Darren Wilson Resigns From Ferguson Police Department After Not Being Charged For Killing Mike Brown Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson, who fired at least 12 shots at unarmed teenager Mike Brown that resulted in his death during a confrontation in August, has officially resigned from his job. via NBC News The white police officer who killed Michael Brown has resigned from the Ferguson Police Department, nearly four months after the confrontation that fueled protests in the St. Louis suburb and across the nation. Darren Wilson has been on administrative leave since the Aug. 9 shooting. His resignation was announced Saturday by one of his attorneys, Neil Bruntrager. Bruntrager says the resignation is effective immediately. A grand jury spent more than three months reviewing evidence in the case before declining in November to issue any charges against the 28-year-old Wilson. He told jurors that he feared for his life when Brown hit him and grabbed for his gun. The U.S. Justice Department is still conducting a civil rights investigation into the shooting and a separate probe of police department practices. GTFOHWTBS ! Via DailyMail Close friends of Darren Wilson have called for the star witness in the Michael Brown shooting to be charged for lying about what he saw. Two of the Ferguson police officer’s best friends told MailOnline that Dorian Johnson – who was next to Brown at the time – should be arrested for his statements in numerous TV interviews he made days afterwards. They say that he made up the claim that Brown had his hands up which kickstarted the ‘Hands up, don’t shoot’ protest movement. For his part Johnson told the grand jury that the whole process has left him feeling ‘victimized’. He also revealed that the altercation began because he didn’t like how Wilson spoke to him like a father telling off his son. Johnson was walking with Brown back to his house in Ferguson, Missouri, when he and Wilson got in tussle that ended in tragedy on August 9. The killing sparked more than a week of violent protest and trouble erupted again this week with looting and widespread vandalism when a Grand Jury decided not to indict Wilson. The decision effectively means they did not believe Johnson’s account. Afterwards, Wilson’s testimony was made public which his supporters say proves Johnson was a liar. A close friend said: ‘Dorian Johnson is the one who started it all. If it was up to me he should be charged. ‘He got right on CNN, he got right on TV and started blabbering his mouth off. I could tell by his voice that he was lying. ‘Darren Wilson’s story makes sense regardless of whether I knew him or not.’ The friend also criticized Johnson for claiming that he hid behind a car but also claimed to have seen everything that happened. Floyd’s kids might be spoiled but they aren’t happy… Floyd Mayweather’s Son Calls Him A Coward For Beating Mother Via TMZ reports: Floyd Mayweather ‘s 14-year-old son is lashing out against his father — claiming he’s a “coward” for refusing to admit he beat the crap out of his mother Josie Harris back in 2010. Koraun Mayweather spoke with USA Today with his mother’s permission — and described what happened in September 2010 … when he witnessed Floyd punching and kicking Josie … so he snuck out of his Vegas home and alerted security who then summoned police. “[My dad] said to lock my door and stay in my room. I sat there and thought about what I was going to do next. Just for like a minute.” Koraun said he eventually “ran back out my bathroom and then hopped over the gate and went to the main entrance gate. I just told [the guard] that my mom was getting hurt and to call the ambulance and the police.” Eventually, cops arrived … and Koraun told investigators what he saw. Mayweather plead guilty to a reduced battery domestic violence charge and was sentenced to 90 days behind bars. Koraun says he’s upset that his father never apologized for the incident publicly. Koraun also says he still spends time with his father — but he’s less than enthusiastic about it. “We just hang out. We either watch a movie or something or go bowling. I find [boxing] boring. It is just like how people sit in the ring and fight for 12 rounds and it gets boring after a while.” Floyd’s team has yet to respond to the story. Kenya will take an azz whooping just to stay on TV … Kenya Moore Explains Why She Didn’t Quit RHOA After Porsha Fight Via S2S Magazine reports: Kenya Moore, who has survived three seasons of the hit Bravo show, appeared on New York’s Pix 11 Morning News Tuesday to dish on not only the “RHOA” drama, but to also provide the scoop on her other brand-building efforts. “It’s an amazing platform,” she said about the series. “One of the reasons I wanted to join the show is to build my brand,” shared Kenya who took the opportunity to promote her new hair care line, Moore Hair. Guaranteeing that her product would yield longer and stronger hair for users, she further explained, “My grandmother always told me hair is your crowning glory. Hair that’s worthy of a crown; you can find that in Moore Hair.” Regarding her decision to return to the show, after being physically attacked by a co-star during the season 6 reunion, Kenya said it wasn’t an easy decision. “I had to really weigh the options; is this worth it? I went through a terrible time after the reunion, and I had to just reevaluate the situation.” 

After the reunion show ended in an all-and-out brawl between Kenya and show rival Porsha Williams, Kenya apparently went through a period of embarrassment, which led her to question whether or not she would return to the show. “I asked myself a lot of questions. I had a lot of questions and conversations with the production company, with Bravo, and we got to a really good place; and that’s why I’m back.” In terms of a new love, co-anchor Sukanya Krishnan asked Kenya to elaborate on whether or not she had someone special in her life. “There is someone, [but] you have to watch. I am very happy. No ring yet, [but] we’ll see,” said Kenya who’s been accused of fabricating nonexistent relationships for the sake of the show. This season is primed to reveal the details surrounding the ending of “RHOA” cast member, Phaedra Parks’ marriage as a result of her husband Apollo Nida’s recent federal prison sentence. Ex-Radio Jock Sentenced 25 Years For Raping Young Michigan Boy Via NYDailyNews A former Christian radio host who pleaded guilty to raping an 11-year-old Michigan boy was sentenced to at least 25 years in prison Monday. John Balyo, former host of WCSG Radio in Grand Rapids, Mich., faces between 25 and 50 years in prison on one count of first-degree criminal sexual assault. “I am feeling very deep and constant remorse for my actions,” Balyo said in court, according to the Battle Creek Enquirer. “And I want the family to know I am very sorry and wish I could do something to correct what has been done.” Balyo, 35, was arrested in June at a Christian music festival and pleaded guilty in September, telling authorities he paid Ronald Lee Moser, 42, to arrange for him to have sex with a child. Balyo said an 11-year-old boy performed oral sex on him in a motel room, with Moser in the room, in May. The boy turned 12 shortly after the incident, according to the Battle Creek paper. Calhoun County Circuit Court Judge Conrad Sindt mandated Balyo register for the sex offenders list and wear an electronic monitor if he ever gets out of prison. Sick f***er. Oil Mogul Harold Hamm Ordered To Pay Ex Wife 995 Million Via NBC News reports: An Oklahoma County judge has ordered oil magnate and Continental Resources Chief Executive Officer Harold Hamm to pay nearly $1 billion in a divorce judgment, according to a court filing made public on Monday. Special Judge Howard Haralson found that Hamm should pay his ex-wife Sue Ann Hamm a total of $995.5 million, with about a third of the funds, or $322.7 million, to be paid by the end of the year, the filing says. Hamm, Oklahoma’s richest man, will then be required to pay the rest of the judgment, some $650 million, in installments worth at least $7 million per month, the filing says. Sue Ann Hamm has already been awarded around $25 million since the case was filed in 2012, the filing says. To secure the judgment, Judge Haralson has placed a lien on 20 million shares of Continental stock, the filing says. The ruling, which is subject to appeal, comes after a 9-1/2 week divorce trial ended last month. Expert witnesses for Sue Ann Hamm, a former attorney at Continental, had pressed the court to divide a fortune valued at about $17.6 billion in wealth that had accrued in Harold’s shares of the company since 1988, when she married Harold. Such a multibillion-dollar award could have forced Harold to liquidate a significant portion of his Continental shares, eroding his control of one of America’s fastest-growing energy companies. Continental is a leading driller in the Bakken oilfield of North Dakota and Montana. Harold’s side contended his wife deserves almost none of it. Lawd! Tennessee Couple Arrested For Killing Popular Pastor Via The Grio reports: The family of a Memphis pastor found dead Saturday may finally have justice. The Prospect Park Missionary Baptist Church pastor, Don Smith, was discovered dead near a pond at Hickory Hill. His car was also missing. Police spotted the car on Wednesday and pulled over Lashonda Williams, 24, and Roger Reed Jr., 23. Warrants for first-degree murder were issued for both of them. Memphis Pastor Don Smith was shot and killed Saturday — and his family still doesn’t have any answers. Smith’s body was found lying on Hickory Hill, beside a pond, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The family is still in shock. “All we know is right now he was murdered and we can’t find the person who did it,” said family member Raymond Jones. “We’re still trying to put pieces together of what actually happened…of what caused his death.” Smith, a pastor at Prospect Park Missionary Baptist Church in Whitehaven, spent all his time at the church or in the kitchen — warming souls with food and the Gospel. A wake will be held for Pastor Smith on Friday between 4 and 7 p.m., and the funeral will take place on November 8 at 11 a.m. at the Golden Gate Cathedral on Saturday. May God have mercy on their sick souls!

F*** the police Saratoga NY Cop Caught Slapping Man On Camera Via RawStory A New York state sheriff’s deputy was suspended without pay after being caught on video harassing a gun owner and slapping him in the back of the head, Photography Is Not A Crime reported. The footage shows Saratoga County Deputy Shawn Glans demanding to search Colin Fitch’s vehicle. The video was posted by Fitch’s friend Adam Roberts following the encounter early Friday morning. “We’ll get a f*cking search warrant, alright?” Glans says to Fitch. “Wanna do that? Let me see your f*cking keys.” When Fitch asks why Glans wanted the keys, Glans says, “I’m going to search your f*cking car, that’s why.” “You can’t do that,” Fitch says in response. According to Roberts, Glans wanted to search the car after seeing a rifle in the backseat while Fitch and Roberts were not present. Roberts told Photography Is Not A Crime that he and Fitch had shown their identification to Glans, and Fitch told the deputy that he had purchased the weapon legally. “You wanna f*cking resist?” Glans asks Fitch. When Fitch says he is not resisting, a loud slap can be heard before Glans asks again, “You wanna f*cking resist?” Fitch then apparently hands his keys to Glans, who tosses them to someone off-camera and says, “Search the f*cking car.” Glans then calls Fitch an “a*shole.” “That was intense,” Roberts says. “You like that, huh?” Glans asks him. “I can get a lot more intense, believe me.” “Slap me around?” Robert asks. “Yeah,” Glans says. “I’ll rip your f*cking head off and sh*t down your neck.” SMH. Female Softball Coach Pretends To Be High School Boy A former teacher’s aide and softball coach for Virginia Beach Public Schools was sentenced Monday, after prosecutors say she tricked students into online relationships. Via WAVY reports: Circuit Court Judge A. Bonwill Shockley sentenced 27-year-old Kyle Lynne Noro of Virginia Beach for one count entice a minor to perform in porn, age 15+, offender 7+ years, according to Macie Pridgen with the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney for Virginia Beach. Noro was arrested in January 2014. In July, she pleaded no contest to the charges, meaning she admits the Commonwealth has enough evidence to prove her guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Pridgen said the Commonwealth’s evidence proves Noro, while employed at Princess Anne High School in 2012 and 2013, used false identities to pose as teenage boys on at least 20 Facebook accounts. She bought prepaid cell phones to coordinate with the false identities and befriended several female students online. “She was not really soft spoken. She talked a lot, and when she talked, she kind of made you feel uncomfortable,” said Princess Anne graduate Ryan Sobotta. “She just didn’t seem normal to me.” Posing as “Kevin,” Noro engaged in an online sexual relationship with a 17-year-old girl, even arranging for gifts to be delivered to her. Pridgen said Noro sent numerous sexually explicit photos to the victim and convinced her to send hundreds of sexually explicit photos, in return. That relationship went on from August 1, 2013 to Oct. 31 of 2013, around when the victim’s father discovered the online relationship and reported it, according to Virginia Beach police. Later, it was discovered that “Kevin” was Noro. Pridgen said Noro confessed to the crime. “This case is a perfect example of the online predators that can threaten our community,” said Commonwealth’s Attorney for the city of Virginia Beach Collin Stolle. “Parents should continue to talk to their children and teenagers about online safety and encourage teens not to share information with people they don’t personally know. My office will continue to vigorously prosecute those who threaten our children online.” Judge Shockley sentenced Noro to 15 years in prison, with 12 years suspended. After she serves her three years, she must register as a sex offender and receive sex offender treatment. Noro will also not be allowed to use the internet and will be on intensive supervised probation. Pridgen said three years is the mandatory minimum sentence for Noro’s offense. This is gross!!!!
