Redmond O’Neal dodged a bullet in his probation case, but was fitted with an ankle monitor and told that he’s going to prison for six YEARS if he effs up again. The 26-year-old’s probation was revoked in September after he allegedly snuck out of rehab, ordered drugs on a payphone and was later arrested with heroin . A judge sent him back to the treatment facility instead of jail, with the stern warning that this is his final shot, and a state-of-the-art GPS monitoring bracelet. This thing is no joke. According to law enforcement, the device features real-time cameras that take a snapshot of Redmond’s whereabouts every five minutes. If he steps outside his assigned area, an alarm goes off. Redmond O’Neal’s long history battling drugs is well documented. He pleaded no contest to drug and weapons charges in August and earned a YEAR in rehab. He’s inviting exclusive VIP guests to his welcome home party on Sunday October 2nd at an undisclosed location. Talks are that the party’s already estimated at $100,000! Here’s what TMZ is reporting: “T.I. is re-writing the book when it comes to welcome home parties — because the recently-released rapper isn’t throwing himself a nightclub bash … he’s having a brunch in Atlanta! But don’t expect tea and crumpets — we’re told good pal Diddy is personally shipping in 150 bottles of Ciroc, one for each person in attendance. We’re told the whole bash will cost around $100K, with $20K just on food and additional $8K on dessert. Teen Mom 2 waste of space Jenelle Evans will appear in a North Carolina court Friday for a trial regarding her assault case. Short story? It’s not looking good. Evans was charged with assault in March after she was involved in a fight over Kieffer Delp. Although calling it a fight doesn’t really do it justice. She absolutely beat up this girl . Britany Truett got punished . “We have the fight case for a simple assault. We are going to trial and no plea offers have been given,” Evans’ attorney, Dustin Sullivan, said. “There would not be a plea offer that we would accept except a dismissal. She is simply going to go in front of a judge and get her options.” ” Jenelle Evans is not facing jail time, because she has not been charged with probation violations and there have been no convictions yet.” Just one month after she wrecked Truett’s face, Evans got 12 months of probation and community service for a drug paraphernalia charge. The MTV star then completed a stint in a Malibu rehab treatment center, which was great, but she has since violated her probation twice. Testing positive for marijuana and opiates will do that. Lil Wayne may have violated his parole by sleeping with a 16 year-old girl. A 16 year-old blonde Canadian high school student is claiming that she spent the night with Weezy. The girl who’s in the 11th grade put Weezy on blast on Twitter. According to mediatakeout, Lil Wayne performed in Canada Tuesday night, and the girl whose name is Sarah and her friends attended the concert.Sarah attempted to get at Weezy after the concert, but failed. The next day, she took a bus to Montreal, where Weezy was performing and hooked up with him at an after party, and managed to get invited back to his hotel room. This is where things got hot and heavy and Sarah apparently has pictures to prove it. The teen put Weezy on blast on twitter and I’m sure his probation officer is not too happy right now. Brandon Marshall is an immensely talented wide receiver whose personal life and off-the-field antics have often drawn more attention that his touchdown grabs or third down conversions. But now we know why: the All-Pro sat for 30 minutes with reporters after practice yesterday and said he was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder earlier this year. “For so long, I’ve been just trying to get help. I’ve been seeking help,” Marshall said. “I’ve been talking with doctors since I’ve been in the NFL. No one has ever helped me. So I was praying there was a treatment out there for what I suffered from and there was.” Said Mary Zanarini – the professor of psychology at Harvard Medical School who treated Marshall this summer – to The South Florida Sun- Sentinel : “BPD is a well understood psychological disorder. It’s not a form of misbehavior.” Marshall said he plans to lobby Congress for funds to assist research into the disease, adding: “There comes a time in a guy like myself’s life, with everything that I’ve been through, that you become bulletproof to the critics and to what the world thinks of you. Right now, today, I am vulnerable. I am making myself vulnerable. And I want it to be clear that this is the opposite of damage control. People can soon stop asking ” Where is Casey Anthony ?” The acquitted murder suspect went into hiding after her July 17 release, with people speculation that she was everywhere from California to the Bahamas. Thanks to a judge’s order, however, Anthony soon will return to her native Orlando, Fla., within the next three days to report to a local probation office. Orange County Judge Stan Strickland signed court documents requiring Anthony to serve a year of supervised probation on her check fraud charges. “She should report to probation, probably within 72 hours,” Strickland said . Last year, Srickland sentenced Anthony – then awaiting trial for murder – on charges that she stole a friend’s checkbook and forged several checks. Last week, he said he intended for Anthony to go to supervised probation upon her release. Department of Corrections officials misinterpreted that order. Believing that Casey Anthony had served her probation while in jail, her lawyers did not have her report to probation. That’s what she must do this week. It is unclear where Anthony will stay when she returns to Orlando, but you can bet there will be police officers protecting her at every turn. Anthony, who has received myriad threats since she got out of jail, where she spent nearly 1,000 days since 2008, has said through her legal team that she will be undergoing major mental health treatment .
Judge Stephanie Sautner made it clear today that she is unimpressed with Lindsay Lohan and her progress, or lack thereof, in completing her probation. The actress was reamed out at a progress hearing and told that she had better complete her community service within a year of sentencing – or else. “I’m not going to give five extra minutes,” she said, adding, “I don’t want to hear, ‘Oh, I couldn’t do it because I was on the set of a John Gotti movie.'” The judge was frustrated that in two months since she somehow avoided jail for stealing a necklace, Lindsay has completed just four days out of 60. Also upset that Lindsay had not enrolled in psychological counseling – as she’s required to do – Sautner is giving her 21 days to sign up, or else! The L.A. County Probation Dept. asked Judge Sautner to violate Lindsay’s probation and remand her into custody for three alleged violations. It’s worth noting that two claims were bogus and the third – LiLo not returning a call from her probation officer – was resolved (she called back). Judge Sautner made it very clear that she will revoke LiLo’s probation if she doesn’t get her a$$ in gear, but told off her probation officer, too. Sautner called the officer’s claims totally inaccurate and judge strongly implied the probation officer was unfairly gunning for Lindsay Lohan . The probation officer’s alleged beef with Lohan was threefold: Lindsay did not pay $3,900 in fees for community service. This was not a violation, however, has she has three years to pay these. Lindsay did not return the call of the probation officer. Again, the probation officer was wrong. Lohan actually left three messages. Lindsay did not prove to the department that she enrolled in her community service program, shoplifting program, and psychological counseling. Again, irrelevant. Lohan had to report these to the judge alone. People connected with LiLo think the probation officer has an axe to grind. It looks like the judge agrees, as she wasn’t moved by the claims. Still, Sautner has her own gripes with the way Lohan has conducted herself, and the possibility of jail still looms if she keeps screwing up. In a hearing today for the case of the $2,500 necklace that was alleged stolen from a jewelry shop by Lindsay Lohan in January, a judge found Lohan in violation of her probation and sentenced her to 120 days in jail . In addition to her time in the clink, Lohan must perform 480 hours of community service, 360 of which must be at the Downtown Women’s Center in Los Angeles so that, according to Judge Stephanie Sautner, “perhaps then she will see women who are truly needy and might change her behavior.” Does this mean the Gotti pic is back off? Lindsay Lohan can’t catch a break these days. Despite rumors that she landed a role that could help resurrect her career, she was just “fired” as Victoria Gotti in Gotti: Three Generations . LiLo wasn’t officially on board, but was rumored to be starring in the biopic about John Gotti and his days running the Gambino crime family. Doesn’t look like this door is still ajar for Lindsay, either . “I promise you Lindsay Lohan is not playing Victoria Gotti,” producer Mark Fiore told E! News today. “Talks have stopped and we are done.” Fiore emphasized again that “We have no discussions with her.” Ouch! Apparently, the troubled star’s management pushed for an offer that the producers COULD refuse. Quite easily, as it turned out … Despite being more of a liability than an asset, Lohan’s camp was pushing for a big payday. More than they were willing to offer, apparently. Her departure comes a week after she turned up at a press conference in New York to plug the project alongside castmember John Travolta. Real-life members of Gotti’s family – including Victoria herself, who said Lindsay had the toughness required for the part – were also there. Lohan’s casting was never official (she acknowledged they had yet to agree to a contract), but it certainly looked like a strong possibility. We should’ve known better after the Inferno debacle. It’s Lindsay Lohan. Between the probation and everything else, it’s just not worth it.
So Frankie’s publicist has issued a statement about her recent arrest . Because Frankie, still being a guest of the state of Georgia, can’t speak for herself. Here’s the story they would have us believe: Unfortunately, Frankie was in a catch 22 situation – she missed probation because she was at rehab at Dr. Drew’s Pasadena center. That’s what lead to the arrest, not drugs as published. Frankie is 50 years old and I am doing what I can to help her change her image into a sober woman who has made regrettable mistakes. As she approaches the next phase of her life with grandkids and her new found children, I hope she does succeed. And here are our problems with this theory: if you’re on probation, and have to leave the state for drug treatment/work… wouldn’t you have to let your probation officer know ahead of time? And why do both the publicist and Keyshia sound unsure about Frankie’s current sobriety? Source
