Two weeks before, I entered this big competetion in Denmark to see Justin in Oslo, Norway . My mom called when I was on my way back from school. I freaked out and started screaming, I couldnt believe it. I won a ticket to his concert as V.I.P with a meet & greet. We flew from Denmark at 10:15 am in the morning and waited the entire day to meet him. Oslo was going crazy. I’ve never seen anything like that. The police had to hold a lot of people back and when we finally came in, after waiting for hours, they canceled my meet & greet for Justin’s safety! Literally just 2 minutes before we would be seeing him. I was heartbroken. Everyone was crying exept one. I was crying for 5 hours and when we were about to go to the concert, everyone was just screaming and going crazy. Once I got in, it was AMAZING! I was so close to him. I recorded him all the time and took pictures. Even though the meet & greet got canceled, I think it was an amazing day. I will never forget it. Thank you Justin. ‘It’s going to be a real stretch from the VMAs,’ Samberg joked about Brand hosting the Movie Awards, airing Sunday at 9 p.m. By Terri Schwartz, with reporting by Josh Horowitz Andy Samberg Photo: MTV News UNIVERSAL CITY, California — We already have a good idea of how the 2012 MTV Movie Awards , but will the rest of his show be up to snuff? This will be the two-time Video Music Awards emcee’s first stint , and we’re hoping he will live up to his previous performances. During the , MTV News turned to former Movie Awards host Andy Samberg to hear his prediction on Brand’s hosting prowess. Samberg said that it probably wouldn’t be too different from Brand’s other times hosting MTV awards shows. “It’s going to be a real stretch from the VMAs,” he joked. “What’s he going to do? I just wonder if in the beginning he’s going to have some short film about how he’s got to make it to the Movie Awards in time. Is he going to make it? He’s in this film, how’s he going to make it? Every host seems to have this problem,” Samberg continued sarcastically. It’s true, we’ve seen a host or 10 do that familiar sketch in the past, though Samberg managed to avoid falling into that trap with his hilarious spoof on “Slumdog Millionaire,” “The Reader,” “Twilight” and “Star Trek” during his hosting gig. We’re sure Brand also has something different up his sleeve this year, and Samberg seemed to genuinely be looking forward to seeing what madness the Brit will concoct. “So many ingredients in a Movie Awards stew. I mean, celebs, spoofs, great performances,” he said. But the key ingredient? “A great host. That’s going to kill it, man. Russell’s hilarious.” Samberg took some time to reminisce on his own year hosting the Movie Awards, which apparently earned him $5 (well, in addition to whatever his salary was). Since he hosted back in 2009 — the first year “Twilight” was a nominee — Samberg said he was a little overwhelmed by the fan hysteria. “My year was like the first year of ‘Twilight,’ so you couldn’t hear anything. Bieber’s manager tweets that the trek will be ‘epic.’ By Jocelyn Vena Justin Bieber Photo: Ethan Miller/ Getty Images If you were planning to see Justin Bieber when he kicks off his Believe Tour this September, then we hope you already got your tickets! According to Bieber’s manager, Scooter Braun, the trek is completely sold out. On Saturday (June 2), Braun tweeted the big news. “What!?! Just found out @justinbieber sold out the entire #BelieveTour North America in 1 Hour and both MSG shows clean in 30 seconds!!!!” he wrote. “Blown away. Now we are gonna make sure the #BelieveTour is as epic as possible. Thank u for supporting the kid. Amazing.” The jaunt will kick off September 29 in Arizona before traveling all over North America, including stops in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Brooklyn (at the brand-new Barclays Center), New Orleans and more. The tour wraps up January 26, 2013, in Miami. In May, Bieber spoke to us about the tour , explaining that he’s got some big “surprises” in store for fans. “There’s a lot of fun stuff. I’ve been really hard at work in the studio, in the dance studio, just kind of figuring out what I want to do as far as choreography and whatnot,” he said. “I think the tour’s going to be really special. We got a lot of surprises.” While it’s a few months until Bieber kicks off his formal tour, he is currently traveling the globe promoting his new album. The jet-setting excursion has included several headline-making shows. Earlier this week, Bieber caused chaos when he performed in Oslo, Norway and later caused a stir when he suffered a concussion and injured his eyebrow when he walked into a glass wall mid-show in Paris. Bieber just wrapped up several shows in Italy and tweeted that he will soon land in Spain. He will release his new album, Believe, on June 19. In the lead-up to the release, the singer just dropped a new single, “Die in Your Arms,” last week. When MTV News caught up with Bieber before Sunday’s MTV Movie Awards , he threw all his support behind multi-nominee “Bridesmaids.” “I just think it was funny. ‘I will see u again Glass,’ Bieber tweets after hitting his head on a glass wall during a secret show. By Jocelyn Vena Justin Bieber Photo: Island/Def Jam When Justin Bieber was in Paris on Thursday (May 31) to perform a secret show for his fans in the lead-up to the release of his Believe album, he got a surprise of his own when he walked into a glass wall, injuring himself mid-set. According to an interview with TMZ , he bumped into the wall but was able to finish out the performance. “I was performing, and I was going offstage and, basically, I’m in Paris and performing on the tallest building in Paris, and there’s a glass wall behind me, but there’s a railing behind the glass. And so I went to reach for the railing and I hit my head on the glass,” he explained. “And I guess me and glass windows don’t really go together.” He is referring to a viral video of himself going through a glass revolving door where he hit his head from back in 2010. However, this incident was a bit more serious and he added that he “felt lightheaded,” but “my adrenaline pushed me through it and I performed the last song.” After he walked off the stage, he passed out for 15 seconds and later learned he suffered a concussion. “I feel good. I feel good,” he assured his fans. “I have a little bit of a headache, but I feel fine.” On top of clearing the air with TMZ about the incident, he was able to laugh it off on Twitter : “Thanks for the love but there are alot of people out there who need prayers. im fine. just smacked my head and needed some water. all good. im Canadian. we are tough. lol. its all good. just gotta take it easy the rest of the night. back at it again for u guys tomorrow. Hey, at least she’s in a “stable” relationship at this point. Her engagement to Gary Head has already lasted two whole weeks, beating analyst expectations. Is she actually pregnant though?
