Hyphernkemberly Dorvilier Pleads Guilty To Setting Her Newborn Baby On Fire A New Jersey woman has pled guilty to setting her newborn baby on fire according to CBS News : Hyphernkemberly Dorvilier pleaded guilty Monday in Mount Holly to aggravated manslaughter. She had previously pleaded not guilty to a murder charge. Authorities say the 23-year-old Pemberton Township resident doused her newborn with accelerant and set her on fire in January 2015. The baby had third-degree burns over 60 percent of her body. She died two hours after she was flown to a Philadelphia hospital. Prosecutors will recommend that Dorvilier be sentenced to 30 years in prison. She is scheduled to be sentenced April 22. Prosecutors say she hid her pregnancy from her mother and sister. Investigators say the baby was found with her umbilical cord and placenta attached. Lock this pizza-faced monster up for life!!!!

Racist Indiana High School Taunts Latino High School With “Build The Wall” Chant Donald Trump has inspired a whole new nation of azzholes to mock and ridicule latin and hispanic people according to NYDailyNew Students at an Indiana high school held an oversized Donald Trump cutout and chanted “build the wall” during a basketball game against a rival school with many Latino students and players — outraging fans and drawing national attention on social media. The demonstrations occurred during a Friday game at Andrean High School in Merrillville against Bishop Noll Institute in Hammond. Students often wear costumes and shout chants during the games. A group of Andrean students wore patriotic clothing, including flag bandanas and Captain America T-shirts. One student brought a cutout showing Trump’s face. “Build the wall, build the wall,” the students chanted, according to the Times of Northwest Indiana — highlighting the presidential candidate’s pledge to build a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border. Producer AraabMuzik Hospitalized After Being Shot A Second Time 26-year-old music producer AraabMuzik , whose real name is Abraham Orellana, is currently hospitalized at Harlem Hospital where he is recovering from surgery after being shot in the jaw and right arm and grazed in the head according to NY Daily News reports . Orellana and a friend, 32-year-old James Malloy, were shot inside the ProPark America parking garage on W 125th Street after leaving a friends house around 7pm. Orellana was driving his friend’s BMW when two men approached the car on the driver’s side as they neared the exit. One of the suspects fooled AraabMUZIk into thinking he’d dropped something, and when he rolled down the window they opened fire. A source says police discovered 3 .380 caliber shell casings at the crime scene. The suspects fled on foot. Malloy was shot in the right leg and is in stable condition at St. Luke’s Hospital. This is the second time AraabMUZIk has been shot. He was previously injured during an attempted robbery in Providence, Rhode Island in 2013. Dirty game. Pittsburgh Man Puts Confederate Flag With Black Doll Hung From Noose A Pittsburgh community up in arms because a local put a Confederate flag with a Black baby doll hanging in a noose with a knife in its back. According to WTAE reports: After the photo was shared with Pittsburgh’s Action News 4, we called East Huntingdon Township’s supervisor Paul Hodgkiss. “(I’m) definitely against anything like that in our township,” Hodgkiss said. He said he found out about the display Tuesday afternoon when a man who lives nearby called. Officials in Scottdale Borough said they’ve been hearing about it for months, however it’s outside their jurisdiction. “I just hope he has to take it down,” Szolek said. “That’s all I want, you know. I don’t care, I don’t want him punished. I just want him to take it down so we don’t have to look at it.” Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 reporter Beau Berman knocked on the Porter Avenue home’s door, but no one answered. Thirty minutes later he drove by again but the doll and flag were gone. “It probably is allowed to be there at his property, but if we can do anything to stop it we will,” Hodgkiss said. Township officials said they will meet Wednesday to discuss the situation, however now that the flag is down it remains unclear what action if any they will take. Seriously??!
Convicted Rapist Daniel Holtzclaw Removed From National Prison Database Even though racist serial rapist Daniel Hotlzclaw is supposed to be serving a 263-year sentence for his brutal crimes against Black women, no one outside the prison system is quite sure of his whereabouts right now. The crooked cop’s name has been completely erased from the national prison database, presumably for his own safety within prison walls . Via OKC Fox : Daniel Holtzclaw’s information was removed from the Department of Corrections’ online inmate locator for his safety and security. The DOC tells Fox 25 their primary responsibility is the safety and security of offenders and then the public’s safety. Communications Director Terri Watkins said this is not an uncommon practice, but assured Fox 25 Holtzclaw remains in custody. As a consequence of the removal, Hotlzclaw’s information was removed from the Victim’s Notification system, known as V.I.N.E., which is run by the Oklahoma Attorney General’s office. The AG’s office told Fox 25 the information provided to victims of crime comes from the Department of Corrections. The DOC said Holtzclaw’s victims will be notified if he is released. However, Holtzclaw’s sentence would not allow for such a release. So…they won’t reveal where he is to the public, and the multitude of Black women he raped have no real assurance that he is indeed behind bars and unable to harm them further…but we should all take their word for it because he’s such a “special case.” SMH! Funny how he is being kept safe now, after spending years of his career making Black women feel unsafe in their own neighborhoods and homes… OK Dept. of Corrections

Coen Brothers Downplay Diversity In Their Filmmaking We’ve already heard what George Clooney had to say about the #OscarsSoWhite controversy…but the director duo that has brought the actor many of his most successful roles seems to have a different outlook. When one writer asked the directors of films like “Oh Brother Where Art Thou?” and “No Country For Old Men” why it was their own films never seemed to feature Black faces…the duo basically scoffed at the question. Via TheDailyBeast : I asked the Coens to respond to criticisms that there aren’t more minority characters in the film. In other words, why is #HailCaesarSoWhite? “Why would there be?” countered Joel Coen. “I don’t understand the question. No—I understand that you’re asking the question, I don’t understand where the question comes from. “Not why people want more diversity—why they would single out a particular movie and say, ‘Why aren’t there black or Chinese or Martians in this movie? What’s going on?’ That’s the question I don’t understand. The person who asks that question has to come in the room and explain it to me.” As filmmakers, is it important or not important to consciously factor in concerns like diversity, I asked. “Not in the least!” Ethan answered. “It’s important to tell the story you’re telling in the right way, which might involve black people or people of whatever heritage or ethnicity—or it might not.” The Cohens very very rarely feature people of color in their films at all — much less in prominent roles. However they think singling out individual films “It’s an absolute, absurd misunderstanding of how things get made to single out any particular story and say, ‘Why aren’t there this, that, or the other thing?’” added Joel. “It’s a fundamental misunderstanding of how stories are written. So you have to start there and say, ‘You don’t know what you’re talking about.’” He continued: “You don’t sit down and write a story and say, ‘I’m going to write a story that involves four black people, three Jews, and a dog,’—right? That’s not how stories get written. If you don’t understand that, you don’t understand anything about how stories get written and you don’t realize that the question you’re asking is idiotic. “It’s not an illegitimate thing to say there should be more diversity in an industry,” concluded Joel. “But that’s not what that question is about.
