So Lindsay Lohan was back in court yesterday for the millionth time, I hear she’s actually doing pretty well with her probation or treatments or whatever, and she brought along her sweet big chesticles. Her outfit is pretty good, just lame enough for court and just tight enough to show of her juicy front meat. I was hoping the judge would sentence her to some sort of all girl, inmate bikini road crew where she would be in charge of the jackhammer but I guess celebrities get special treatment. Maybe next time.
Sorry to hear that Chris Brown will continue to remain under the watchful eye of a probation officer as he works to complete the terms of his sentence for beating his then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. Chris wasn’t present, but his attorney asked that Brown’s term on supervised probation be ended because of his good behavior. Superior Court Judge George Lomeli agreed with prosecutors that despite his good behavior, he should continue to report to a probation officer in his home state of Virginia. Brown is in the midst of a remarkable comeback, with the singer set to perform at the Grammy Awards on Sunday night where he is nominated for three Grammys. Brown’s probation officer wrote in a report that the singer has been truthful with officers, passed all required drug tests and “has made great strides” while under probation supervision. He has completed half of the six months’ worth of roadside cleanup, graffiti removal and other manual labor that he was ordered to do after pleading guilty to attacking Rihanna. Brown was ordered to serve five years on probation. The judge scheduled another progress hearing for July 10.
Lindsay Lohan has been a model employee at the morgue since getting banished there for community service, according to reports. At her progress hearing tomorrow a.m., Judge Stephanie Sautner may even praise her for her good work again. Lindsay was required to complete 12 L.A. County Morgue visits and four psychotherapy sessions by Tuesday’s court hearing. LiLo has done so, finishing up her 11th and 12th community service trips Friday and Saturday. Give a girl credit for sticking to it! According to sources, Lindsay has been a model morgue employee, i.e. she shows up on time, gets the job done with no drama and she’s friendly with the staff. The oft-maligned starlet will be at the halfway mark of her probation Tuesday, with another hearing set for Feb. 15, and another 12 morgue visits required by then. On March 29, her final hearing takes place, and at that point, she must show she’s completed the remaining 17 morgue visits and six therapy classes. Amber Portwood crashed on the floor of a jail cell. According to law enforcement sources, Indiana’s Madison County Jail did not do anything to mark NYE. Visiting hours were 7:00-7:30 p.m. Amber had none. At least she wasn’t alone. Due to overcrowding, Amber has been transferred out of the cell she shared with one other inmate and into a room with several others! Portwood’s prison pals’ convictions range from probation violations – which is what’s keeping Amber in jail for a month – to dealing a controlled substance. Nice. The accommodations were less than luxurious. As part of moving into that large room, instead of a bed, she slept on a vinyl mattress on the concrete floor. This is what happens when you’re arrested AND fail to comply with terms of your probation, kids … onerous tasks such as passing drug tests and obeying laws. SMH. Just like her crazy a$$ ex-husband, Brooke Mueller , has been popped for beating folks and holding the yay: Police in Aspen say Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, has been arrested in Aspen on suspicion of third-degree assault and cocaine possession with intent to distribute. Authorities say officers arrested Mueller early Saturday at a nightclub after a woman reported being assault by her. Mueller posted $11,000 bond and was released from custody. She’s scheduled in court Dec. 19. Aspen police spokeswoman Blair Weyer says additional details are not immediately available. Her attorney, Yale Galanter, had no comment. Sheen and Mueller divorced earlier this year, citing Christmas Day 2009 as the day of their breakup. Charlie Sheen was arrested in Aspen on that day on suspicion of assaulting Mueller. He completed his probation in that case last November. What a coincidence…when will these people learn that drugs are bad…m’kay?!?!? Source
It turns out Judge Stephanie Sautner threw Lindsay Lohan a bone so she can help men everywhere get one – she’ll be allowed to finish her Playboy shoot before going to jail. Playboy is paying nearly $1 million for its Lindsay Lohan nude spread, and has to meet deadlines. By bailing, she’d be in breach of contact … and more legal trouble. So Judge Sautner cut her a break, giving her one week to surrender and begin her 30-day jail sentence . In the meantime, she’ll be giving Playboy the vadge of courage. Regarding her sentence, Lohan is telling friends the deal is “very fair” and vowing to hold up her end of the deal so she doesn’t have to spend an extra 270 days in jail. She was just given 30 days, of which she’ll likely serve less than half due to overcrowding and good behavior. But if she screws up her probation again, look out. Obviously, going to jail “isn’t the most exciting thing” for LiLo, but she is happy she has the opportunity to control her own destiny and actually “respects” Sautner. Judge allows Lohan to complete Playboy shoot before going to jail. The troubled actress appeared in court Wednesday morning (November 2) and was sentenced to 30 days in jail for violating her probation for not attending court-mandated therapy sessions and getting tossed from a community-service gig. According to TMZ , Lohan admitted in court Wednesday that she violated the terms of her probation from a theft case by getting booted from her community-service assignment at the Downtown Women’s Center. Judge Stephanie Sautner was adamant that she would not put up with any more slipups from Lohan, telling her, “This is known as putting the keys to jail in the defendant’s pocket … the first time you violate, you will go to jail.” Lohan will have to serve 12 days at the Los Angeles County morgue — where she’s already been logging some time — and then attend four therapy sessions by December 14. Sautner warned that if Lohan does not meet all those conditions, she will put a warrant out for her arrest and sentence her to an additional 270 days in jail. Sautner revoked Lohan’s probation in October following the revelation that the actress had not completed her obligations from a 2011 arrest on theft charges . This time around, Lohan will not have the option of serving her time at home , and given the overcrowding situation in L.A. jails, she is only expected to serve 20 percent of the 30 days, or around six days. She has to complete another 12 days at the morgue and four psychotherapy sessions by January 17 and complete her community service (53 days total) and therapy obligations by March 29. If she successfully meets those obligations, her probation will be over. Shockingly, TMZ also reported that Lohan was not immediately sent to jail because Judge Sautner decided to give her time to complete her nude photo shoot for Playboy magazine. Lohan lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley told the judge Lindsay must complete the shoot this week, which is reportedly netting her a cool $1 million. Lohan has one week to surrender and begin her fifth jail term, which is expected to start November 9.
