Man convicted of masturbating on trampoline

A UK woman was horrified the moment she caught her male neighbor masturbating on a trampoline, a court heard. According to reports, the victim says she was able to see her neighbor, 55-year-old James Burden, masturbating in full view of her bathroom window at 5 a.m. on a trampoline in the back garden of their apartment building. She says he had his genitals in one hand, and a cigarette in the other. He was “as bold as brass …and purposeful,” she told police. When the defendant approached the back door of the apartment building, the victim rushed to her living room to call the authorities. After deputies questioned the Burden, he admitted to the public sex act and says it was “just for the thrill of it.” He added: “I did not intend anyone to see me.” He pleaded guilty to publicly exposing his person in a shameless and indecent manner, and approaching his neighbor’s house and placing the occupant in a state of fear and alarm. http://www.tabloidprodigy.com/?p=14643 added by: knowandtell

Jason Wahler Will Do Time

Jason Wahler will soon be behind bars, if anyone cares. The ex-star of MTV’s The Hills pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count of driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 or higher stemming from his March DUI arrest. In exchange for his plea, prosecutors dropped another misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, but he’s not out of the woods. Far from it. The 23-year-old ex of Lauren Conrad will do time behind bars for his transgression, which was hardly the first of its kind. Dude gets arrested like all the time. 1994 CALLED : It wants its frosted, spiked hair back. Speaking of getting things back, here’s hoping ex-fiancee Katja Decker-Sadowski returned that engagement ring . Per Farrah Emami, spokeswoman for the Orange County D.A.’s Office, the reality TV dumbass bad boy was subsequently sentenced to a stint in county jail, three years’ probation and three months in a first-offender alcohol program. First offender? Did they read the wrong file? He’ll also have to pay some fines and court fees after getting nailed behind the wheel in Newport Beach, Calif., just days after he spent time across the border in a Cabo San Lucas lockup after getting into a fight at a nightclub. Jayson Williams Sentenced to Minimum of 18 Months in Prison

Jayson Williams is going to prison. The former NBA star was sentenced to five years in jail today for the 2002 crime of fatally shooting a hired limousine driver. He will be eligible for parole in 18 months. Last month, Williams pleaded guilty to aggravated assault in the death of Costas Christofi on February 14, 2002. He was convicted on four counts of covering up the shooting in a 2004 trial. A clearly disturbed, dangerous person, Williams drove drunk – and into oncoming traffic – earlier this year. He averaged 13.6 rebounds per game as a member of the New Jersey Nets in 1997-98. In court today, State Superior Court Judge Edward Coleman went along with a plea agreement that spelled out the five-year prison sentence and the potential for Williams to be released as early as summer 2011. Choking away tears, Williams spoke out in court and apologized to Andrea Adams, Christofi’s sister. He said: “There’s not a day I wake up that I don’t feel sorry for what I did to Mr. Christofi and that I put you through this.” He’ll have a long time in prison to consider those actions and, hopefully, turn his life around.
