Prepare ye grains of salt: According to British tabloids, Prince Harry is collaborating with drum and bass DJ Goldie on a reality television project for BBC2 called Goldie’s Band: By Royal Appointment . After three days of workshopping, a dozen musicians from all backgrounds will perform a concert at Buckingham Palace in front of the prince and Goldie. The latter — who appeared in Guy Ritchie’s film Snatch and on Celebrity Big Brother UK — has said that the project is about “unearthing musical talent that’s under the radar in Britain.” No word yet on what the Queen thinks. Joe Jackson, father of the late Michael Jackson, is feeling disrespected. His lawyer, Brian Oxman, says his client has not been treated with ” dignity and worth ” so far by the judge in the Michael Jackson probate case. Oxman filed papers with a California appeals court, claiming the probate judge was wrong in shutting down Joe’s attempt to 86 MJ’s executors. Close friends John Branca and John McClain have been administering MJ’s estate at the late icon’s request, and as specified in his last, valid will. Joe’s attempts to score cash have been repeatedly struck down by them, as have his attempts to have them removed by the judge in the case. Joe Jackson: One of the all-time characters. The trial judge ruled Joe Jackson had no legal standing to object to the duo, since Joe himself was intentionally excluded by MJ as a beneficiary. Rough . Oxman claims Joe was dependent on his son and should have a right to object to the appointment of men making the financial decisions for the Estate. Although Joe is alleging various misdeeds by the executors – fraud, embezzlement, whatever he can make up next – he’s doing more harm than good. A lawyer for Michael Jackson’s kids – Paris, Prince and Blanket – claims Joe is actually harming them with the “procedural wrangling.” Margaret Lodise says Joe only cares about his stake and, therefore, he’s “the ultimate dog in the manger.” Ouch. The truth hurts, doesn’t it?

Even though her club anthems — and their suggestive, after-midnight lyrics — seemed a bit out of place with the morning light and an ultra-young crowd, Ke$ha’s newest single, “Take It Off,” shone during a more stripped-down performance. In her usual cut-out garb and infinity eyeliner, Ke$ha kicked off her three-song set by ascending from a throne in the Rockefeller Center plaza to sing “Tik Tok” surrounded by male dancers in animal print. In between songs, Ke$ha was able to get out a message to one of her heroes with the help of one of Matt Lauer’s questions. When asked about her attempt to sneak one of her songs onto Prince’s property, she defended herself. “I really wanted him to write a song with me. I think he’s one of the best musicians of our time, so … I thought I would just take him a demo.” And when Matt Lauer called her out on “breaking and entering,” she responded with a coy look, prompting Lauer to follow up with, “Did he contact you?” “Not yet,” she said. But what if Prince was watching? “Hit me up!” she said. Ke$ha also weighed in on her Madison Square Garden debut. “It was incredible,” she said. “It was a landmark in my career — it was terrifying.” “Take It Off” had the crowd singing along with the TV-friendly line “I don’t give a.” At one point, Ke$ha acted out the lyrics and got down on the floor, where there was a keyboard waiting for her. It was a moment that was ultimate Ke$ha: a declaration of independence with a bit of foreplay mixed in. As the day began for most New Yorkers, Ke$ha ended the morning. Singing what she called “a celebration of every kind of love,” the set ended with “Your Love Is My Drug.” The song says that maybe she needs some rehab, or maybe just needs some sleep, but after a fresh rock show on the plaza, it doesn’t look like she needs either. After Bill O’Reilly basically disparaged her and called her destructive to society , Jennifer Aniston has clarified her recent comments about single motherhood. Doing so, she had some choice words for the Fox News personality. “Of course, the ideal scenario for parenting is obviously two parents of a mature age. Parenting is one of the hardest jobs on earth,” Aniston told People . The star of The Switch continued: “And, of course, many women dream of finding Prince Charming (with fatherly instincts), but for those who’ve not yet found their Bill O’Reilly, I’m just glad science has provided a few other options.” Jen’s new movie is about a woman gets pregnant via a sperm donor. The actress said women no longer have to wait for the perfect guy to start a family. “Women are realizing it more and more, knowing that they don’t have to settle with a man just to have that child,” she said, promoting the film. “Love is love and family is what is around you and who is in your immediate sphere.” Perfectly reasonable, especially within the context of the work of fiction she was talking about. But Bill still took offense and made more out of this. On The O’Reilly Factor , the host called the actress’s comments “destructive to our society,” and accused her of “diminishing the role of the dad.” “Dads bring a psychology to children that is in this society, I believe, under-emphasized. I think men get hosed all day long in the parental arena.” Whose side are you on?
