Chris Brown Says Accusations Are Not True According to TMZ Chris Brown says he did nothing wrong when he was involved in a minor fender bender last week … and claims the other driver has been ducking his attempts to discuss the matter … TMZ has learned. As TMZ first reported, Brown allegedly refused to give over his driver’s license number (and provided incorrect insurance info) to the driver of a Mercedes he rear-ended … which, if true, could put his probation in the Rihanna beating case in jeopardy. But sources close to Chris tell TMZ he gave the woman all the correct info and when his lawyer attempted to contact her not long after the accident … she hung up on him. We’re told all subsequent calls from Chris’ lawyer have gone unanswered. Our sources also say that neither Chris, nor anyone in his camp, has been contacted by the LAPD so far. We’re told Chris feels the photo below (taken at the scene of the accident) shows there was no damage to the other car. Somebody lying. Lil Scrappy Fails Urine Test According to TMZ Lil Scrappy believes he’s addicted to the sticky icky … and after failing a court-ordered drug test, the rapper will enter a rehab facility for treatment, TMZ has learned. Scrappy appeared in a Georgia courtroom moments ago, where officials revealed a urine test Scrappy took last week came back positive for drugs. TMZ spoke with Scrappy’s lawyer, Mawuli Mel Davis, who tells us … the rapper will check into a rehab facility before the next court hearing in June. Davis also tells us … Scrappy acknowledges he’s addicted to smoking drugs. We broke the story … Scrappy was recently jailed for violating his probation back in March after a dispute over a different pee test. According to court officials, Scrappy tried to turn in a urine sample that was cold to the touch and may have been tampered with … and when asked to submit another cup, he refused. White girls stay winning. Amanda Bynes Pleads No Contest According to TMZ Amanda Bynes just pled no contest to driving on a suspended license. Amanda wasn’t in court, but her lawyer, Rich Hutton, was there as the judge took the plea. Amanda will be placed on 3 years probation, which requires her to obey all laws — and given her current state that may be a challenge. She was also warned NOT to drive without a valid license and insurance. She also must pay a $300 fine. As we reported, the charges were filed against the actress in September after she was pulled over in Burbank … and cops discovered her license was suspended. Police ticketed her and impounded her car. Amanda’s license had been suspended a couple weeks earlier because of two hit-and-run charges that were filed against her. The irony … those hit-and-run charges were later thrown out by a judge, after Amanda reached financial settlements with the victims. As for her other legal problems, she’s still got that DUI case going on. Which is nice. We give her four years before she overdoses. GSI

Charlie Brown Actor Gets Probation In Stalking Case According to TMZ The former voice of Charlie Brown was sentenced to 1 year in jail for stalking and threatening an ex-girlfriend and her plastic surgeon … but he’s getting off with time served. Peter Robbins was arrested back in January, pleaded guilty in April … and got slapped with the 365 day sentence in San Diego today. Thanks to an 8-month rehab program, and the 110 days he’s already done behind bars … he’ll avoid further jail time. Robbins — who voiced Chuck in “A Charlie Brown Christmas” and “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown” — got busted after threatening his ex and the surgeon who did her breast enhancement. Robbins also got 5 years probation, a 10-year order to “stay away” from the doc — and has to pay $15,081.90 in restitution to his ex. What a blockhead. Stalking? That doesn’t seem like something Charlie Brown would do. AP

Gucci Mane Released From Jail According to TMZ Rapper Gucci Mane has just been released from jail in Georgia after spending nearly three weeks behind bars, TMZ has learned. As we reported, Gucci was arrested April 13th for a probation violation. He’s been in jail since. Gucci’s attorney, Drew Findling, tells us, the probation violation was triggered by a March 25th incident at an Atlanta nightclub … when Gucci allegedly bottled a clubgoer in the head, causing a massive gash. Gucci was charged with aggravated assault in connection with the incident. That case is still pending. He’s due in court later this month.
