Earlier this week, Kelly Ripa offered her opinion on The Bachelorette — and the usually-bubbly morning show host did not hold back in her harsh assessment of ABC’s lucrative reality franchise. “You guys, you know how I feel about the show, it disgusts me,” Ripa said during Tuesday’s Live With Kelly and Ryan . “I can’t stand the idea of 25 exceptional women fighting over one ordinary fella, in my opinion,” she added. “You know how I feel, ladies, we are too special to be arguing over a guy.” Ripa then pointed the finger at her studio audience, blaming them for the show’s popularity. “All of you women watch that gross, gross show,” she said. It was The Bachelorette that prompted Ripa’s rant, but asked about The Bachelor, she stated her belief that the OG dating competition is “just as creepy.” “It’s all creepy,” Ripa concluded, summing up her thoughts on the long-running franchise. For obvious reasons, the show’s host, Chris Harrison, and creator, Mike Fleiss, were none too thrilled with Ripa’s remarks. And both took to Twitter to share their thoughts about their fellow ABC employee. Harrison was up first, and he went full scorched-earth by siccing his followers on Ripa: “Look out #BachelorNation Kelly Ripa is coming after you and your ‘disgusting’ Monday night habit,” he tweeted. Ripa never responded, but you can bet her mentions lit up like a Christmas tree after that one. Anyone who remembers Mike Fleiss’ feud with Khloe Kardashian knows that he’s not your typical showrunner. Fleiss once again cemented his place as one of the most outspoken figures in modern media when he suggested that Ripa wouldn’t have a job if it weren’t for him. “Easy, Kelly Ripa,” he wrote. “The Bachelor franchise pays your salary.” Harsh, but not without some basis in fact. After all, The Bachelor and The Bachelorette both draw audiences that are several larger than Ripa’s, and without such primetime juggernauts, the network would likely be forced to make some cuts. Sadly, current series star Hannah Brown has yet to speak out on Ripa’s commentary. Of course, with all the Bachelorette hot takes flying around this week, she certainly wouldn’t be able to respond to everything. No one can remain in Beast Mode at all times. We've been trying very hard NOT to make fun of Wendy Williams these days. In fact, we've been trying awfully hard to be as supportive as possible of the talk show host, whose on-air style and persona can often be grating and inappropriate… … yet whose personal life has been in shambles because her husband cheated on her for years and Williams ended up relapsing and living in a sober house as a result. That sucks. He sucks. And she deserves our sympathy. But you've gotta give us a couple minutes to laugh at Wendy's expense, okay? On Thursday morning, Williams shared a story with her audience about how she had gone out the night before with her 19-year old son, Kevin, and Blac Chyna, who had been a guest on her program one day earlier. Emphasizing once again how much fun she's having as a single woman , Williams explained to viewers how she's “got a whole new life going on” and expounded as follows when discussing her evening of eating and dancing: “Do you know that trick I do with my boobs that I’m not going to do for you right now? I’m not going to do it! I have on horizontal stripes, so it would be a lot…” Okay, sure. Yes, we guess. Go on, Wendy… “You know the music in the restaurant was playing and we were doing it to the music!” she added. “Everybody was so embarrassed, in a fun way! You know what I mean?” Yes. Most of us have been there. While talking excitedly about shaking her breasts and getting down and dirty with Blac Chyna, Williams grew emotional at the mention her her son standing nearby on the dance floor. “My son looks at me like, ‘Look at Mommy have fun.’ And I’m like, “Look at my boy over there. Looking at his mom have fun,” she said, her voice breaking. At this, the crowed cheered in support of Williams — and, look, we get it. This has been a very trying time for Wendy on a personal level. She must be thinking often of her teenage son these days and how he must be feeling in light of the non-stop negative news about his father and his parents' marriage. Still in tears, Wendy continued: “Just saying. I’m just saying. I’m not complaining or anything like that, I’m just saying. It’s just, like, nice.” Again: we get it. It’s pretty common knowledge at this point that Khaled was with John Legend and Nipsey Hussle shooting a music video for their song “Higher” just a couple of days before the latter’s passing. This track and the visual for it are going to be some of the last memories we have of the late rapper, so it’s no surprise that it’s got people talking. With Khaled’s album set to drop on Friday, the producer took to social media to announce his plan for “Higher,” letting us all know that him, John Legend, and everyone else who worked on the song agreed to donate all proceeds from streaming, etc to Nipsey’s children, Emani and Kross. On Tuesday night’s episode of Little People, Big World , Amy Roloff felt bullied and pressured by her ex-husband. Matt wants her to make a decision, but Amy wants to weigh all of her options with a major decision like giving up her home. But some fans and viewers have grown impatient, and they’re putting Amy on blast for not making up her mind already. “I just want to make the best decision,” Amy explains of her reluctance to commit to either staying or going. “Moving out of a house that I never really thought I’d move out of years ago …” she says. Amy confesses that “to think about that now is a little daunting.” “It is a little scary,” she notes. “It’s a little intimidating” Amy admits that she feels this way “because I’ve never been on my own before.” Matt was feeling impatient, and even accused Amy of being “selfish.” Unfortunately, some very outspoken fans felt the same way. They took to Amy’s Instagram comments to let her know how they really feel about her dragging her heels on making this major decision. “Keep your house. Not fair to have lived with your kids coming back there until they moved on and now you’re alone and don’t want it. You’re selfish” ” You seem mean and controlling even though you divorced Matt you want to try and control his destiny! .” “Watching tonight and all I can say is make up your dam mind,” one angry fan comments. The comment concludes: “I’d tell you to go pound sand.” “I think you need to move to someplace else,” suggests another comment. “Or,” the fan speculates. “You have FOMO syndrome.” Amy is very clearly experiencing a degree of fear of missing out . “You ask for the divorce and you start dating,” the follower writes. “You have to move on with you life.” The viewer reassures Amy that “you kids always going to be there no matter where you move.” “And,” the fan admonishes. “Stop playing the victim card.” “I watch the show faithfully and I’m a huge fan,” another comment begins. “But I must say that it’s 5 episodes that Matts been waiting for a response on the farm,” the fan notes. “Just settle it and be done,” the commenter demands. “The poor guys been waiting for over a month on your response,” the follower expresses. “And,” the fan accuses. “I think it’s pretty selfish of you to throw Matt out of his current house so you can move in.” Matt is not as mobile as Amy. That’s a fair point. We have to say that we understand where (most) of the comments are coming from. It can be difficult to watch someone be indecisive, especially when it’s drawn out for so long on television. A lot of fans have already decided that they know what is best for both Roloff grandparents. Others have simply chosen sides. But Amy’s point — that this has been her home for a long time, and that she has never been on her own before — makes a lot of sense. Moving is a huge decision for most people. The bad news just keeps on coming for Jenelle Evans and David Eason. And as usual, the controversial couple has no one but themselves to blame. In the weeks since David shot and killed Jenelle's dog, all hell has broken loose on the struggling homestead the Easons have dubbed “The Land.” First, Jenelle's son Kaiser was removed from her care . Shortly thereafter, Ensley and Maryssa Eason were removed from The Land by Child Protective Services. Now, it looks as though the authorities may be going to even greater lengths to ensure that David is unable to put his children in harm's way. Take a look: 1. The Beginning of the End In the weeks before he shot and killed the family dog in a fit of rage, David seemed to be spending more time with his kids than usual. Needless to say, those days are done. 2. Barren Land David says he killed the dog to protect his children, but investigators aren’t buying it. At this point, there are no more children living on Jenelle and David’s property. 3. Goodbye to Kai First to be removed from the property was 4-year-old Kaiser, who has reportedly been placed with his father, Nathan Griffith. 4. Escorted to Safety Next, CPS intervened on behalf of Ensley, the couple’s 2-year-old daughter, and Maryssa, David’s 11-year-old daughter from a previous relationship. 5. Whereabouts Unknown There have been conflicting reports about where Ensley and Maryssa are living at the moment. But whatever the case, it seems David’s parenting skills have not improved in the days since they were removed from his care. 6. Over the weekend of May 11-May 12, 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? filmed its Season 4 Tell All Special. These specials are always treats, and are broken up into multiple episodes because there's so much drama. Unlike on regular episodes, the stars actually get to interact with each other. It's during these Tell Alls when the stars update fans — sometimes shocking them — on what has changed for them since their season aired. Well, what has changed for the Season 4 stars in the months between when Season 4 was filmed and when they filmed the Tell All? Let's take a look at what viewers can expect: 1. Ashley and Jay On Season 4, we’ve seen them stress and wonder if there’s any hope for their marriage after Jay’s Tinder cheating scandal. 2. Things got so much better Jay was there for Ashley through one health crisis, then another. As a couple, they endured a social media fraud scandal together. 3. And then things got worse On April 15, Ashley took to social media to reveal that Jay had once again cheated on her. 4. This time, it’s serious Jay had at least one mistress, and Ashley says that this went on for MONTHS behind her back. Ashley filed to divorce Jay, accusing him of adultery, and you can BET that this came up over the weekend while the Tell All was filmed. 5. Colt and Larissa Season 4 has followed Colt and Larissa through some of the rougher times of their marriage in 2018. 6. But it gets so much worse Larissa has a total of THREE arrests, two of which were during their 7-month marriage. And yes, their marriage only lasts for 7 months. Colt also has a huge cheating scandal in December, when it is revealed that he was using his fame to message various women, claiming that his marriage to Larissa was just a sham for television.
