Adele is best known for her blockbuster hit, “Rolling in the Deep.” But was the singer once rolling in the hay… on camera? Yes, a French tabloid hilariously claims, as the latest issue of Public is running a cover story that alleges Adele and the ex about whom she penned songs from the album “21” once pulled a Kim Kardashian/Ray J . The magazine even includes photos with the report. In response, Adele has hired Schillings law firm to represent her in a possibly lawsuit against the tabloid. “We are informed that the French magazine Public has today published images which it claims show our client in a sex tape,” one of Adele’s attorney says. “Our client has not appeared in a sex tape as claimed in the article. Our client does not appear in the photographs. Such claims are grossly defamatory. Our client is taking legal action in relation to this matter.” Darn right. In this instance, rumor has it… wrong.
Sarah Palin earned the nickname Sarah Barracuda for her gritty play on the basketball court, not in the political arena – though the quality served her well there as well. It’s no surprise, then, that she’s name-dropping popular figures of the moment to stay relevant rooting for another hard-working point guard, New York’s Jeremy Lin. On Fox Business Network yesterday, the ex-Alaska governor flashed a Lin t-shirt and raved about his performance. “All of a sudden, our team is the Knicks,” Palin said. “Linsanity, man,” she raved. Well put. “I mean, talk about an all-American story where sort of the underdog, you know, but works so hard, just erased all the stuff out there on the periphery in his life.” “Humble, and now look where he is.” Look where Sarah Palin is too. Four years ago, on the cusp of being the first woman V.P. of the U.S. Now spouting vapid nonsense people have long since tuned out. A true riches to rags story if ever there were one.
Prop 8 has been overruled in California , as the 9th Circuit Court stated today that the state’s ban on gay marriage was unconstitutional. The decision has been met with mostly cheers Hollywood ( Woohoo!! Die Prop 8 Die!!!! Tweeted Olivia Wilde), but with one big jeer by one major player in D.C. Likely Republican Presidential nominee Mitt Romney has just released a statement that reads: “Today, unelected judges cast aside the will of the people of California who voted to protect traditional marriage. This decision does not end this fight, and I expect it to go to the Supreme Court. That prospect underscores the vital importance of this election and the movement to preserve our values. I believe marriage is between a man and a woman and, as president, I will protect traditional marriage and appoint judges who interpret the Constitution as it is written and not according to their own politics and prejudices.” Romney easily defeated Newt Gingrich in the Nevada primary over the weekend and it will take the political comeback to end all political comebacks for anyone other than Mitt to take on Barack Obama this November.

You’re between the ages of 18-24, life feels like its moving 100 miles a minute and you may feel like you have no place in the political system. But you do. As a matter of fact, the people you elect to public offices can have a HUGE impact on your life. Here are some things every young American should consider when voting Does the person I’m voting for have a plan? Most members of Congress and candidates talk a lot about the need to reduce our deficit and control the national debt, but few have a realistic plan. Before you head to the voting booth find out which candidates have a plan and see if it makes since. Are they telling you that we can balance the budget by just cutting spending or raising taxes? If so they probably don’t have a realistic plan or a clear understanding of the problem. Does my candidate have a plan to create jobs for the future? We all know that jobs are the number one issue with voters this year, but as young Americans you need to think of more than just jobs in the near term. The world we will face is much different than that of our parents. It will be one of increased competition and decreasing resources. Does your candidate have a plan not only to create jobs but the high skilled ones we will need to be competitive with the rest of the world? What are they going to do about education? Read More HERE

Barbara Terry is 52. She has managed to put two of her four children through college while working as a prostitute. She has even purchased a home in Upstate, New York all on the salary of a street walker. Terry is still selling her body and has become a favorite at Rikers Island having been there more than 100 times. It seems that women like Barbara who have fallen or chosen this lifestyle have made a decent living out of it even though the law prohibits it (in most places). With women constantly going to jail for prostituting themselves but returning to the streets shortly after, should it be legalized? After all it is, “the world’s oldest profession.” Read more about Terry, here . Wives Of Political Sex Scandals: ‘Til Death Do Us Part’?
