Concerned Hiker Calls Cops On Charlize Theron Due To Her Son’s Screaming Cops were called on actress Charlize Theron and her actor boo thang Sean Penn today all because Charlize’s son Jackson was raising a ruckus. According to TMZ reports : Sean Penn and Charlize Theron had their morning hike interrupted by cops Thursday … after another hiker accused them of possibly mistreating Charlize’s toddler … but we’re told cops determined they did nothing wrong … TMZ has learned. The incident went down at Vasquez Rocks in Santa Clarita, CA. Charlize and Sean were having a sunrise picnic when a female hiker with a camera stopped after she heard Charlize’s 2-year-old son Jackson screaming in a tantrum. The hiker went towards the child and started filming. We’re told Charlize told the woman not to go near Jackson, so the hiker left and called the cops and claimed something bad might have happened to the kid. We’re told the deputies quickly determined nothing happened. Jackson was just on a timeout and got really upset. The deputies concluded the timeout involved no physical contact, so they left and no action will be taken. Poor thang. We’re not sure who to feel bad for — Charlize or Jackson. AKM-GSI

Yung Berg: Fired From Love & Hip Hop Hollywood After Attack on Masika Tucker!

Yung Berg has been fired from VH1’s Love & Hip Hop Hollywood following his alleged attack on his co-star and girlfriend Masika Tucker, the network confirms. Due to the “severity of the allegations” stemming from Yung Berg’s arrest for domestic assault after a confrontation with Tucker, VH1 wants no more of him. The reality star (a.k.a. Christian Ward, a.k.a. Hitmaka) was arrested early Wednesday, and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, a misdemeanor. If convicted, he would face a maximum punishment of one year in jail. Police responded to a 911 call from the Gershwin Hotel in Manhattan saying that the rapper’s girlfriend, who also goes by Masika Kalysha, got attacked. Witnesses say the 29-year-old Yung Berg grabbed Masika by her neck, threw her to the ground, dragged her by the hair and punched her in the face. The cable network said in a statement releasing the star: “Based on the severity of the allegations against Yung Berg, VH1 is terminating its relationship with him in connection with Love & Hip Hop Hollywood.” “Yung Berg was arrested on November 5th and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing in connection with an assault on fellow cast member Masika Tucker.” “The arrest took place in a New York hotel several hours after the taping of the reunion special for Love & Hip Hop Hollywood had wrapped.” Berg’s termination takes place “effective immediately.” Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood Cast Photos 1. Yung Berg Yung Berg is a recurring player on Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood. Emphasis on player? Masika has reportedly come to her man’s defense, blaming it on alcohol and an incident in which his credit card was turned down after the reunion show. Whether she stays with him or not remains to be seen. Yung Berg, who hails from Chicago, is also a producer and has worked with artists like TLC, Fifth Harmony, Sean “Diddy” Combs and Nicki Minaj. There’s a pretty good chance there will be fights when you catch up on past episodes, as stuff certainly gets heated … but nothing like this altercation.

F*** the police Saratoga NY Cop Caught Slapping Man On Camera Via RawStory A New York state sheriff’s deputy was suspended without pay after being caught on video harassing a gun owner and slapping him in the back of the head, Photography Is Not A Crime reported. The footage shows Saratoga County Deputy Shawn Glans demanding to search Colin Fitch’s vehicle. The video was posted by Fitch’s friend Adam Roberts following the encounter early Friday morning. “We’ll get a f*cking search warrant, alright?” Glans says to Fitch. “Wanna do that? Let me see your f*cking keys.” When Fitch asks why Glans wanted the keys, Glans says, “I’m going to search your f*cking car, that’s why.” “You can’t do that,” Fitch says in response. According to Roberts, Glans wanted to search the car after seeing a rifle in the backseat while Fitch and Roberts were not present. Roberts told Photography Is Not A Crime that he and Fitch had shown their identification to Glans, and Fitch told the deputy that he had purchased the weapon legally. “You wanna f*cking resist?” Glans asks Fitch. When Fitch says he is not resisting, a loud slap can be heard before Glans asks again, “You wanna f*cking resist?” Fitch then apparently hands his keys to Glans, who tosses them to someone off-camera and says, “Search the f*cking car.” Glans then calls Fitch an “a*shole.” “That was intense,” Roberts says. “You like that, huh?” Glans asks him. “I can get a lot more intense, believe me.” “Slap me around?” Robert asks. “Yeah,” Glans says. “I’ll rip your f*cking head off and sh*t down your neck.” SMH. Robin Williams Suffered From Paranoia, Anxiety in Days Before Death, Coroner’s Report Reveals

Shortly after Robin Williams committed suicide back in August, rumors began to surface as to what may have caused the comedy legend to take his own life. Williams’ wife revealed that the actor suffered from Parkinson’s disease  just days after he was found dead, and it was widely believed that the diagnosis contributed to his tragic final decision. While it remains likely that Williams’ was in a distraught state as a result of his illness, a newly released coroner’s report reveals that there were likely several other factors negatively influencing his mental state as well. The report states that Williams was suffering from paranoia and extreme anxiety in the weeks before his death. His family became concerned with his erratic behavior, and the report details one recent incident in which Williams placed several wristwatches in a sock and gave them to a friend for safe keeping. The report also cites the various avenues investigators pursued while attempting to determine possible causes of Williams’ depression. Police apparently questioned his wife as to whether Williams had expressed an interest in autoerotic practices. She said he had not, but that he had been profoundly upset by a scene in the film World’s Greatest Dad in which his character’s son dies of autoerotic asphyxiation. The toxicology results included in the coroner’s report indicate that four drugs were found in Williams’ system, but two were prescribed anti-depressants and two were caffeine compounds. Williams had checked into rehab several times throughout his life, but family and friends have confirmed that he was several years sober at the time of his death. Baby Girl Discovers Man In Tigger Costume Having Sex In Bathroom Via NYPost Tigger, the Disney cartoon character, was seen by a 3-year-old girl having “full blown sex” in a baby changing room. A man wearing the costume was seen having sexual intercourse with a naked woman in the toilets in the town of Dawlish in Devon, UK, reported Exeter Express and Echo. The “disgusting act” was posted by Maryanne Saunders on Dawlish Neighbourhood Police’s Facebook page. She called the police to report the incident. Saunders said her daughter took her granddaughter to the toilet. “There was a couple in the baby changing room having full blown sex,” she wrote on Facebook. “They slammed the door in my granddaughter’s face and caught her hand in the door resulting in bruising to her fingers. “This is a disgusting act and in a baby changing room. “They were about 30ish, the man had a Tigger outfit on, the woman was undressed. “It’s not very nice for a 3-year-old child.” How was he still in the costume and ol’ girl was butt-azz? Wow…what a shock (sarcasm). Stark Racial Biases Revealed In NYPD Arrest Practices A new study has proven, once again, that cops more frequently pursue and more harshly punish offenders of color . But surely we didn’t need additional facts and figures to point out where Black and brown folks stand with one-time … Via HuffPost : Three decades ago, New York’s Times Square was a symbol of vice and violence. Today, cops in the area worry about street performers who dress up like Elmo. The city’s transformation from crime capital to urban Disneyland is one of America’s great success stories, but a less encouraging narrative has accompanied it. As a new report shows, arrests for petty offenses like turnstile-jumping and pot possession have shot up since 1980, disproportionately affecting young black and Latino men. The report, released Tuesday by John Jay College of Criminal Justice in Manhattan, shows that the nation’s largest police force has been arresting more people for misdemeanors, a category that includes low-level crimes, from prostitution to minor drug offenses to dancing in the subway. Since 1980, the percentage of New Yorkers arrested for misdemeanors has tripled, according to the study. The number of blacks arrested for misdemeanors nearly doubled to 104,659 in 2013, from 56,152 in 1990. Latinos saw the number rise even more dramatically, to 78,733 from 30,885. Police arrested 28,996 whites for misdemeanors in 2013, compared with 21,815 in 1990. In New York, civil rights advocates have long criticized the police for stopping and frisking disproportionate numbers of black and Latino people. Mayor Bill de Blasio took office in January after promising to reform the practice. But the new mayor appointed as the police commissioner William J. Bratton, known for his hard-nosed approach to minor offenses. That strategy came under intense scrutiny last summer, after the police grabbed Staten Island grandfather Eric Garner in a chokehold while attempting to arrest him for selling untaxed cigarettes. Garner died soon after. Critics say Bratton’s “broken windows” strategy lands hard on low-income people and people of color. We really wish they’d stop releasing reports reiterating the obvious and make steps toward change…
