Pay up beyotch! Brian Banks has been dragged through Hell by this lil’ lyin’ azz ho… Wanetta Gibson Forced To Pay $2.6 Million In Damages For Brian Banks False Sex Assault Accusation Via Yahoo! Per multiple reports, Wanetta Gibson, the woman who falsely accused linebacker Brian Banks of rape when they were both students at Long Beach Polytechnic High School, has been ordered to repay $2.6 million in damages related to the $1.5 million she received from the Long Beach School District in a 2007 lawsuit, claiming an unsafe environment. Gibson was sued for the money she received, as well as court costs and a possible $1 million in punitive damages. Gibson was not present at the ruling and her whereabouts are unknown, per the Long Beach Press-Telegram, but the court gained authorization to recoup the money through her future wages and property. It’s important to note that Banks receives none of this money. He served five years in prison and another five years on probation as a result of the original verdict, and was only released in 2012 when Banks taped her admitting that the accusation was false. “The court recognizes that our school district was a victim in this case,” school Superintendent Christopher J. Steinhauser told the Press-Telegram. “This judgment demonstrates that when people attempt to defraud our school system, they will feel the full force of the law.” It is also possible that Gibson could face fraud charges, depending upon the court’s opinion as to whether her 2012 recanting constitutes an admission of fraud. If the original accusation is the basis for such a charge, the three-year statute of limitations for fraud charges to be brought would void any such action. Karma has finally come back for that a$$! Amanda Bynes Threatens to Sue Police, Parents

Amanda Bynes has moved on from Rihanna. At least for the moment. Not long after bashing that singer for being ugly , Bynes took to Twitter once again yesterday and went OFF on the police and then on her parents. First, the star reiterated her claims that she never tossed a bong out a window last week and that she was sexually harassed by her arresting officer , Tweeting: “My lawyer and I are taking this mistake extremely seriously! You cannot illegally enter my apartment then take me to mental hospital without any grounds. I have never been so offended in my life. They found nothing criminal on me or around me, one cop then sexually assaulted me, so I’m suing for all of the above!” From there, Bynes aimed her venom at her family. “Never trust or listen to a word any person from my family says to the press,” she warned followers. “I am suing them for money laundering/unethical manager work, I never signed a contract with them, and they had been stealing my money without me knowing, claiming they were managing me somehow when they have no right to act as if they did anything to help or enhance my career and I want $ back that I earned on my own. “I’m 27 and don’t like when press talks to my parents. My parents are almost 70 years old. We are no longer on speaking terms. I would rather them be homeless than live off of my money.” That’s sweet of her to say. But this really shouldn’t be a problem much longer for Amanda. At this rate, it won’t take her long to be out of money.

Frances Bean Cobain is not letting Kendall Jenner off the hook. After the former slammed the latter as a self-absorbed idiot for Tweeting about the difficulty of her life, Jenner responded in fairly reasonable fashion. She acknowledged her good fortune in life, but also took Cobain to task for judging her, essentially asking: Can’t wealthy people have problems, too? So, with the contentious ball in Frances’ Twitter court, the 20-year old wrote back last night with a semi-apology (“I don’t know you nor do I think ur a bad person”), followed by a bashing of both Kendall and many social media users in general: “Publicly complaining about how hard your life is is completely self serving … I believe that venting about ones problems via the Internet is a blatant cry for attention. ” Cobain concluded with words of wisdom/mockery: “I try to deal w/ pain in a manner that pertains to my real life not in a way where strangers throw me a pity party.” Is Cobain out of line? Robbie Rogers, Gay Soccer Player, Signs with Galaxy

Robbie Rogers has signed a contract with the Los Angeles Galaxy of Major League Soccer, meaning he will soon become the first openly gay athlete to participate in an American team sport. The former U.S. national team wing blogged in February that he was both homosexual and taking a break from the sport, writing at the time: “Secrets can cause so much internal damage. People love to preach about honesty, how honesty is so plain and simple. Try explaining to your loved ones after 25 years you are gay.” Since that time, Jason Collins has come out as gay and Rogers has received support from his friends and family members, along with players in the MLS. Rogers told USA Today that his decision to return to the field was influence by a speaking engagement last month in front of a group of about 500 children at the Nike Be True LGBT Youth Forum in Portland, Oregon. “I seriously felt like a coward,” he told the newspaper. “These kids are standing up for themselves and changing the world, and I’m 25, I have a platform and a voice to be a role model. How much of a coward was I to not step up to the plate?” It’s unclear when Rogers will see his first game action, though Los Angeles plays tomorrow night. He also said he has an eye on making the 2014 World Cup squad.

On her Fox News radio show Thursday, the host went off on the Justice Department for tapping the phones and hacked the emails of reporter James Rosen. This confirmation comes amidst an ongoing scandal in which the same department also obtained the phone records of several Associated Press members . “This is what’s happening to our press,” Tantaros said on air. “This is Obama’s America. It’s like the Soviet Union. He said he would change the country. He said it … and a lot of people voted for him. The feud between One Direction and The Wanted is far from over. Over the weekend, Jay McGuiness was asked about his boy band rivals, specifically Harry Styles , and told an Australian morning show: “I think he has retained manners and a bit of dignity, [but] some of them when they mouth off, it really gets under my skin. Because it riles up loads of 14-year-old girls, [and] there’s no need for that.” The response did not sit well with Louis Tomlinson. “So frustrating when people talk the talk in the press but when it comes down to it not a word is said face to face!” the artist Tweeted. In December, an all-out Twitter war broke out between One Direction and The Wanted . Zayn Malin referred to Max George as a geek. Tomlinson told Tom Parker to “pipe down.” George said Malik has “chlamydia.” It was ugly – and awesome! – all around.

SMH: Erica Dixon Leaves Event After Learning Scrappy Is In The Building… With Shay!

Well would ya looky here. Momma Dee must be over the moon. Scrappy and his “best friend” Shay were spotted being “friendly” at Monday night’s “Project 13, The Thirteenth Day of Change,” event in Atlanta. Scrap’s ex-fiancée Erica Dixon was also at the event, but she didn’t stay long. According to BOSSIP sources, Shay Johnson and Scrappy tried to be slick by showing up in separate cars, then doing the red carpet separately. Our eyes inside the event say Erica and her entourage avoided Shay at all times, to the point where members of the press started discussing how she wouldn’t interview or take pictures with anyone. Our source says Scrappy played the part of a gentleman and waited for Erica to do her rounds before walking the carpet. Interestingly enough, Shay was waiting at the end of the red carpet and the pair were all smiles for the rest of the event, and at one point the two took a moment for themselves in the corner for some alone time. Before the night was over Shay took the mic to greet guests and included a very special shout out: “Scrappy is around here somewhere also…Love You.” We’re pretty sure Erica wasn’t around for that though. Our sources say she left the event within 10 minutes of discovering her ex and his “bestie” were boo’d up in the building. Sheesh — these “Love & Hip-Hop” shenanigans are something else!

Kim Kardashian and her sisters are featured in the new issue of Fabulous , with the focus largely on Kim – but not because she’s gained so much weight ! The magazine talks to Kardashian about her relationship with Kanye West – we “live different lives,” she admits – along with her fears and excitement over becoming a mother. “I’m definitely more of a recluse since I was pregnant… it’s just preparing myself for respecting the privacy of my child and my boyfriend,” Kim says in one breath, later contradicting herself with: “I love being open. That’s who I’ve always been and sharing so much of myself – I love that. That’ll never change because that is who I am.” Looks like Kim may need to hire better speech writers. But won’t being who she is negatively affect her baby? What about all that attention and all the press this Kimye baby is sure to receive? “It does worry me when I think about it,” says Kim. “But, at the same time, my little sisters have grown up so amazingly, with really good heads on their shoulders.” Speaking of head… that’s how Kim got famous in the first place.
