News over the weekend and went into detail about the evening she spent with the troubled moron. Cry Me A River: Montana Fishburne Says The D.A.’s Office Won’t Let Her Be Great

Back in September, when Lawrence Fishburne’s spotty-booty daughter went to rehab, we thought she was genuinely trying to get her life together. It turns out her rehab was part of a plea deal which the L.A. Attorney is now trying to renege on, TMZ reports . TMZ has learned Montana’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, filed blistering legal papers in L.A. Wednesday, claiming last June, prosecutors who filed the assault case agreed to allow Montana to enter a rehab program for 90 days, and in return she’d get no jail time. Holley says Montana, relying on the L.A. City Attorney’s offer, entered a rehab facility, where she’s been since September. According to Holley, prosecutors did an about-face in November and told her they wanted Montana to serve 120 days in jail. Now Holley has gone to the judge, asking her to enforce the deal her client relied on. TMZ has learned … Montana has now decided to spend 180 days in the rehab facility. She better be in there getting some guidance and healing and not just trying to duck a sentence! You know… so her dad doesn’t have to suffer through any more Black Men’s spreads. SMH.

The 18-year old singer, who has been in a rehab facility battling numerous personal issues since early November, is at the center of a Twitter picture controversy. A pair of racy photos have been leaked online, both of which depict Lovato playing around with friends and pulling down her black bra for the camera. Are they relatively harmless? Yes. But like Miley Cyrus and her recent bong controversy , young celebrities simply have to learn to be more careful when placed in certain situations. It really isn’t that difficult. Back To Rehab

It looks like it’s back to rehab for Jonathan Rhys Meyers . Just days after allegations of a drunken tirade at New York’s JFK Airport, a spokesman for the Tudors star confirms that Mr. Rhys Meyers will in fact be checking into a rehab facility for his alcohol addiction. Newspaper reports over the weekend claimed the actor was wolfing down vodkas at 7am in the airports VIP lounge just before his flight to Los Angeles and when United Airlines staff deemed him too drunk to get on the plane…the fighting Irish took over. The ‘Bend it like Beckham’ star allegedly exploded…cursing and screaming at the staff…and as a result was not only banned from boarding the plane…but any future United Airlines flights as well. This marks Jonathan’s third alcohol-related airport arrest -his third trip to rehab- and the final straw for his girlfriend Reena Hammer. Word is she threatened to end their relationship if he didn’t get help. Let’s hope the third time’s the charm.
