Dame Dash probably could have warned him about this… Jay Z Splits With Longtime Business Manager John Meneilly Reports from Jay Z’s circle claim he has split with his business manager John Meneilly, who helped Hov build his RocNation empire from the ground up. Via NYDailyNews : Jay Z and Solange Knowles may have (publicly at least) squashed whatever beef led to their now-infamous elevator brawl, but Hova and his longtime business manager are over. Music industry insiders exclusively tell Confidenti@l that Jay Z has cut ties with John Meneilly, who helped build the “Empire State” rapper’s empire. According to one well-placed music industry insider, Meneilly didn’t want to go, “It wasn’t his choice.” Though a second source close to the split described it as “amicable and mutual” and says the agreement was made “a couple months ago.” While Jay Z has always been reluctant to call Meneilly his “manager,” he referred to his once trusted confidant as his “consigliore,” according to Forbes writer Zack O’Malley Greenburg, who literally wrote the book on the Brooklyn music mogul. Lisa Vanderpump has reportedly had it with The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, while Andy Cohen is desperate to retain her, and is pulling out all the stops. He’s even using Lance Bass (yes, you read that correctly) as a secret weapon. Under the guise of a casual dinner date, he and Lance put the screws to Lisa at her Beverly Hills restaurant PUMP over the weekend, TMZ reports. Their goal? To make sure when you watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills online , the sassy Brit will be a cast member next season and beyond. Lisa, whose other Bravo show Vanderpump Rules has become a sleeper hit, has not re-upped her contract for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills . She felt extremely bullied by Brandi Glanville , Kyle Richards and the other women last season and is fed up with the show that made her a star. Cohen, who executive produces the show, is extremely nervous about losing Vanderpump and is going all out to get her to re-up for 2015. It’s unclear if he was successful, but he obviously brought along Lance to dinner because he knows Lisa and Lance are very good friends. That can’t hurt. But will it be enough? Should it be? Tamra Barney is unafraid to dish it out online, or on TV, or in person, but a recent f-bomb she dropped on Gretchen Rossi’s fiance might have taken it too far. The Real Housewives of Orange County star, who is current embroiled in a vicious custody battle with her ex-husband Simon Barney, got fired up on Twitter. When a fan suggested she was a hypocrite for criticizing Gretchen Rossi and Slade Smiley while dealing with her own family issues, Tamra went OFF. Bridgette Ramirez wrote on the social media site: “@TamraBarney Would Talk About @SladeSmiley ALL The Time, But Now That Roles Are Reversed … She DOESN’T Like It! @GretchenRossi #Karma” The mother of four snapped back unabashedly: “Oh plz. That f–ker is a deadbeat with a sick son. Keep supporting him, it makes you look Real good!” Tamra Barney to Gretchen Rossi: You Nasty B!tch The Tweet was quickly deleted … but ouch. Smiley’s ex-wife took him to court multiple times in an effort to make the Bravo star pay for the medical treatment of his young son, who was diagnosed with cancer.
