Justin Bieber Writes Song About Selena Gomez Break Up Teeny bopper turned piff-puffin’ pop star Justin Bieber is feeling the aftermath from getting kicked to the curb by his former lil Latina lover Selena Gomez ……and he’s ready to tell the world about it in a song. via MTV Beliebers already have it marked on their calendars, but for those not in the know, Justin Bieber drops his Believe Acoustic album Tuesday. Amid unplugged versions of tracks from his 2012 release, there are also three new tracks, one of which, “Nothing Like Us,” is Bieber’s ode to former flame Selena Gomez. “Because at the end of the day, there’s nothing like us, you know? That’s just it. It is what it is,” Bieber says in the new issue of Billboard about the tune, which manager Scooter Braun confirmed is about the split. “People are going to relate to that.” Bieber told the magazine he’s feeling the pain of that breakup. “I’m not in the happiest place that I’ve ever been,” he said. “I’m trying to get through what I’m going through. Like I said, I have my really close friends to cheer me up and keep me going.” The most notable lyrics from the song lest fans hear the Biebs pour his soggy lil heart all on the track: “Gave you everything/Everything I had to give/Girl, why would you push me away/Lost in confusion/Like an illusion/You know I’m used to making your day/That’s in the past now/We didn’t last now/Guess that this is meant to be /Tell me was it worth it/We were so perfect /Baby, I just want you to see.” Awww poor thang.

Exclusive: Legal Expert Says Chris Brown Could Get 30 Years For Hate Crime Attack

Could Breezy be facing some serious slammer time following his fade with Frank Ocean ? BOSSIP spoke with a legal expert who says Chris Brown could be looking at a whole lotta time! “It is my understanding that there have been reports that the altercation between Mr. Chris Brown and Mr. Frank Ocean involved more nefarious issues than a parking space,” Atlanta based lawyer Kevin T. Connor told BOSSIP. “Specifically, it has been suggested that the incident was motivated and fueled by Mr. Brown’s anti-gay sentiments. If it could be established that, indeed, the brawl was motivated by the actual or perceived sexual orientation of the victim, it could be prosecuted as a hate crime in the State of California and/or under federal law.” Here’s the definition of a hate crime: Generally speaking, a “hate crime” is one where the accused uses force or threatens the use of force to injure, intimidate, or interfere with another’s exercise of constitutional rights if motivated by the actual or perceived membership in a protected class, including race, religion, gender, and sexual orientation. The litmus test is the motivation of the aggressor, which may be established by the nature of the accused’s prior statements and conduct, including through those exhibited through social media. In other words — Breezy’s past comments, on Twitter and offline can be used to establish a hate crime motivation. What’s worse is that the fight happened in California which happens to be the first state to pass legislation specific to hate crimes. Connor also says that even if the L.A. County prosecutor chooses not to pursue the case, he could still face a civil lawsuit. “The commission of a hate crime might also expose Mr. Brown to civil liability,” Connor added when discussing the case with BOSSIP. “In such a case, the circumstances do not require the violence be extreme or motivated by hate, or even that the acts constitute a crime.” And if you’re wondering what a criminal charge would mean for Breezy, let’s just say if he does end up in a criminal court, he might as well cancel any tour plans: “Prosecution under a hate crime statute provides for an enhanced punishment beyond the normal maximum sentence for the underlying crime,” Connor told BOSSIP. “In California, for example, should Mr. Brown be charged and convicted of felony assault in this case, his 2-4 year sentence could be enhanced (increased) under the hate crime statute by another 1-4 years, depending upon whether he is found to have acted in concert with others. Additionally, because Mr. Brown is on probation for his previous assault on Rihanna, he is subject to having the balance of his probation revoked, which is to say that he could go to jail for the remainder of his probationary period in addition to any new sentence.” Connor added that while it’s unlikely, it is possible that the case could be certified by the US Attorney General. In that event, Mr. Brown may also be subject to Federal prosecution under the Civil Rights Act of 1968. 18 USC Section 245. In other words messing with Frankie can get you federal charges!!! Kris Humphries: Herpes-Free!

Kris Humphries does not have much of a leg to stand on in his Kim Kardashian divorce case. Also, he does not have Herpes. In response to a long-ago lawsuit filed by Kayla Goldberg – in which she accuses the Nets power forward of slipping her the STD during a round of unprotected sex – Humphries has reportedly supplied evidence to confirm he is, in fact, clean. According to TMZ, the documents were filed in Los Angeles Superior Court. They do not deny that a sexual tryst took place between Humphries and Goldberg , but they do offer proof that a Herpes text taken AFTER the hook-up came back negative. Humphries is now hoping a judge will dismiss the lawsuit, sort of akin to how we all wish we could dimiss Kris Humphries from our lives.

Chris Brown-Frank Ocean Brawl: History of Animosity to Blame?

Was the Chris Brown-Frank Ocean fight really just over a parking spot? Or did a shared history of animosity between the musicians and their camps trigger it? If you missed it, Chris was listening to artist he represents at an LA-area studio last night; when he went to leave, Ocean and his people blocked him in. Chris reportedly went to shake hands with Frank, only to be attacked by one of Ocean’s entourage members, and things went downhill from there. Soon enough, a brawl involving six people broke out; Ocean told cops (and Tweeted) the fight started over a parking space, and that Brown punched him. “Of course, we are going to investigate,” Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department spokesman Steve Whitmore said, noting that it may lead nowhere. “It is our understanding that it does not rise to the level of an alleged assault. As a matter of fact, it could be a minor scuffle over a parking spot.” Brown was named as the suspect in the battery report, and the victim wanted to prosecute, which seems crazy for such a random, minor altercation. Te two performers have a history of warring with words, however. In June 2011, Chris got into it with Odd Future star Tyler the Creator, Tweeting criticism of him (presumably), e.g. “All this demonic music is wack as s**t.” Tyler’s reply? “Why Is Chris BrownTalking So Much Shit? Weird.” Chris’ reply: “Never mentioned @fucktyler or any of them N*****! General statement and your hype man hodgy caught feelings! #n*****sthatfeelguilty.” That’s when Tyler’s Odd Future bandmate Frank Ocean got into the beef after Breezy compared him to songwriters James Fauntleroy and Kevin Cossom. “I f*** wit Frank Ocean! Reminds me of a young James Fauntleroy or Kevin Cossum,” Chris Brown tweeted, drawing Frank’s ire … and a harsh reply. Frank Ocean replied: “i f***s wit chris brown, reminds me of a young sisqo or ike turner. i just dont like underhanded comments. thats all im saying.” And on the feud went with the pair trading insults. Fast forward to 2012, when Chris was asked by a reporter about Frank Ocean coming out as bisexual . “No homo,” Chris replied, which caused many to believe he was being homophobic. He’s made gay slurs in the past, but denied he was in this case. “My Opinion on the whole Frank Ocean subject is ……… Love who u wanna love. It’s ur decision. People stop searching for BS,” Chris tweeted later. Nothing along the lines of the Rick Ross shooting here, but probably enough bad blood/resentment to turn an otherwise innocuous situation ugly fast.

On And Poppin’: Chris “Brawlin” Brown Catches Some Rainbow Fade From Frank Ocean!!!

Chris Brown And Frank Ocean Fight In Los Angeles It’s not even half way through 2013 yet and already Chris Breezy has found himself in the middle of yet another all out brawl with a fellow artist over some bull…. via TMZ Chris Brown was involved in an all-out brawl with Frank Ocean Sunday night, and sources connected with Chris insist Ocean started it. Chris was at Westlake Studio in the L.A. area listening to one of the artists he represents. The sources say as Chris went to leave, Frank Ocean and his crew blocked Chris from leaving. The sources say Frank said, “This is my studio, this is my parking spot.” We’re told Chris went to shake Frank’s hand … and that’s when one of Frank’s people attacked Chris. Sources connected with Chris say one of Chris’ friends jumped in front and hit Frank’s friend. Sources connected with Chris say Frank then came at Chris … Chris pushed him away and they started brawling. The police were called and are on scene now. From what we know so far, it does sound like Frank and his (p)ride-or-die crew jumped out there first….but it still just doesn’t look good that Chris seems to always be involved when somebody is bustin’ heads. Wonder what made Frank’s goons get buck with Breezy?

Heidi Klum Talks Nude Photos, Insured Legs, Life Lessons

Heidi Klum nude photos. They aren’t hard to find on the Internet. But the super, duper model is featured in the latest issue of Ocean and tells the magazine that one has to be careful with revealing one’s body too often, no matter how many servers it can crash. “When you have a good body, photographers will often be like “Yeah, let’s take this off, and why don’t we lose this too,” Klum says. “You have to be careful and strong at saying no, especially when you’re younger and on your own. Not everyone is cool and has your best interest [at heart].” Fortunately, as many of these Heidi Klum pictures prove, the beauty has taken the best interests of men everywhere into account when posing for spreads over the years. Among other highlights from the Heidi Klum interview: What has she learned from her career? “How to get along with so many different characters, for sure. I’ve learned to not be scared. When you’re young and pretty, you can’t be vulnerable. Not that I’d hurt anyone to get to the top, but you have to bring your hustle and watch your back. But it’s also important to find time for your time – you can’t lose sight of that.” What has she learned from Project Runway? “I really saw how much work goes into it [fashion] – from the amount of passion to the attention to detail, all the way down to the color of the buttons on a shirt. And of course I’ve loved working with Michael Kors. It never gets old.” Are her legs really insured for $2 million? “Ha! Yes… In London, I had to go to an insurance firm, and this person just checked out my legs. On one knee, I have a scar from when I fell and had to get stitches, so they made that leg less expensive than the other. But I went with it. And obviously, it’s all very flattering.”
