Justin Bieber Photographed Smoking Mary Jane In Hollywood Hotel Room According to TMZ reports : Justin Bieber kicked off the new year on a real high note — clutching a smoldering blunt at a big party inside a Newport Beach hotel room this week … and TMZ has the photos. The pics were snapped on January 2nd — the day after a paparazzo was killed while trying to take photos of Bieber’s Ferrari — and it’s pretty obvious … Bieber wasn’t feeling too bad about the whole situation. Sources at the party tell TMZ, Bieber’s BFF Lil Twist was there too — the 19-year-old rapper who was driving the Biebs’ Ferrari at the time the paparazzo was killed. According to sources, Twist and his brother were rolling all the blunts and smoking everyone up … and there was a LOT of pot smoke. It’s pretty ironic — considering sources close to Bieber were insistent … the photog who was killed lied when he said Justin was smoking weed hours before the fatal accident. And there’s this — we’re told Bieber had security present … but no one seemed to mind that people were snapping photos. It’s not that we don’t expect Justin to be doing “grown man things” nowadays, but there is something pretty damn funny about watching “Justin Bieber” take tokes of the Mary Jane. After a momentary holiday lull, it’s back on! Or as Calvin Candie says in Django Unchained . “We got us a fight going on that’s a good bit of fun.” Academy voters were given one extra day to mull over their Oscar nomination ballots, thanks to a voting deadline extension necessitated by complaints and concerns over the Academy’s first-ever electronic voting system. They could use that 24 hours to digest the Producers Guild Award nominations , which were announced Wednesday, a day early. From here, the awards season proceeds at 48 frames per second , bringing the Oscar race into sharp focus. The Director’s Guild of America nominations for Best Director will be announced Jan. 8, with Oscar nominations announced on the 10th,in advance of the Golden Globes, which will be handed out on the 13th. The PGA ceremony will be held on the 26th, followed by the SAG awards the following night. Feb. 2 brings the DGAs, one of the most reliable Oscar indicators, followed by the Independent Spirit Awards (and the Razzies) on the 23rd and the Oscars on the 24th. This is the earliest Oscar voting in history, Variety’s Jon Weisman noted, and he feared for the “dark horse” candidates as voters race to catch up to the big ticket films such as Django Unchained and Les Miserables that were released at the end of the year. “We’ll never quantify the impact… on the coming Academy Award nominations, but I’m thinking negative,” he writes. The Best Picture race was most impacted this week. So, let’s consult the Gold Linings Playbook to see which films benefited from the PGA bump. Best Picture Since 1990, the winner of the PGA’s Darryl F. Zanuck Award for Outstanding Producer of Theatrical Motion Pictures -winner was denied on Oscar night only seven times, most recently in 2006, when The Departed took Best Picture honors instead of the PGA’s choice, Little Miss Sunshine . Its 10-film field included most of the expected nominees from A ( Argo ) to Z ( Zero Dark Thirty ). Django Unchained ’s n-word – nomination – only accelerated its momentum, while Beasts of the Southern Wild , a non-union production, deemed ineligible for SAG consideration, and also denied Golden Globe nominations, saw its own Oscar cred strengthened. (Apparently, Hollywood Foreign Press Association members would rather party with Nicole Kidman than Quvenzhane Wallis ) biggest surprise was the nomination of Skyfall , which may be poised to do for Bond films what Beauty and the Beast did for animated films; be the first to be nominated for a Best Picture Oscar. But Skyfall shouldn’t press its Oscar-night tux just yet. Last year, Bridesmaids , The Ides of March and The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo did not parlay their PGA nominations into Best Picture bids. Quentin Tarantino is riding taller in the saddle with Django Unchained ’s PGA nomination, but it’s a tight field and Life of Pi and Silver Linings Playbook are safer, far less controversial films. Jack Klugman, a veteran television star best known for his role as one half of The Odd Couple , has passed away. He was 90 years old. Klugman, who also starred on Quincy, M.E , died last night at his home in Northridge, California, surrounded by family members. He earned two Emmmys and a Golden Globe Award and will forever be remember as Oscar Madison, the hard-living, sloppy roommate of Tony Randall’s Felix Unger. Aside from TV credits that also include The Twilight Zone, Klugman appeared in movies such as 12 Angry Men and Days of Wine and Roses. He is survived by wife Peggy’ sons Adam and David Klugman; and as stepsons Randy Wilson and Phil Crosby Jr., along with two grandchildren.

In JULY , Bieber was involved in a high-speed chase as he tried to avoid a paparazzi. Talk of a Justin/ Selena Gomez break-up also circulated around the Internet. AUGUST brought a bit of controversy for The Biebs after he dared to insult Prince William’s hairline . An international incident nearly broke out. Justin was actually offered a minor league hockey contract in SEPTEMBER , while he also got yet another tattoo, this time a crown on his torso . Talk of Justin Bieber nude photos broke out in OCTOBER , but Justin got the last laugh when he pranked the Internet and claimed his computer was stolen. After Chris Brown got a ridiculous neck tattoo (which many thought was a battered Rihanna), the Internet exploded with parodies. Lindsay Lohan with a tattoo of herself smashed? Classic. 10. Ridiculously Photogenic Guy (and Girl) . Whether they’re running a marathon or recovering from major surgery, some people are just too photogenic for words. If you can pry yourself away from staring at them, let’s move on! 9. Grumpy Cat . Not a good sign for the party’s prospects, but a terrific source of material for the web, which watched Clint berating an Invisible Obama in an empty chair and went nuts. Mitt Romney made a strong run for the White House down the stretch, but his campaign was not without its verbal gaffes and head-scratchers. There was the 47 percent video , sure, but the web really had fun with his debate quips, such as threatening to fire Big Bird or references to binders full of women in Mass. PSY – GANGNAM STYLE Sloppy Swish 3. Gangnam Style / Sloppy Swish (tie) . PSY’s hit song is the most-watched video in the history of YouTube, making it a lock for a top three spot on this countdown. SNL’s “Mokiki and the Sloppy Swish” is an equally awesome, yet unheralded gem, however. Even if it is just a really stupid dance created by a crazy person. 2. Texts From Hillary Clinton . A photo of a badass-looking Hillary Clinton checking her phone inspired an entire Tumblr blog devoted to facetious texts from the Secretary of State. Takes a lot to impress Hill. After winning a silver medal in the vault at the London Olympics, the American gymnast was a but underwhelmed. TMZ posted the photo of Miley grabbing a handful of a stripper’s rear end at her party, proving that the artist wasn’t kidding when she quoted 2 Chainz and Tweeted soon after her November birthday bash: “Yes, I did get a big booty hoe 4 my birfday.” Cyrus made some headlines this week when she implied that Taylor Swift was slutty , while defending her own reputation as far cleaner than many believe it to be.
