Teen Stabs Girlfriend To Death After Argument According to The NY Daily News A Pennsylvania teen stabbed his on-again, off-again girlfriend to death on a town park’s hiking trail after a bitter argument, police said. Tristan Brian Arthur Stahley, 16, is alleged to have knifed 17-year-old Julianne Siller repeatedly in the throat and neck between 9 p.m. and 10:20 p.m. Saturday. Cops claim the pair — who had been seeing each other since January — were walking on a hiking trail in a park in the Philadelphia suburb of Skippack Township when they started arguing. Stahley purportedly freaked out and whipped out an orange-handled knife. His attack was so brutal, police said that they could not yet count how many times he had plunged the knife into her body. He then allegedly hid her lifeless corpse in the woods near the trail, reports The Mercury. But he soon ran home and told his mom he’d broken up with Siller and that he’d killed her. Another relative called the police, who then discovered Siller’s body. The teen was arrested and charged with one count each of first-degree murder, third-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon. He has been remanded to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility without bond. More and more young women are becoming victims of domestic situations. Woman Found In Lawyer’s House According to Mail Online The body of a 26-year-old woman was found on Saturday morning naked and face down in a bathtub full of water in the home of a high-profile Philadelphia ‘super lawyer.’ The identity of the woman is yet to be released, but police sources tell Philly.com that she is Julia Law, an employee of A Charles Peruto Jr., the attorney who owns the home where the body was found. Sources told the paper Peruto and Law were dating., Philadelphia’s Fox affiliate reports that authorities do not currently consider the death to be suspicious, although, the cause of death currently is unknown. The woman’s body was discovered about 10:30 a.m. by a maintenance worker who stopped by the home, located in Philadelphia’s Center City neighborhood. Peruto told police he was at the Jersey Shore, in Avalon, when the body was found. It’s unclear when – or if – he’s physically met with police. According to his website, Peruto has been dubbed a ‘super lawyer’ – an honor for Philadelphia’s top attorneys – by his peers nine years in a row, and has achieved ‘Not Guilty verdict in over 200 jury trials and 2,500 non-jury trials.’ ‘He has been hired by other attorneys for the sole purpose of cross examining one or two witnesses in their cases,’ the website boasts. It goes on to say that ‘as can be seen on this website under “Past Cases”, he has been called a “ferocious cross examiner”, “gives a supreme closing argument to a Jury”, and “very entertaining on an otherwise boring case.’” In 2012, Peruto ‘successfully’ represented Philadelphia weatherman John Bolaris in a situation the media dubbed ‘ the real life Hangover.’ Bolaris claimed he was drugged and scammed out of $43,712 by Russian ‘bar girls’ in Miami. LeSean McCoy Sued For Assault According to TMZ NFL superstar has been sued by a woman who claims the running back humiliated her on a party bus — sprayed her with a beverage — and then booted her from the ride on the side of the Jersey Turnpike. According to the lawsuit filed by a woman using the alias “Mary Roe” … the Philadelphia Eagles RB had invited 15 women to join him on a party bus that went from Philly to a NYC nightclub on December 18, 2012. During the trip, the lawsuit alleges, McCoy, along with his bodyguard and a couple of other guys, began to spray some of the women with water. Roe claims she protested the water spraying … so McCoy ordered his bodyguard Big John to “get her.” In the suit, filed May 10 in Philadelphia, the woman claims McCoy and/or Big John proceeded to hit her in the face, causing her to fall to the ground. While she was on the floor, the men allegedly physically restrained her and poured a beverage onto her hair, clothes and body. And if things couldn’t get worse … the woman claims McCoy and Big John then forcibly ejected her from the party bus on the side of the New Jersey Turnpike. But some of the women allegedly complained to McCoy about Roe getting the boot — so she was snatched back up from the side of the road and placed back on the bus. The woman claims she was taken to a nearby rest stop — where the football player once again ditched her — and continued on with his party trip. Roe is now suing for more than $50,000 in damages for assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment and negligence. Roe says she suffered head trauma, a disc protrusion on her spine, bad sprains, contusions and bruises all over her body, and severe shock. New Jersey State Police Sergeant Brian Polite tells us … officers did meet with a woman at a rest stop near the Jersey Turnpike on December 19, who claimed she had an altercation with a male on a party bus. Sgt. Polite tells us … during the initial meeting with the accuser, she never named McCoy as her attacker. LeSean McCoy is adamant … he NEVER assaulted a woman on a party bus back in December — and claims his accuser is just trying to shake him down for some cash. TMZ spoke with McCoy’s lawyer, Andrew M. Smith, who tells us, “The allegations against LeSean McCoy are completely, unequivocally false.” Smith continues, “There are no criminal charges pending [against McCoy] and no probable cause was ever found.” McCoy’s lawyer says, “This is sadly an attempt to extract money and LeSean will vigorously defend any attempt to collect money through a personal injury claim.” How do you wait until like five months later to sue for assault? The accuser is suing the All-Pro for over $50,000 in damages for assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment and negligence. A New Jersey State Police Sergeant, meanwhile, confirms to TMZ that he met with a woman at a rest stop on that date. She had no visible injuries and did not name McCoy as her attacker. But she did go into detail about an altercation of this nature on a party bus. An investigation is ongoing.

Kermit Gosnell, a Philadelphia doctor, is on trial for performing gruesome, illegal late-term abortions that led to the death of a woman and seven infants. In Pennsylvania, abortions after 24 weeks of gestation are against the law. Gosnell regularly performed the procedure at 30 weeks of gestation or later. Gosnell’s clinic has been labeled a “house of horrors” and is beyond sickening, no matter where you stand on the issue of abortion rights’ legality. The case has already had a profound effect politically. Anti-abortion advocates are using the high-profile case, which first made headlines in 2010, to boost support for new restrictions nationwide. One of those is TRAP (Targeted Regulation of Abortion Providers) laws imposing strict architectural standards on clinics that perform only first-trimester abortions. Marjorie Dannenfelser, president of the Susan B. Anthony List, implied on Friday that TRAP laws are all directly inspired by the Kermit Gosnell case. Dannenfelser said in a statement about Virginia’s new regulations: “Since Kermit Gosnell’s ‘house of horrors’ clinic was discovered in 2010, several states have enacted measures to ensure women going into abortion facilities are treated with basic dignity and respect.” Not surprisingly, the doctor has galvanized the pro-life movement with his misdeeds. The images (not shown here) from his trial are graphic and horrific. But others, like Ilyse Hogue, president of NARAL Pro-Choice America, argue that abortion rights opponents are drawing the wrong lesson from the case. Hogue argued that the TRAP regulations could shut down many safe and legal abortion clinics by requiring them to undergo cost-prohibitive renovations. That, she said, could increase the chances of another Gosnell. “Kermit Gosnell’s so-called clinic is a peek into the world before Roe v. Wade,” she said, “and this is exactly what our opponents are driving us to.” Instead of encouraging more restrictions on rights, Hogue said the Gosnell trial should remind people of the need for safe and affordable abortion care: “This is exactly what happens when you place undue restrictions and you try to shame women to keep them from exercising their constitutional right to safe and legal abortions.” “You make them victims to people like Gosnell, because in desperation they’ll turn anywhere.” “You want to drive people like Gosnell out of business? Then you actually support medical facilities and the right of women to safe and legal abortion.”
My name’s Amargo, I’m 17 years old and have been supporting Justin since his first Youtube video. My Bieber experience was awesome and I literally have been waiting to meet him FOREVER! I can’t believe it finally happened, not just once but TWICE. My first experience was in Philly on November 4th. My mom surprised me telling me that she not only got tickets but she got me and my sister MEET AND GREETS. I was freaking out and I couldn’t even sit still all day. I don’t think I have ever been more excited for something in my life. I live in Jersey and traveled all the way to Philadelphia! When we got to the arena, we went in and got our VIP lanyards and I didn’t know what to expect. While I was waiting in line, we got closer and closer to the curtain. I got to say hi to Dan and Kenny but they were going somewhere so I didn’t get the chance to take a picture with either of them. I got closer and they opened up the curtain for me to go in. I literally froze and just stared at Justin because he is pure perfection. Everyone in the room was like, “Okay you can go..” so I walked up to him and gave him the BIGGEST hug ever! He said “Hiiii” and I said ” ITS SO NICE TO FINALLY MEET YOU,” and he said, “STAY REAL!!!!” It wasn’t very long but we got a cute picture and we said bye. I wish it was longer but I finally got to say that I met my idol. I was in the front row and the concert was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I cannot believe how good the seats were – honestly I could touch the stage. It all seemed so surreal and it was awesome. I went to another concert at the Izod Center and it was just as good as the first. I didn’t get to meet anyone there but the experience was awesome again! I then had tickets for November 28th at MSG and I was so psyched because everyone knows how awesome concerts at the Garden. I had entered the best collection contest and was praying that I was going to win because my best friend wanted to meet him really badly. I kept thinking “nahhhh I’m not going to win because I already was lucky to meet him once.” On November 27th I got the email saying that I was invited to the MEET AND GREETS at the Garden! I WAS SO HAPPY. I called my best friend and she was screaming she was so excited. The next day I didn’t go to school because I was too excited for that night. I was sitting in my room and thought that I’d write Alfredo a note incase I saw him. My friend and I went into the city and when we got to the Garden, we picked up our bracelets to meet Justin. We had to get into groups of six so I went up to these three really nice little girls and a mom and said, “Hi guys, do you wat to be in the picture with us?” THAT’S WHEN MBE turned even better. I started talking to the lady and her three daughters and they told me that they were here because “someone” invited them. All these thoughts started running through my mind and I asked, “Oh who?” and the lady said, “Alfredo Flores invited us here, he is my nephew and these are all his cousins.” I didn’t even know what to say, I was in so much shock because it all happened randomly. I didn’t even suspect them to be related to Fredo. So anyways I tried to stay calm and I started talking to her and she was like, “Let me text Alfredo to tell him we’re here!” So she texted him and he just replied with a smile. I started telling her how he is so awesome, how I really respect him and he seems so sweet and how I wrote him a letter. She just started crying and I said, “Omg I’m sorry are you okay??” and she said “You are so sweet, I knew he was going to make it ever since he was a little boy, I need to text him and tell him you made me cry!” I hugged her and she went right along and texted him saying, “I just met this girl and she made me cry, she has to give you a letter that she wrote!” and he replied saying, “AW she must be really sweet. Text me when you guys are close to the curtain.” So as we approached closer and closer, I was freaking out. She texted him and said we were close and he came over and kissed his aunt and cousins and looked at me with the biggest smile on his face. I said “HI ALFREDO HOW ARE YOU? CAN I GIVE YOU THIS LETTER I WROTE YOU?” He said “Of course, give it to me!” and he put it right in his pocket. He asked me for my Twitter name and I said I put it on the note. After that I took a picture of him, his cousins and aunt and than he said, “Lets take selfies,”so we took a picture and he was like, “Okay now lets get a normal picture.” I gave him the biggest hug and we just talked like two normal humans having a conversation. I didn’t even realize who I was talking to anymore because it was so calm and collected. I felt a piece of candy hit me and Alfredo said, “Omg justin is throwing candy watch out,” and I just laughed. I then went in to meet Justin and I didn’t really talk to him that much but I said hi and he looked at me in the eyes. He’s so dreamy. Fredo told Justin that they were his cousins and it was all very rushed but it was worth the experience. I went inside the arena and I ended up meeting Madison Beer. She was absolutely stunning and so sweet! Anyways, that was MBE and NEVER SAY NEVER. I had such amazing experiences on the Believe Tour and I’m so sad that it’s over with around me. She shoulda did it with no hands… Woman Sues Gentleman’s Club After Losing Thumb During Contest A Philly woman is suing a gentleman’s club after she says she lost her thumb after participating in a tidday-twerkin scirpper contest. via Huffington A Philadelphia woman has filed a lawsuit after she says her thumb was cut off while she participated in a competition at a strip club. The Philadelphia Daily News reports ( http://bit.ly/YmWnA4 ) 35-year-old Sarah Berry says she was rehearsing for the competition at Delilah’s when an apparatus she was using severed her thumb in July 2011. She filed the suit in city court on Friday and is seeking more than $50,000. Her suit says Delilah’s failed to ensure the crescent-shaped metal bar suspended from the ceiling was properly designed, built, inspected and tested. Her attorney, James D. Golkow, says his client wasn’t a professional dancer and had entered the contest at a friend’s invitation. He says her injury required surgery. Awwwww she had to trade in her bands for bandages. And another one… Jevon Kearse Faces Foreclosure On Florida Home Via Biz Journals Three years after hanging up his shoulder pads for good, former NFL All-Pro defensive end Jevon Kearse is facing foreclosure on his Pompano Beach home. Known as “the freak” for his amazing athletic ability while at the University of Florida, Kearse bought the 6,064-square-foot home along the ocean at 2301 Bay Drive for $6.05 million in 2004. Two years later, he signed a $5.25 million mortgage on it. That loan is now in foreclosure after Deutsche Bank filed a lawsuit on Dec. 19. Kearse’s attorney, Marc A. Marra in Weston, couldn’t be reached for comment. Kearse started his career in 1999 with the Tennessee Titans. In 2004, the year he bought the house, he signed an eight-year $65 million deal with the Philadelphia Eagles that included a $16 million signing bonus. He helped the Eagles reach the Super Bowl that year. However, the Eagles released him in early 2008 and voided the final three years of his contract. He rejoined the Titans in 2008 with a $6 million two-year deal. But he couldn’t find a new team in 2010. In November, the IRS filed a tax lien against Kearse for $432,015 based on his 2010 income.
