The couple of four and a half years will soon walk down the aisle. Timberlake, a six-time Grammy winner, popped the question to the New Year’s Eve actress last month. The setting was picturesque Jackson, Wyoming. In typical fashion – the couple is notorious private and rarely even photographed together – it took weeks for news of the proposal to be confirmed. Think Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel will last? We’d bet on it . “Justin knows how much she loves snowboarding and the mountains, so it was the perfect place for many different reasons,” one insider explains . After a brief three-month split in 2011, Biel made it clear that she wanted to spend her life with Timberlake, who apparently felt the same way. “When they reunited, they had a conversation about taking the next step,” says the source, adding that he’s “never been happier” with Jessica. “He knew it was the right time to propose.” Congratulations to the happy couple! ‘You kinda gotta step up and be a family man, and she deserves it,’ newly engaged MC tells MTV News. By Matt Elias Game and fiancee Tiffany Cambridge Photo: James Michael Lacsina/ MTV News INGLEWOOD, California — You would never consider rapper the Game “soft,” especially on his home turf of Los Angeles. But the MC showed us his vulnerable side by proposing to longtime girlfriend Tiffany Cambridge on Wednesday afternoon (October 12). Game staged the big surprise at Frank D. Parent Elementary School, where Cambridge works as a teacher. The school’s principal even got in on the plan, calling Cambridge to an afterschool “meeting” where Game was waiting anxiously with the couple’s two children. Cambridge arrived with a big look of suspicion on her face to a room full of people. As family, faculty, media and the couple’s bishop looked on, Game got down on one knee and said, “I just wanted to ask you: Would you marry me?” Game’s girl immediately answered with, “Oh, yes, Jayceon” (his actual first name), and the two embraced to a cheering crowd. “I’m just, like, in shock right now, so excuse my expression,” Cambridge told the room. “I am the deer-in-a-headlight type of person.” The same could be said for Game. For an artist who exudes confidence, it was rare to see the rapper nervous — well, as much as he would let on. But he admitted prior to popping the question that he was pretty anxious. “As a man, this is that day where you throw your player card away and you kinda gotta step up and be a family man, and she deserves it,” Game told MTV News immediately following the proposal. “It’s been a long run, and we’ve been together at least seven years. We’ve been off, we’ve been on, we’ve been arguing, we fought. We had good times and bad times, and I think that at the end of the day, as a man, this is something that I owed to her and I owed to my family, so it was time.” While the proposal seemed planned to the very last detail, you would be surprised how it all came together. “The planning was all quick, last minute. I woke up today with a different headspace, and I just started planning this at 10 a.m., and we pulled it off by 2 [p.m.]. Four hours to pull all these media outlets, get the school in line, the principal, the bishop from the church to come down. The sun came out, obviously [I’m] sweating here, crazy.” With Game’s success at prepping all these details, he might even get in on the wedding planning himself. Well, maybe. “No, no, no — I’m gonna stay on the Xbox, I’m gonna play ‘Madden,’ I’m gonna let her plan it all the way out, and then I’m gonna go overseas and get whatever she needs so she can successfully have the wedding of her life,” Game said. So what’s the next step for the engaged couple? “Hopefully a nice dinner and some lovemaking!” Game joked. This caps a successful couple of months for the rapper, whose R.E.D. Daniel Depaula explains protesters’ nightly General Assembly to MTV News. By Steven Roberts Facilitators speak at nightly General Assembly Photo: MTV News The demonstrators of Occupy Wall Street have made Lower Manhattan’s Zuccotti Park their home for the foreseeable future, and they haven’t ignored setting ground rules. Establishing an infrastructure in the park — now dubbed Liberty Park — was one of the demonstrators’ top priorities, ensuring everyone would have access to basic and essential resources. Many, if not all, of those decisions are reached at the General Assembly. The General Assembly is held every night at roughly 7 p.m., and everyone is invited to contribute. MTV News caught up with Daniel Depaula, one the facilitators of the GA, earlier this week. He explained how his group — the facilitation group — sets the evening’s agenda based on proposals and then presents them to the assembly. “We’re not really there to decide whether things are good or not,” Depaula explained. “We are simply there just to make sure that the people proposing are aware of how the process works. So they don’t run into any surprises once it goes to the assembly. “There are really no leaders or anyone with any power that anyone else doesn’t have,” he added. “Decisions are made autonomously by individuals or by groups, and larger issues are just brought to the assembly and discussed among everyone.” What’s even more interesting is how the proposals are pitched. The demonstrators at Occupy Wall Street aren’t allowed to have megaphones, because they would cause too much noise pollution in the area, so they are forced to shout their proposal to the crowd, which then echoes the proposal for those further away. The massive game of telephone allows everyone to be involved in the decisions, and they’re instructed at the beginning of the assembly how to respond (hands in the air if they agree, hands straight ahead of them if they’re unsure, and hands downwards if they disagree). On Monday night’s agenda: Whether to buy storage bins to maintain organization and cleanliness in the park. As the demonstration attracts more people, more waste is produced, so they want to keep things tidy. The group has a donation pool of money, but of course they have to vote first. But that’s the film director Guy Moshe made — starring Josh Hartnett , Demi Moore , Woody Harrelson ( Indecent Proposal reunion!), and Kevin McKidd as a dapper, Fred Astaire-like cold-blooded killer, no less — and you’ve got to give him credit for his ballsy vision.

This is not the average teaser you see in theaters. In the “red band” version of the Friends With Benefits trailer, the language and visuals are ultra raunchy. Between the partial nudity, Justin Timberlake going down on Mila Kunis and a couple of they-said-what?! lines from Emma Stone and Woody Harrelson, it’s safe to say this is definitely not approved for all audiences by the MPAA! Lindsay Lohan is being sued. We know, huge shocker there. This morning’s plaintiff is Dawn Holland, the former Betty Ford staff member who got into a melee with LiLo last December, and whose account of what transpired that evening has been murky and ever-changing from the get-go. According to Holland’s lawsuit against Lohan, the star unleashed the fury when she tried to give Lindsay a breathalyzer test at the famous rehab center. New legal drama for LiLo … for the first time all week! Dawn claims Lindsay Lohan was “combative and violent” when confronted after sneaking off site – allegedly to go boozing – then returning after curfew. In the lawsuit, Holland claims Lohan grabbed her right wrist, “twisting and pulling it for 8-10 seconds,” which caused her to seek medical treatment. Holland alleges “mental, physical and nervous pain and suffering” from the attack she says Lohan committed, and is demanding $1 million. Minimum. Here’s the problem, though. It’s now July. When she filed the initial incident report late last year, Holland never mentioned Lohan’s alleged wrist grab. She also stonewalled an investigation of Lohan at one point, practically defending Lindsay and refusing to cooperate … then said she was assaulted. Not to mention, Dawn was fired for blabbing about the incident, basically selling out a Betty Ford patient for a quick buck. Not a credible individual here.
