Lindsay Lohan Does A Little Modeling

Here’s Lindsay Lohan doing some sort of modeling for something called Fornarina . Anyone? I guess it doesn’t matter, it still counts as work. Besides, I’ve always found Lindsay hot so putting her in some slutty outfits isn’t a bad way to get my attention. When are we going to get to see her homemade tattoos she got in jail? You know a pretty girl like this would get a lot of attention from the prison girl gangs… I’m sure someone tagged their property.

Feds can now slip a tracking device on your car, in your own driveway, without a warrant

According to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, which covers nine Western states including Arizona and California, it’s perfectly fine for the government to send agents onto your property to secretly plant a GPS tracking device on your vehicle and follow your movements — all without a search warrant. That’s because, according to a panel of three judges, you have no reasonable expectation of privacy in your driveway, and no reasonable expectation that the government is not tracking you. Huh? The January ruling, upheld this month and reported by TIME magazine, pertains to a 2007 investigation of an Oregon resident who was suspected of growing marijuana. http://blogs.evtrib.com/nerdvana/2010/08/26/feds-can-now-slip-a-tracking-device-… added by: JackHerer

The Government’s New ‘Right’ to Track Your Every Move With GPS

~So they gain even more spy powers on citizens, yet can't find a guy who jumps from cave to cave supposedly…. “Government agents can sneak onto your property in the middle of the night, put a GPS device on the bottom of your car and keep track of everywhere you go. This doesn't violate your Fourth Amendment rights, because you do not have any reasonable expectation of privacy in your own driveway – and no reasonable expectation that the government isn't tracking your movements. That is the bizarre – and scary – rule that now applies in California and eight other Western states. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, which covers this vast jurisdiction, recently decided the government can monitor you in this way virtually anytime it wants – with no need for a search warrant. (See a TIME photoessay on Cannabis Culture.) It is a dangerous decisio……………” http://news.yahoo.com/s/time/08599201315000 added by: shanklinmike

Michigan Says Enough To Fed: Takes Matters Into Own Hands As It Starts Using Own Currency…And Gold

Either in anticipation of QE2 which will cut the value of the dollar by another 50% once another $2 trillion in toxic crap becomes the “assets” backing the viability of the dollar, or just because they are sick of Fed policies, mid-Michigan has taken monetary matters into their own hands, and in one simple act, completely bypassed the destabilizing influence of the domestic currency printers. As ConnectMidMichigan reports, “New types of money are popping up across Mid-Michigan and supporters say, it’s not counterfeit, but rather a competing currency. Right now, you can buy a meal or visit a chiropractor without using actual U.S. legal tender.” The plan is so simple, it just may work – after all if one can’t get away from the Fed’s probing and pickpocketing long fingers, all one has to do is learn to live without its parasitic pieces of paper. And not just paper: “I sell three or four every single day and then I get one or two back a week,” said Dave Gillie, owner of Gillies Coney Island Restaurant in Genesee Township. Gillie also accepts silver, gold, copper and other precious metals to pay for food.” So yes, you can eat gold…. and load up your gas tank with it. More from CMM: “Do people have to accept dollars or money? No, they don’t,” Gillie said. “They can accept anything they want or they can refuse to accept anything.” He’s absolutely right. The U.S. Treasury Department says the Coinage Act of 1965 says “private businesses are free to develop their own policies on whether or not to accept cash, unless there is a state law which says otherwise.” hat allows gas stations to say they don’t accept 50- or $100 bills after a certain time of day in hopes of not getting robbed. A chiropractic office in Lapeer County’s Deerfield Township allows creativity when it comes to payment. “This establishment accepts any form of silver, gold, chicken, apple pie, if someone works it out with me,” said Jeff Kotchounian of Deerfield Chiropractic. “I’ve taken many things.” Jeff Kotchounian says he’s used this Ron Paul half troy ounce of silver to get $25 worth of gas from a local station. While the government and banks don’t accept them, many others do. So why is there interest in these competing currencies? Is it just novelty or is there something deeper? If the ruling kleptocrats, pardon, the Fed, demand on being such an intimate part of everyday life, and procuring all of the population’s real wealth and cash producing assets in the process, said population has a choice of either going with this sheepish approach, and meekly allowing the loaded gun to be parked at its temple, or do what Michigan, with its 99.9% real unemployment, has decided to do. added by: im1mjrpain

RUN FROM THE CURE – Full Version

For more info http://www.phoenixtears.ca Learn about Rick Simpson, the man who rediscovered the cure for cancer and shared it with as many people as he could http://www.youtube.com/paulagloria#p /… Recently while traveling from Canada Rick had his house raided again for the third time, and while Rick always admitted with pride that he had grown medicinal hemp and cured people with it… the police fabricated this “raid” and found no marijuana and actually stole other things from the property, and all without producing a warrant. The police force that broke into Rick's home and destroyed the inside stole the very security cameras that proves what they were doing. http://www.youtube.com/user/chrychek# … Rick had no marijuana on his property, yet he has been charged with the best the police and prosecutor could come up with. Rick tore himself away from his heavy healing work to pick up the the Cannabis Cup Award in Amsterdam http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2SqSko… and due to this horrible turn of events many people will probably die without their medicine. rabbitholecentral tv is trying to throw as much light on this story as possible as the plight of these patients today maybe be yours tomorrow and of all the most valuable things to acquire in life knowledge is the greatest. The Truth about the Gulf Oil Spill, and FACTS to back it up

What is really going on in the Gulf of Mexico? I will give you the facts and let you “connect the dots.” Keep in mind the well-documented history of “false flag” events which are indicative of the “Hegelian Dialectic” (i.e., problem, reaction, solution). Click HERE for an overview of this technique as well as over 70 historical examples. Before the Explosion We now know (through witness testimony from Tyrone Benton) that there were cracks reported in the drill casing two weeks prior to the disaster and that it was leaking, but BP did nothing about it. (LINK) Hours before the explosion, Deepwater Horizon installation manager Jimmy Harrell was witnessed by other rig workers screaming “Are you ****ing happy? Are you ****ing happy? The rig’s on fire! I told you this was going to happen!” (LINK) Goldman Sachs sold 44% of their total holdings, 4,680,822 shares of BP stock in the first quarter of 2010. The investment firm earned about USD $266 million on the sale. (LINK) Contrary to popular opinion, the Deepwater Horizon (Mississippi Canyon 252) oil rig that exploded is not the property of BP, but rather is the property of Transocean. (LINK) Both companies are financially directed by Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, and UBS investment bankers, all operating in the Rothschild League of banks. (LINK) BP CEO Tony Hayward sold

Corporatism 101: [1990] Congress artificially limits Oil companies liability to a meager $75 million dollars.

If you took a barrel of oil and dumped it into a stream on your property you would be fully liable for damage to the property and person of anyone down stream. So when BP’s oil well ruptures, dumping millions of gallons of oil into the gulf the company is fully responsible for the damages it caused and those affected should be fully compensated to be made whole again, right? Unfortunately, the 1990 Oil Pollution Act caps an Oil company’s liability for economic damages relating to an oil spill at $75 million. (As of May 3rd the economic Cost of the BP Oil Spill: was $12.5 Billion, so that only leaves $12,425,000,000 of damages unpaid.) source: http://wonkroom.thinkprogress.org/2010/05/03/oil-spill-cost/ Luckily the Act provides that if the courts determine BP was “grossly negligent or engaged in conduct in violation of federal regulations,” the $75 million cap disappears, so BP is not of the hook yet right? Wrong. Unfortunately, a little known government agency, the Minerals Management Service, “approved BP's application to drill under the Deepwater Horizon and …and approved the blowout preventer that failed to stop the Gulf of Mexico oil spill without assurances that its last-ditch mechanism would work on the drill pipe the company was using.” [1] And the rigs strong track record of passing inspections prompted the regulatory agency to “herald the Deepwater Horizon as an industry model for safety.” [2] The chances of a court finding that BP was “grossly negligent” or in violation of federal regulations, are nil when the very agency that oversees BP not only routinely found the well in compliance with the federal regulations but also hailed it as a model for industry safety. So congress has been caught with its pants down, because the special privilege of a liability cap they created for the oil companies, the judiciary or anyone else can't punish -through punitive damages – or even hold BP liable for more than a fraction of the amount of damage they caused. Which raises an important question: absent a congressional created cap on liability of only $75 million, would BP have drilled an unprecedented 5,000 ft well , without knowledge, technology or experience of capping wells at that depth, if they had unlimited liability and had to pay the actual full amount of the potential damages?($12.5 billion as of May 3.) http://tpmmuckraker.talkingpointsmemo.com/2010/05/oil_spill_liability_whos_on_th… [1.] http://www.nola.com/news/gulf-oil-spill/index.ssf/2010/05/updates_from_oil_rig_e… [2.] http://www.nola.com/news/gulf-oil-spill/index.ssf/2010/05/federal_inspections_on… added by: Dagum

2010 NBA Finals – Lakers vs Boston Celtics Highlights Game 3 [Fisher Clutch Shots, Kobe 29 Points]

All content is the property of the NBA and its respective entities. Fisher’s offensive heroics the difference for Lakers. If it wasn’t already apparent, this is not the same series as the 2008 Finals. Mostly because of the Los Angeles Lakers. In their 91-84 Game 3 victory, the Lakers, both as individuals and collectively, fought through a litany of situations that would have left them reeling and beaten. And they were tested from the very beginning. Behind what was probably the best crowd at TD Garden in a non-series clinching win, the Celtics stormed out to a 12-5 lead. First there were six-straight points from Kevin Garnett (25 points), including two alley oops, and then six more from Rajon Rondo. “We seemed to gather some strength and change the course of the game right there,” Lakers coach Phil Jackson said. By halftime, the lead was 12 and the Celtics, who have not performed well playing from behind in second halves, were left to do just that. “We kept our poise after that quick start and didn’t get rattled,” Kobe Bryant (29 points on 29 shots) said. “We didn’t doubt our ability to win here, even though we hadn’t done it in the playoffs,” Derek Fisher said. “We understand that in order to be the best, you have to win wherever, whenever.” “It’s very frustrating, very frustrating when you don’t play well offensively,” Garnett said. “But defensively, you know, you sort of buckle down and get the stops and things that you want and you get back into the game only to come …
