Khloé Kardashian-Odom Takes A Romantic Getaway With Her Dirty Dog Hubby Lamar To Save Their Sweet Swirl Matrimony-dom

Save The Swirl! Khloe and Lamar took a romantic getaway to save their infidelity torn matrimony-dom and guess what? It worked! Via RadarOnline reports : In a Hail Mary attempt to save the marriage, Khloe Kardashian and husband Lamar Odom went on a “secret getaway” this summer with designs on rebuilding the relationship, in the wake of news breaking that Lamar allegedly cheated on the youngest of the three Kardashian sisters with a 29-year-old woman named Jennifer Richardson. “They were barely speaking” at the time they left on the trip, but when they got into the swing of things, “there were lots of kisses and tears,” a family insider told US Weekly. A source told the magazine the summer sojourn “was a really good time for them to spend time together and focus on each other,” and according to their sources, it was a success. “They’re focused on the marriage, they’re committed to the relationship [and] they adore each other,” a source told the magazine. A separate source told the magazine that the marriage’s rough spots could be attributed to Lamar’s edginess under the white hot Kardashian spotlight; and professional frustration as his hoops career game seems to be in a state of slow decline as he enters his mid-30s. “Lamar goes through mood swings and depression,” the source said, adding his trade away from the Los Angeles Lakers in late-2011 “ruined his Mojo” for some time. Poor Lammy better get it together or he’s gonna get tossed off the Kardashian gravy train! WENN Continue reading

You Mad? Oprah Says You Can’t Be Her Friend If You Use The N-Word, Young Folks Don’t Know “Diddly Squat” About Civil Rights!

Harpo stands tall on her soapbox to tell black folks how we should live… Oprah Says You Can’t Be Her Friend If You Use The N-Word According to TMZ reports : Oprah Winfrey says she has no tolerance for anyone who uses the N-word around her — no matter the color of their skin — saying, “You cannot be my friend and use that word around me.” Oprah — along with Forest Whitaker — just spoke about the race issues with Parade magazine to promote their new movie “The Butler.” During the interview, Oprah was asked about the N-word — which becomes extremely relevant in the wake of the racial comments made by her former “Color Purple” co-star Rae Dawn Chong. As we previously reported, Rae lashed out against Oprah and said she would have been a “field n**ger” back in the slave days. Oprah never mentions Rae in the interview, but makes it clear she doesn’t respect people that throw that word around. “It shows my age, but I feel strongly about [the n-word] … I always think of the millions of people who heard that as their last word as they were hanging from a tree.” What about all the people that hear that word before they get a hug or some dap from their loved ones? The interview is interesting … with Oprah claiming kids today don’t know “diddly-squat” about the civil rights movement. She also explains why she thinks Martin Luther King’s dream has not been completely fulfilled. “Are more people judged by the content of their character than by the color of their skin? Yes. Is everybody judged by the content of their character? Absolutely not.” Why do you think these old heads have such a hard time relating to the youth today?? Let them tell it, all they do is listen to Beyawnsay and puff-piff. Image via AP

Rae Dawn Chong Defends Oprah Slam: It Was a Compliment in Context!

Rae Dawn Chong has issued a bizarre statement explaining her slam of Oprah Winfrey earlier this week, claiming it was all a compliment in context. In what context calling someone a “biotch” and/or a “field n–ger” could be considered positive things, however, remains an open question for now. Rae Dawn Chong defended herself on Facebook, though her explanation was as confusing at best, and issued a video statement as well. Watch: Rae Dawn Chong Statement on Oprah Controversy “OMG I wake up to TMZ highlighting comments I made on a radio show out of context,” she wrote as part of her two-pronged statement to TMZ . “I swear I did not JUST say O was a field N and I was making a point about America during slave times … and I stand behind what I said but out of context it is bad.” Ya think? “In context, I was actually complimenting Oprah,” Chong insists. “Do I have issues with Oprah? Yes. Am I perfect? No. Do I take back everything I said? No.” “Am in pain that it’s caused pain to me, to her? Yes.” So she’s in pain that this became a thing, basically. Long story short: Chong does NOT apologize, although she regrets using the N-word to describe her former co-star in The Color Purple … maybe. According to Rae Dawn, O is so uggers that she wouldn’t have qualified as a “house n–ger” but rather would have been “field n–ger” back in the day. In her explanation, she claims what she meant is Winfrey rose about all obstacles to get where she is, and should be praised … or something. Throughout the confusing video, Rae never really elaborates on how “field n–ger” is a compliment … or how calling her a fat, brown-nosing kiss-ass. Are we missing something? Or is RDC out of her mind? Here’s the original radio interview excerpt that she says was “taken out of context” below: Rae Dawn Chong RIPS Oprah

I know this is SUPER LATE but wow, I don’t even know where to…

I know this is SUPER LATE but wow, I don’t even know where to start. I’m not sure if it was luck or fate, but it was amazing. I’m not going to get into my background as a Belieber because my story might be long. Anyways, here it goes! I was saving up a long time for the Believe Tour to buy M&G tickets, but sadly they were too expensive. I ended up getting really nice VIP seats but I was SO determined to meet him. I live in Chicago and I was attending the October 24th concert! He came to Chicago on Sunday night and I was going to spend the week trying to find him. To keep this short, I barely saw Justin get into a car at a restaurant on Monday, and on Tuesday I saw Justin up close when he brought PAC to the arena to show some of the fans. That was my first time ever seeing him in person. Then it Wednesday. I finally figured out his hotel, woke up and got there around 7 a.m. I was there for awhile waiting at the corner before I saw his grandparents walk out, then I KNEW I had the correct place. Eventually his tour bus came and pulled up on the side of the hotel and me and the other fans waiting got nervous! All of a sudden, a girl whispered “Omg is that Justin?” and we all turned and see a boy with a hat walking into the bus! We stood in front of the bus for literally like a couple hours and then all of a sudden a camera crew comes to us for Oprah! They taped us for a little bit and then left. Then all of a sudden, Justin came down out of the bus, it was so scary. He said he had to start an interview with Oprah so everyone took a group picture. I was shaking at this point because JUSTIN BIEBER was right in front of me talking. I was so nervous you have no idea. Then he turned around right in front of me! Everyone pushed and shoved and I had to reach my head over his shoulder to be in the pic and I literally was holding on to him to keep balance. He left and I started bawlinggggggggggg. Fast forward, I was then standing in front of the Ralph Lauren restaurant where he was inside with Oprah doing the interview. After what seemed like forever, he came out and sang ALAYLM acoustically with Dan, literally directly in front of me. Here’s the link to the video I took. Then he went around and started taking pics with the fans in the front rows. He was approaching me closer and closer until it was my turn. Really fast I said, “Justin can you take a quick picture of us?” He grabbed my camera and took a picture of us. Being so close to him, looking at him in the eyes, it’s a surreal moment, I swear he’s not real he’s so perfect! In the end, I was on Oprah! I’m wearing the light cream sweater and I have brown curly hair. At the very end of the Oprah (Next Chapter episode) the clip right before the bloopers, that’s me. The clip is of me and Justin taking a pic. Every Belieber needs to believe. I remember going on this website every day being sad thinking, “It’s impossible, I won’t ever meet him.” I don’t know when or how you will meet him, but I PROMISE YOU, it will happen. Thank you Justin, love you. -@kaseydorthea See original here: I know this is SUPER LATE but wow, I don’t even know where to…
