With Jill and Derick Dillard having married earlier this year, we thought it was just matter of time until we saw Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald engaged . We thought right. Newlywed Jill congratulated her younger sister on her long-rumored engagement to boyfriend Ben Seewald hours after the big news was revealed. “Congratulations on your engagement @jessaseewald @ben_seewald!” Jill wrote to the future spouses. “We are so happy for y’all! #benseewald #jessaseewald.” 19 Kids and Counting star Jessa Duggar, 21, and her boyfriend, 19, announced that they are now engaged after their 11-monthiversary last week. “We are so blessed to be engaged!” the couple said. “God has written an amazing story through our courtship, and another chapter has just begun! Jessa adds, “We are thrilled to see what the future holds!” One day earlier, the fifth oldest of the Duggar siblings shared that Ben had gifted her a bracelet and a love letter , written by hand, to mark this occasion. “These elegant pearls looked quite majestic when I picked them out,” Seewald wrote. “These pearls were lonely… just like I am when we’re apart.” “But not anymore. Cat Makes Ninja-Like Attempt to Sneak Past Great Dane, Fails

Give this cat an A for Effort. And an O for Oh My God, That Dog is Frickin Gigantic! In the following video, a feline named Meeko wants to leave the bathroom… but there’s a problem: a Great Dane (aptly) named Tank is in the way. So watch Meeko get down low, watch him try to be all stealthy and ninja-like with his quiet movements – and then watch as his enormous frenemy is awakened from a sound slumber, much to Meeko chagrin/total fear: Cat Attempts to Sneak Past Grant Dane YIKES! Also: LOL! On the flip side, cats sometimes try to befriend dogs , even if their attempts are unwanted. But other times they choose a different animal and nuzzle up to a horse . Kittens Reenact Fifty Shades of Grey Trailer, Disturb/Crack Up the Internet

We have a feeling the Parents Television Council may have less of a problem with the following version of the  Fifty Shades of Grey trailer than they had with the original. That’s because it involves kittens. Created by The Pet Collective, the footage features one cat acting as Jamie Dornan’s Christian Grey and one cat acting as Dakota Johnson’s Anastasia Steele. It also involves a lot of talk about abs. It’s both disturbing and hilarious. You can decide which reaction you have to the cute/weird teaser now: Fifty Shades of Grey Trailer: Cute Kitten Edition! Pugs Dress as Game of Thrones Characters: Hilarity is Coming!

We’ve seen many unusual characters over the years on Game of Thrones, from frozen members of the undead to giants storming the Night’s Watch. But we’ve never seen tiny adorable dogs dressed like Game of Thrones characters… until now! Streaming service Blinkbox has teamed with owners Phillip and Sue Lauer to feature their three pets (Roxy, Blue and Bono) as The Pugs of Westeros. And the results are as impressive as they are hilarious! There’s pug Tyrion Lannister sitting under his family’s crest; and pug Daeneys Targaryen surrounded by her dragons; and even pug Varys, donning his familiar robe and wearing his familiar expression. Kitten Irritates Tired Dog with Attempt at Friendship

Hey there. What are you doing? Trying to sleep? How’s that going for you? Wanna hang out instead? That pretty much sums up the following video, which features an adorable kitten trying very hard to befriend a very sleepy dog. But it’s safe to say the canine isn’t very interested at the moment this is filmed. That poor cat. He should go find a deer to lie with instead… Kitten Bothers Tired Dog It goes both ways, of course. In this video, a Saint Bernard tries to make friends with a small feline. But it goes equally poorly. Fortunately, many animal friendships do work out in the end. Pit Bull Gives Baby Total Body Tongue Bath: Watch, Melt Now!

Joan Rivers on The Real Housewives of New York City: A Bunch of Whores!

Joan Rivers is taking an interesting approach to promoting her new book, Diary of a Mad Diva . Instead of making the talk show rounds and playing nice with guests and audiences, as celebs usually do when they’re hocking memoirs, Joan has embarked on a one-woman mission to offend every man, woman, and child in Hollywood. And it seems to be working: Joan Rivers on Watch What Happens Live! Appearing on Watch What Happens Live! last night, Joan was asked by host Andy Cohen for her opinion about the Real Housewives of New York and their style choices. He had to know what was coming: “I know they’re your pets,” replied Rivers. “[But] they look like whores.” Rivers warned the crowd at the start of the show that she’d had a bad day and wouldn’t be playing nice, and her interview was all the more entertaining for it, as she riffed on celebs ranging from Tommy Lee Jones to Helen Keller: Amazingly, Rivers didn’t attack Kim Kardashian again, but she did get in some shots at Bruce Jenner, saying the former Olympian has “six children, a gold medal and, now, a vagina.” Somehow, Rivers raised the bar even further after that, when she was asked about Lil Kim’s plastic surgery and replied, “You almost wish Chris Brown would punch her in the face.” Meh. Still less controversial than Joan’s comments about Israel . Real Housewives: Before They Were Reality Stars! 1. Sarah Drew: Pregnant with Baby #2!

Life is imitating art for Sarah Drew. The Grey’s Anatomy actress, whose character of April Kepner discovered on the May finale of this ABC hit that she’s pregnant, is now expecting a child herself as well. Drew and husband Peter Lanfer are already parents to a two-and-a-half year old son named Micah. “Peter and I are delighted to announce our pregnancy,” Drew tells People. “We can’t wait to introduce Micah to his little brother or sister.” Drew added that she’s “very, very lucky” to have a child such as Micah, one who throws the occasional tantrum yet is generally “sweet and funny and such a good boy.” Grey’s Anatomy Season 11 kicks off on Thursday, September 25 at 8/7c.
