This is, like, pretty cool news for Miley Cyrus fans. The 18-year old singer will host Saturday Night Live on March 5. It will mark her first time on that iconic stage, though sources confirm she will only appear in skits. A different musical act will be featured. The more pressing question: will Miley meet Miley? As seen below, cast member Vanessa Bayer does a killer impression of the actress, anchoring the show’s take on The Miley Cyrus Show . Justin Bieber on SNL: Cute Cameo Alert!

Justin Bieber completed one of the more packed media blitzes in recent memory this week by appearing on last night’s edition of Saturday Night Live . The 16-year old sensation, teetering dangerously close to overexposure as he promotes the February 11 release of “Never Say Never,” stopped by for two segments: A skit with host Dana Carvey, in which the comedian reprised his role of “Church Lady” and flirted with the Biebs. For Your Viewing Pleasure: Nicki Minaj Does SNL Skits And Performances

Nicki Minaj made an appearance on Saturday Night Live last night and hit the stage for skits, a digital short and performances. Minaj joined pranksters The Lonely Island for a digital short on a new song titled “The Creep.” The short featured Minaj in a schoolgirl outfit and glasses rapping about “creeping” on guys in her high school locker room while “T-Rexing” with her arms. Following that Minaj appeared as the Bride of Blackenstein in a skit parodying Blaxploitation films and showing off a plumper than usual booty. The rapper donned a black and white wig for the joke alongside Keenan Thompson, and Jay Pharoah. Nicki wrapped up her appearance on the sketch comedy show with a performance of her latest hit “Moment 4 Life” wearing a colorful bodysuit and boots for the occasion. If imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, then a couple THG favorites should be feeling very good about themselves today. Over the weekend, Saturday Night Live dedicated a pair of skits to Miley Cyrus and the Kardashian sisters. First, we were treated to the second edition of The Miley Cyrus Show . This time, the guest was Nick Nolte and the topic was Miley’s scandalous smoking of salvia . Watch now, as cast member Vanessa Bayer plays Miley in a spoof that, you must admit, is pretty cool: Miley Cyrus Show Then, to close the final SNL of 2010, the series brought out the Kardashian sisters for a holiday message. Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian krashed Saturday Night Live this week. Sort of. As played by cast members Abby Elliott, Nasim Pedrad, and Vanessa Baye, the sisters appeared with Seth Myers on Weekend Update and explained what happened with their prepaid credit card debacle . They also apologized for other canceled, family-sponsored products, such as the Kardashian birth control pill and temporary back tattoo.
