Jim Brown Believes Dan Gilbert Owes Lebron James A Public Apology Via TwinCities Cleveland’s greatest sports legend would have no problem with LeBron James returning to the city, but believes he only should under one condition. Jim Brown, the hall of fame Browns running back, believes James only should re-sign with the Cavaliers if owner Dan Gilbert makes a public apology. Gilbert criticized James in a scathing latter he wrote after James bolted from the Cavaliers to the Miami Heat in 2010. “The only way I would say that (James should return) is if he and Mr. Gilbert came to some greater understanding because I did not like the way that Mr. Gilbert portrayed him,’’ Brown said in a phone interview Monday with the Pioneer Press. “(For James to return), there’s got to be a public apology made by the owner. I don’t see it any other way.’’ Brown was asked if James should return to the Cavaliers without a public apology. “Hell no,’’ Brown said. The free-agent forward is deciding whether to leave the Heat or to join another team, with the Cavaliers being regarded as having a decent shot to get him back. Brown, who starred for Cleveland from 1957-65, said he would like to see James return to the city only if that’s what he truly wants. “If that’s what makes him happy,’’ Brown said. “I want him to do whatever’s best for him.’’ After James left the Cavaliers in 2010, he was ripped in the letter by Gilbert. The letter included Gilbert calling James, who played for the Cavaliers from 2003-10, a “former hero” and said he engaged in “cowardly betrayal” by leaving. “What I really disliked about (James) leaving was the manner in which Mr. Gilbert talked about him,’’ Brown said. Where have all the responsible adults gone?!? 7-Year-Old Caught With Grandmother’s Drugs In His Pocket At School Via NYDailyNews A Pennsylvania boy left grandma’s house with more than the usual sweets and goodies. The first-grader allegedly took his grandmother’s heroin to Caln Elementary School in Coatesville and gave packets to at least one of his classmates Friday. The 7-year-old had nine bags of heroin — all stamped with the words “Victoria’s Secret” — stuffed in his pockets, Philadelphia’s WPVI reported. He gave one to another student, whose mother found it hours later. The District Attorney’s Office said the boy’s grandma, who is 56 years old, is a known heroin user. She was arrested Sunday and faces endangering the welfare of children and drug charges. “Any exposure to heroin for a young child is likely to result in death,” District Attorney Tom Hogan said in a statement. “The defendant is lucky that she was not responsible for the death of her own grandson or somebody else’s child.” Can you imagine what parents would do to this lady if their child died from this isht?! Police said Bilinski-Munion lost track of her heroin when she was watching the boy at the family home Thursday night, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported. The boy told police he pocketed the drugs when he found them on the floor. In obvious as hell news… Lawyers From The NBA Say Racist Donald Sterling Tape Is Real According to TMZ reports : Two NBA lawyers left the law firm representing V. Stiviano Monday … and sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ Sports … the lawyers are now convinced — the racist audio of Donald Sterling is REAL. NBA lawyer David Anders and another NBA lawyer went to the law office of Mac Nehoray Monday afternoon. Stiviano was also there for the purpose of authenticating the audio. We’re told there was NO doubt by anyone the recording is the real deal. The NBA lawyers heard the 15 minutes that have been made public, but not the remaining 45. And we’re told … based on conversations along with analysis … they’re satisfied about authenticity. Neither Stiviano nor Anders had comments for our photog as they left the building. TMZ Sports has also learned … people who have heard the entire recording say there is “NO DOUBT” Donald Sterling KNEW he was being recorded. Elderly Man Arrested For Shooting His Wife Inside A Hospital Via ABCNews Jailers were keeping an 88-year-old man on a suicide watch after he was arrested for allegedly opening fire at a Carson City hospital and critically wounding his wife, authorities said. William Dresser was arrested Sunday after firing one shot with small-caliber semi-automatic handgun that struck his wife in the chest at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center, Carson City Sheriff Ken Furlong said. No other injuries were reported. The woman was a patient in a third-floor room when she was shot around 11:30 a.m. The woman’s injuries are considered life-threatening, and she was transferred to Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno, Furlong said. Her name and age were not immediately released. Dresser was booked into the Carson City Jail on suspicion of attempted murder and was on suicide watch, the sheriff said. His bail was set at $225,000, he said. Dresser, who recently bought the gun, came to his wife’s room in the rehabilitation ward, where she was alone, and shot her in the chest, Furlong said. No details of why she was admitted to the hospital were released, but officials don’t suspect foul play. We don’t care how old his guy is, he ain’t isht! According to RadarOnline reports : Ryan Lochte was a money-making machine after the 2012 London Olympics, even landing his own reality TV show — but RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned he was unable to help save his parents’ home, which they lost to foreclosure. According to court documents obtained by Radar, the final judgement on the foreclosure of Steven and Ileana Lochte‘s Port Orange, Fla. home was handed down on Oct. 31, 2013. The Lochtes were first sued in 2012 by CitiMortgage claiming the couple took out a loan for $258,000 in 2007, requiring $1,609.58 payments per month. But the bank then claimed the Lochtes stopped making their payments in Feb. 2011 and owed more than $242,239! The Olympic swimmer’s parents were sued in Volusia County, Fla. for foreclosure over the money owed and lost last October. The judge signed a judgement in favor of the bank to the tune of $304,219.95. Although the bank hasn’t listed the house for public auction yet, it’s only a matter of time before they do as they were issued the Certificate of Title on Dec. 18, 2013. Interestingly, just before the Lochtes stopped making payments on their home Steven was arrested and charged with a DUI on April 11, 2010 blowing a .207 and .217 on the scene. Steven lost his driver’s license for one year. Dang. They stopped paying their mortgage even before Ryan won his medals. Looks like somebody gave no fawks about keeping that house!

Michelle Hurst Of OITNB Awakes From 16-Day Coma Via Yahoo! “Orange Is the New Black” actress Michelle Hurst, who plays Miss Claudette, has awaken from a 16-day, medically induced coma after being critically injured in a serious car accident during the holidays. The news of the accident just broke today, as cast and crew members tweeted their support. Piper Kerman, whose memoir the Netflix series is based on, encouraged fans to donate to Hurst’s medical bills: Cast members Natasha Lyonne and Danielle Brooks also retweeted the sad news. The YouCaring.com page, started by Hurst’s family, reveals scant details about the accident. It took place just before Christmas and doctors put her in a coma as they performed multiple surgeries. Hurst has woken up, but is still in the ICU at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Hospital. Hurst’s Miss Claudette quickly became a standout character as Piper’s (Taylor Schilling) strict, no-nonsense roommate. She became memorable for her icy staredowns and scary demeanor. But flashback scenes revealed her vulnerable side. She had come to the United States as slave labor and operated a similar cleaning business as an adult. She ended up killing a client when he beat one of her girls. And her hopes for early parole and renewed romance with an old friend were dashed in a heartbreaking episode. Despite police finding a stash of cannabis and text messages from customers, a judge accepted he was helping to raise child number 22 – seven-month-old Barry – while his partner returned to work. I just love kids,’ he said. ‘I don’t regret anything, even though I don’t speak to them all. Some of them don’t even know I’m their dad.’ And he bragged: ‘I don’t know what it is about me, but I’m never short of offers. It’s just my luck that every time I have a one-night stand, the girl ends up getting pregnant. ‘I’ve never had to chase after women. I’m easy going, they are always chasing me. Ladies, would you offer yourself to ol’ Raymond? Hull claims to have fathered his first child when he was 16, but according to local birth records his eldest, John, was born when he was 19. Later that year, in 1975, he married John’s mother, Patricia, then just 17, and over the next nine years they had four more children – Raymond Jr, now 37, Joseph, 36, Adrian, 34, and Rebecca, 29. ‘I only know one or two of their birthdays, but they don’t mind. In mitigation, Anthony Wilson said Hull had ‘a number of medicinal conditions’ including breathing problems, back pains and frequent chest infections which would make any time in prison difficult. He suggested that a suspended sentence could be imposed so that Hull could stay at home and look after the baby while his partner went back to work. Judge Batty imposed an 18-month sentence, suspended for two years. He also put Hull under a night-time curfew for the next six months and ordered him pay £200 which will be taken out of his benefits.
