But we want to know: – what gives this cop the right to randomly check people while not on duty in the first place…and why were SO MANY shots necessary?? If he landed 16 shots, how many do you think he fired off? Twitter / @BreeNewsome

Judge Throws Out Blue Ivy Maternity Case – Plaintiff Once Claimed She Was North West’s Mother As Well

In the case of two-year old Blue Ivy, Beyonce…you ARE the mother! Maternity Suit Against Beyonce Dismissed By NY Judge You may recall last week when a woman surfaced claiming to be the true biological mother of Blue Ivy Carter in an almost unheard of maternity suit filed in the state of NY. Well a judge ruled what we pretty much already knew – the case was some bull – and immediately threw it out of court. Via Radar : The Bey-hive can quit buzzing over Beyoncé’s latest surrogate scandal: Just weeks after a New York woman filed an explosive and outrageous lawsuit claiming she was the real mother of Beyoncé and Jay Z’s daughter Blue Ivy, RadarOnline.com has learned that the case has already been dismissed. A homeless woman named Tina Seals had filed a complaint in New York alleging “that she was associated with Defendants Knowles and Carter in a ‘quasi arrangement’ during the birth of their daughter, and that she would like to verify maternity.” Seals was seeking maternity testing and “some type of contractual agreement” to be “compensated for her services.” But according to new documents filed on August 15 and obtained by Radar, a judge dismissed the lawsuit for several reasons. “The Court, after reviewing Plaintiff’s complaint, finds that it lacks any arguable basis in law or in fact,” the documents state. “…Plaintiff’s factual allegations rise to the level of the irrational, and there is no legal theory on which she may rely… Plaintiff’s complaint must therefore be dismissed as frivolous.” “In addition,” the documents note, “Plaintiff has filed … at least twenty-seven civil actions in this Court since May 15, 2014,” including a suit against Kim Kardashian and Kanye West over the maternity of their daughter North. Therefore, according to the file, the judge dismissed the case and is now attempting to bar her from filing any “further cases.” Meanwhile, Beyonce, Jay Z and Blue were all spotted in Brooklyn this week at rehearsals , for Beyonce’s Sunday night VMA performance. She tried to say she was North’s real mama too? You know Kanye’s seed would have quickly hit that woman with one of these faces: But seriously…if she’s homeless, obviously mentally disturbed, and comes up with a new celebrity to sue for dumb isht every other day, HOW is it that she’s still getting legal counsel to file these cases?

Ferguson PD Finally Files Mike Brown Incident Report, Refuses To Release Darren Wilson’s Personal Account

The report was created 10 days after the fact and surprise, surprise…there’s almost nothing in it. SMH. Ferguson, MO Police Department Make Delayed Mike Brown Incident Report Public Well at long last, here’s all that “ additional information ” police sympathizers have been urging us to wait for. What a big shocker…there is none. Via TIME : Nearly two weeks after Michael Brown’s death, a police report on the shooting has finally been made public. But the glaring lack of detail is likely to increase widespread criticism that the law-enforcement community is closing ranks around Darren Wilson, the officer who fatally shot Brown on Aug. 9. The incident report, filed by the St. Louis County police department, contains no new information on the encounter between Brown and Wilson. There are no written details about the event. As a result, the officer’s account of what transpired when the two men met just after noon on Aug. 9 remains a mystery. And it will be for some time, according to Brian Schellman, a spokesman for the St. Louis County police department. Schellman told TIME that the department does not intend to release the “investigative” component of the incident report, the part that details Wilson’s version of events. Schellman said that under the Missouri State “Sunshine” Law, the department was not required to release the information during a pending investigation. As a result, Wilson’s account of what happens will remain confidential unless it is presented by a prosecutor, Schellman said. “We will not release it,” said Schellman, who noted that this is the county’s normal procedure. “This isn’t any different than a typical larceny from a local convenience store.” Wilson never filed a report on the incident, according to the office of the St. Louis County prosecutor. The case was quickly turned over to the county at the request of local police. According to the document, the St. Louis County police entered the incident report on Aug. 19, 10 days after the shooting. It was approved for release the following morning. The bare facts of the incident report were made public after the ACLU of Missouri filed a lawsuit demanding the public documents, as pursuant to Missouri’s Sunshine Law. Why it took so long for the department to comply, considering the lack of information contained in the documented, is unclear. The ACLU could not immediately be reached for comment. So…the Ferguson Police Department has essentially said “F*** you, we don’t have to explain our side of the story.” Wow. Is this honestly how little Black life matters in this country???

Let The Bulls**t Begin: Police Department Source Claims Cop Who Murdered Mike Brown Was “Severely Beaten” During Confrontation

Source: Cop Who Killed Mike Brown Was Severely Beaten During Confrontation An unnamed “source” close to the Ferguson PD has come forward to now claim that police office Darren Wilson, who fatally down unarmed teenager Mike Brown by shooting him six times following a confrontation, was badly injured during their scuffle. Funny how this information was not initially revealed… via Fox News Darren Wilson, the Ferguson, Mo., police officer whose fatal shooting of Michael Brown touched off more than a week of demonstrations, suffered severe facial injuries, including an orbital (eye socket) fracture, and was nearly beaten unconscious by Brown moments before firing his gun, a source close to the department’s top brass told FoxNews.com. “The Assistant (Police) Chief took him to the hospital, his face all swollen on one side,” said the insider. “He was beaten very severely.” According to the well-placed source, Wilson was coming off another case in the neighborhood on Aug. 9 when he ordered Michael Brown and his friend Dorain Johnson to stop walking in the middle of the road because they were obstructing traffic. However, the confrontation quickly escalated into physical violence, the source said.. “They ignored him and the officer started to get out of the car to tell them to move,” the source said. “They shoved him right back in, that’s when Michael Brown leans in and starts beating Officer Wilson in the head and the face. The source claims that there is “solid proof” that there was a struggle between Brown and Wilson for the policeman’s firearm, resulting in the gun going off – although it still remains unclear at this stage who pulled the trigger. Brown started to walk away according to the account, prompting Wilson to draw his gun and order him to freeze. Brown, the source said, raised his hands in the air, and turned around saying, “What, you’re going to shoot me?” At that point, the source told FoxNews.com, the 6 foot, 4 inch, 292-pound Brown charged Wilson, prompting the officer to fire at least six shots at him, including the fatal bullet that penetrated the top of Brown’s skull, according to an independent autopsy conducted at the request of Brown’s family. Wilson suffered a fractured eye socket in the fracas, and was left dazed by the initial confrontation, the source said. He is now “traumatized, scared for his life and his family, injured and terrified” that a grand jury, which began hearing evidence on Wednesday, will “make some kind of example out of him,” the source said. The source also said the dashboard and body cameras, which might have recorded crucial evidence, had been ordered by Ferguson Police Chief Thomas Jackson, but had only recently arrived and had not yet been deployed. St. Louis County police, who have taken over the investigation, did not return requests for comment about possible injuries suffered by Wilson. Edward Magee, spokesman for St. Louis County Prosecutor Robert McCullough, said the office will not disclose the nature of the evidence it will reveal to a grand jury. “We’ll present every piece of evidence we have, witness statements, et cetera, to the grand jury, and we do not release any evidence or talk about evidence on the case.” Nabil Khattar, CEO of 7Star Industries – which specializes in firearms training for law enforcement and special operations personnel – confirmed that police are typically instructed to use deadly force if in imminent danger of being killed or suffering great bodily injury. “You may engage a threat with enough force that is reasonably necessary to defend against that danger,” he said. Wilson is a six-year veteran of the Ferguson police force department, and has no prior disciplinary infringements. Massive protests have since taken over the St. Louis community, prompting Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon last Thursday to place Highway Patrol Capt. Ron Johnson at the helm of security operations in an effort to calm ongoing tensions. The federal government is also investigating the death, and Attorney General Eric Holder has taken the lead – calling “the selective release of sensitive information” in the case “troubling.” On Friday, Ferguson police released surveillance video showing Brown stealing cigars from a convenience store just before his death. Jackson came under intense criticism for disclosing the tape and a related police report as he also insisted that the alleged robbery and the encounter with Wilson were unrelated matters. Brown’s family, through their attorney, suggested the tape’s release was a strategic form of “character assassination.” However, FoxNews.com’s source insisted that there was absolutely no spin agenda behind the tape’s release and that there were a number of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) media requests filed by media outlets seeking it. Tom Jackson is said to have waited on publicly releasing it, and did not want it shown until Brown’s grieving mother first had the chance to see it. “He defied the FOIAs as long as he could,” noted the insider. “A powerful, ugly spin has completely ruined public discourse on this whole situation.” Sounds like Darren Wilson and his team will be taking a page out of the George Zimmerman “how to be an aint-isht human being” handbook to build a case for the upcoming trial. We can only imagine what previously unknown “information” they will come forward with next. SMH. #JUSTICEFORMIKEBROWN
