Lil Wayne was a no-show at his scheduled trial date Monday, and the judge presiding over the rapper’s lawsuit against Quincy Jones III is far from impressed. Weezy apparently suffered “several seizure-like episodes” and will sit the trial out , meaning the jury will only have his video deposition to go on. Yes, this deposition: Lil Wayne Suing Quincy Jones III Lil Wayne Talks to God (G-O-D) Wayne is suing Quincy Jones III over a documentary he filmed about the Young Money founder that he calls a “scandalous portrayal.” But he won’t show up in person. LW did not appear today, however, due to a “medical emergency” on Thursday on board a private jet. The pilot said he had seizures and was hospitalized. The judge chastised Wayne for displaying “unreasonable conduct in the deposition” and “irresponsible behavior” for not bothering to show up in court. His lawyer will play his deposition for the jury, but the virile, tattooed hit-maker won’t be there. The Lil Wayne deposition video , of course, shows him giving smart-ass, nonsensical non-answers to the opposing counsel’s questions and acting like a total jackass. Hilarious to celebrity gossip fans, yes. Effective testimony in a lawsuit? Mmmnot so much.

In a videotaped deposition … Lil Wayne — who is suing Quincy Jones III over a documentary about him — says he can’t remember ANYTHING — but what he DOES remember is hysterical. Q III had his production team follow Lil Wayne around for months to chronicle his life as he was putting together his album, “Tha Carter III.” It appears Lil was on board, but things fell apart because the rapper hated the movie, calling it a “scandalous portrayal.” Lil Wayne is grilled by Qunicy’s lawyer, Pete Ross from the powerhouse law firm of Browne George Ross, who hammers Wayne about his criminal record, but the rapper claims he remembers nothing. And then there are the alleged threats Wayne makes against Pete Ross. Wayne says he wasn’t threatening the lawyer. You be the judge. Say what you want about Wayne but he is one witty weirdo. Bad 25 is having its world premiere at the Venice Film Festival , which opened Wednesday, but the Spike Lee -directed documentary, which recalls the late pop-star’s creative process leading up to his follow-up album from his seminal Thriller release. This year marks the 25th anniversary of MJ’s 1987 mega-seller Bad . ABC will broadcast the feature on Thanksgiving in the U.S. after picking up television rights. “This will be a very special Thanksgiving for all families to enjoy the genius of Michael Jackson,” Lee said in a statement as reported by the Los Angeles Times . “Big thanks to ABC for allowing people to witness the making of Michael Jackson’s Bad album.” The film reveals never-seen images of Jackson and more, including footage shot by the King of Pop himself. Spike Lee also interviews choreographers, musicians and collaborators including Martin Scorsese, Mariah Carey, Sheryl Crow, L.A. Reid and Kanye West. Bad , which was the final collaboration between Jackson and Quincy Jones, contains five number-one hit singles. Music Doc Don’t Stop Believin’: Everyman’s Journey Headed to U.S. Cinedigm Entertainment Group will bring the doc to the U.S. next Spring. The film is the true rock n’ roll story of Filipino singer Arnel Pineda, a formerly homeless teen who was discovered via YouTube by lead guitarist and founding Journey member Neal Schon to become the front man for the rock band, Deadline reports .
