South Africa in March and were photographed there on the beach. Clooney was married to actress Talia Balsam in 1989 before divorcing in 1993.
