This Year’s MTV VMAs Were Reportedly The Least Watched In History

Patricia Schlein/WENN.com MTV VMA Viewership Hits Record Low Despite all the chatter that’s popped up since the VMAs took place on Monday night…apparently, none of y’all were really watching it. Ratings numbers for the 2018 ceremony have rolled in, and it’s not looking too good for the award show out here. According to Complex , the show pulled in record low audience viewership for the network. Despite boasting performances from Travis Scott, Nicki Minaj, Ariana Grande, and Jennifer Lopez to name a few, the show didn’t quite garner interest from viewers, only 2.25 million of which tuned in on MTV. Another 5.234 million tuned in on Vh1, BET, MTV2, and 8 other Viacom-owned channels where the show was broadcast live. So, overall, a total of only 7.484 million overall… which doesn’t even rival a viewing of HBO’s Game of Thrones . We guess they’ll need to up the star power or something next year…because it seems that no one is really interested anymore… Getty

Emma Watson at the BAFTA’s in a See Through Dress of the Day

As someone who has never seen a Harry Potter movie, Emma Watson creeps me out…. I try to get the appeal for a pervert motherfucker to watch a girl grow up always excited about the day she turns 18….only for her to one day turn 18 and for your penis to fucking explode in excitment…cuz now your lusting for her feels ok…and she feels like like an old friend you’ve see go through puberty…. But the fact is she’s flat chested, looks like a dude, has dude hair and really watching some bitch grow into a twink of a boy who would be a higt in the gay scene doesn’t do it for me…. So even if these pics are actually see through and you can actually see nipples, something I can’t quite figure out on cuz I am too lazy to zoom in and explore on a chest that is just nipples….who really cares…cuz she is the kind of girl who could be changing in the men’s locker room and you’d just think she had a small dick buried in her bush… Proving yet again that you harry potter fans are just ultimate weirdos….especially those of you who are adults now… Get over it. Tony Yayo Explains 50 Cent Onstage ‘Attack’ In Brazil

G-Unit member says incident has been exaggerated — a fan simply ‘got a little carried away.’ By Shaheem Reid Tony Yayo and 50 Cent Photo: Johnny Nunez/ WireImage One overzealous fan doesn’t stop a show, Tony Yayo says. Earlier this week, footage of 50 Cent and G-Unit performing in Salvador, Brazil, hit the Internet. In the middle of “Ayo Technology,” a fan jumps onstage and tries to grab the G-Unit general . 50’s security and Lloyd Banks promptly subdue the fan — and the song never stops. On Tuesday (July 13), Yayo gave his take on the situation. “The show got crazy, man,” Yayo, who is still in Brazil with his crew, told MTV News Tuesday via phone. “For security reasons, when somebody jumps onstage … when [performers] got on chains for $20,000, $30,000, $40,000 dollars, that’s a security risk right here. Nobody should be onstage except me, Banks and 50. It was just a fan — he got a little carried away, a little happy. People make it seem like he got beat down real, real bad. He didn’t get beat down bad — he just got tackled, taken off the stage and the show [went] on.” Yayo said that whenever the Unit go to foreign territories, fandemonium ensues. “We been getting crazy love,” Tony added about the group’s time in Brazil. “That’s why I don’t want people in Brazil to think we out here beating down our fans. When somebody is on the stage, you want to keep the show going. We never stop the show. When you onstage and you got a crowd of 10,000 Brazilian people, you don’t want to stop it because a guy is jumping onstage. Just like Africa or other places you go, people get excited — we’re like UFOs to the people. They don’t see rappers come to Brazil and come to these other places. Sometimes fans get a little excited — that’s what that was about. The guy wasn’t beat up bad or nothing.” The incident was hardly the first time a fan has crashed a G-Unit performance. Back in 2008, a fan in Angola jumped onstage and endeavored to make off with 50’s Cent chain . Fif and company promptly jumped in the audience and recovered the merchandise. The man was later arrested after being turned in to police by his own parents. Related Artists Tony Yayo 50 Cent

‘The Hills’ Will Go ‘Out With A Bang,’ Audrina Promises

‘I wanted to come on and get people talking,’ her co-star Kristin tells MTV News before series finale airs Tuesday night. By Jocelyn Vena Audrina Patridge Photo: MTV So much drama has unfolded over six seasons of “The Hills.” In the last season alone, viewers saw Heidi Montag reveal her drastic plastic surgery makeover, Spencer Pratt begin to unravel and watched in surprise as Kristin Cavallari put herself out there, only to be rejected by ex-boyfriend Brody Jenner. But “Hills” castmate Audrina Patridge says fans should only expect more drama when the series’ farewell episode airs Tuesday night (July 13). “It’s our last season, so we’re going out with a bang,” Audrina told MTV News. And while friendship has been the focus of the reality-TV series, which premiered in May 2006, Kristin and Audrina admit that it’s the over-the-top mischief they’ve loved most about the show. And if anyone knows about trouble, it’s Cavallari, who first turned up halfway through season five, but has since made the sixth and final season all her own. “I was really nervous coming onto ‘The Hills,’ ” Kristin confessed. “I was the new girl. Going to Heidi and Spencer’s wedding, no one knew I was coming. But it ended up being pretty easy.” Cavallari also acknowledged that her now-infamous fight with Audrina at a “welcome back” party for Speidi may have sealed her fate as a “Hills” legend. “That was the whole point. I wanted to come on and get people talking,” Kristin said. “I knew that it was gonna stir things up. … I had no idea certain things, like that fight, would have such an impact.” As for one of her more memorable lines from that nasty fight — “I’m sorry I walked up here and you guys came at me like piranhas” — the “Hills” star says it was TV gold. “That was pretty good. It came out of nowhere,” she laughed. “I was proud of that one.” Audrina, on the other hand, couldn’t nail down one specific moment she’d remember most. There were simply too many to choose from over six seasons, she told us back in April. “There’s so many favorite moments,” Patridge said. “It’s funny because watching the show with the music, it makes it so emotional. So there’s been a lot of moments, fun moments, like going on vacation and just having fun with each other. There’s been so many dramatic moments and fights and tears and ups-and-downs of friendships and relationships, so really watching those — I mean, at the finale, we are probably all going to start crying. It is going to be a sad, sad moment.” What are your favorites “Hills” moments? Tell us in the comments! Join MTVNews.com on Tuesday, July 13, at 8 p.m. ET for a live stream from the red carpet of Hollywood’s Roosevelt Hotel, where the stars will gather for “The Hills Live: A Hollywood Ending.” Then tune in for the series finale at 10 p.m. ET on MTV and “The Hills Live: A Hollywood Ending After Show” at 11.
