Robert Pattinson has moved out of the home he shared with Kristen Stewart, that much we already knew. But a fresh report suggests these stars are not utilizing Skype or sending texts or even dropping any direct Facebook messages: Stewart and Pattinson are not speaking at the moment, People sources say. The impasse, of course, is a result of Stewart’s admitted affair with Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders . Pattinson has not issued any statements on the embarrassing, hurtful matter, but insiders claim he’s appalled that Kristen took the scandal public and is in hiding, trying to figure out his next step. But the star will need to come out relatively soon, and he’ll need to appear alongside Stewart when he does so: Pattinson and his Twilight costar are scheduled to present together September 6 at the MTV Video Music Awards. It’s safe to assume a few people might be tuning in for that now.
Count Lady Gaga among the Robsten fans who have not given up hope. During yesterday’s frenzy of gossip over Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and the former’s fling with Rupert Sanders , Gaga sent out the following Tweet: “Geez this kirstew rob stuff is brutal. Makes me sad the way press acts. Hope they’re ok.” The pop star wrote that message earlier in the day, however, making it unclear if she was aware of the photos that soon leaked out proving Stewart and Sanders did , indeed, hook up. Or of Stewart’s eventual admission. Since then, the Snow White and the Huntsman director has also apologized and owned up to his actions, while millions of Twilight Saga fans wonder about the fate of Rob and Kristen. Some of them are also reacting in far less measured tones than Gaga.

Days after The Real Housewives of Orange County reunion special, Alexis and Jim have released a statement in which they threaten to sue their castmate over recent remarks, most notably her insistence on referring to Alexis as “Jesus Jugs.” ” The Real Housewives of Orange County is a reality show that is meant to entertain and engage audiences with the lives of its cast members. We recognize that the personalities, drama and conflict of the show attract fans to the popular Bravo reality series,” the Bellinos said to Us Weekly . “Unfortunately, some cast members use the show as a platform for personal attacks and character assassination, perhaps out of personal insecurity or simply to inflict pain. To the extent possible, we try to ignore this behavior. “This vicious and malicious attack on our family will no longer be tolerated. We have continually tried to take the high road, however, if necessary, we are prepared to defend ourselves against these unfounded, slanderous and defamatory remarks to the fullest extent of the law.” Barney isn’t likely to back down, however. She recently went off to Rumor Fix about Alexis and her hypocritical lifestyle. “Unlike Alexis, I don’t need to hide behind the Jesus curtain and I don’t feel the need to preach. When someone is constantly preaching about something they are lying! Alexis and Jim are faux Christians, like her ring. Does she think Jesus would be proud of her for judging me as a Christian, and the crosses in my house? A People insider tells that publication Robert Pattinson has moved out of the Los Angeles home he’s been sharing with Kristen Stewart and: “I’m not sure they’ll be able to recover from this.” THIS , of course, refers to Stewart’s admitted affair with Rupert Sanders, which comes complete with sordid photos and a scorned wife and young kids. Pattinson has not spoken publicly about the incident, but this same source says he’s in seclusion and is simply “heartbroken and angry.” We’d have to imagine so. Back in April, Robert gave an interview in which he questioned why anyone would ever cheat and added that when he’s in a relationship, he’s “100% in it.” How ironic and unfortunate that those words now come back to haunt him. In legal documents, the star cites “irreconcilable differences” as the basis for the couple’s split. They got married in 2007 and have a two-year old son. Finally some good news out of the tragedy in Aurora, Colorado: Katie Medley, a movie goer who escaped unharmed from the horrific James Holmes last Friday, gave birth to a boy at the University of Colorado Hospital yesterday morning. He’s named Hugo and both child and mother are reportedly doing well. Tragically, however, Katie’s husband Caleb was not as fortunate as his wife: also in attendance at The Dark Knight Rises showing, Caleb was shot in the head and remains in a medically-induced coma. “He had some motion in his hands today,” Seth Medley, Caleb’s brother, told reporters at University Hospital Tuesday night. “His injuries are pretty serious. I don’t want to get into any details, but there’s some serious injuries around his face.” Seth referred the birth of his nephew as “a silver lining to a very dark cloud.” Due to Caleb’s presumed recovery time, and the medical bills that are certain to add up, the family has set up a WePay account at calebmedley.com/help .
